No hotel staff entertained or welcome me. This hotel not suitable if you travel with old folks. Some of the architecture was run down. The top room not suitable for many people as the ladder very stiff."

"A bit disappointed, Booking 2 rooms on the trip app but once checking in the customer service information that the room booked was empty and offered another room with an additional cost of 100 million, we could refuse but because it was already night and we were reluctant to agree.
Gusthouse is new so it is still clean but the facilities are not complete like TV."

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the centre and there are shops around. The room is located on the lower floor of a house so it has kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and dining room. The room is two big beds. There are mosquitoes. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable.

Located a few hundred meters from a waterfall. Beautiful scenery around. Friendly and helpful owner. The chalet is basic and rustic which suited me fine. Kettle and tea bags provided. Doesn't have aircon but the air is cool so the fan js the room was sufficient. Towels provided. A number of food stalls nearby. The room has a slight musty smell but its not that bad. Language may be an issue because everyone only speaks Indonesian. The only mode of transportation in and out of the area is a becak which you can ask the owner to call for you. There's a small warung in the resort run by a very nice lady. There's not hot water or shower, you bathe from a tub of water.

Anonymous UserThe room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

I booked this accommodation for my wife who was going to take the CPNS test. When she arrived there, she was very happy because the homestay was clean and close to the test location (walkable).
What impressed her the most was the friendliness and generosity of the staff, coincidentally she arrived early (around 10 am) and the type of room she had booked was not ready (because check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm), the staff even offered her a place to rest and went straight to the room that was ready (a better type than the one she had booked) without any additional charges.
