The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

Had a great stay with family at Hotel Carnation, Ooty for 3 nights. It is very near to Charring Cross junction and other market areas. Botanical Garden is also walkable at 1KM. There's a restaurant ”Madras Rasoi” and a Food Truck at the Hotel serving both Veg & N. Veg food. Room was very good and spacious. Geyser is there in the bathroom, so 24/7 hot water there. Kettle is provided for heating drinking water. Hospitality was great by it's owner Mr. Mariadas, very nice person. Mr. Prince who is at reception is a young chap who is very helpful and friendly and well mannered. All other staffs were also very good and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time as well.

I had an exceptional stay at this homestay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. Avea accommodation was a great stay in madhurai. Though i stayed there for a night it was very hygienic and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Definitely opting for it for the next visit to madhurai

Excellent arrangements. Care taker contacts you in advance , ascertain your time of arrival and your food requirements. Rooms are functional, self contained. Property is near the main road . Srirangam Temple and Thiruvanai Kovil temple are close by.

Went for a nights stay for a marriage function. The hotel is located pretty much in the centre. Rooms are good, ac was fine and it was peak summer time too. There is no restaurant inside, but room service helps.

We got early checkin, had a layover in coimbatore and they gave us the early checkin without charging a dime. Staff is very polite.

Excellent Stay at better location. All amenities which they stated, all are in good condition. You can get food through Swiggy/ Zomato or by the hotel staff. Very near to Srirangam temple and chatram bus stand where you can get public transport to nearby locations or far location through Tiruchirapalli central bus stand.

Property located near to railway station is walkable. But the approach road is very narrow and not well maintained so need to be careful while driving. Inside the resort is quiet and quite beautiful. The pond surrounding the cottages and rooms are soothing with ducks and hens. Hospitality by the staff is very good. Room size is comfortable with a good air conditioner and a good view. The resort office is helpful in assisting with the needs of the customer
