I highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel. We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. We will never forget meeting the manager of this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much.

We had a great experience staying in the property. The rooms were clean, food was great a bit expensive but very delicious, service was good, location was great. Overall a 10 on 10 experience

The location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.

Hotel was located far away from main road and we have walked a lot to reach out the hotel by taking guidance of local people. Toilet was very small and we could not bath properly. Only good part was the ”rooftop cafe” which provided very healthy food based on indian and international menu.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the ghat, and there are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so it's convenient. The staff at the inn are also very friendly and helpful. There is a balcony on the top floor, which is breezy and has a good view, so it's very comfortable.

The staff were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. They arranged an early check-in for an extra fee. On our last day, before our flight, they even let us keep one room for the three of us. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat. It's located near the exhibition center, so you can get there quickly by taxi. During our stay, they also provided free shuttles to the exhibition in the morning and back in the evening. The rooms themselves are old and in need of renovation. The cleanliness also wasn't great... On our last day, there was a noisy party above our room, but thankfully it stopped at 11 PM.

My first solo trip to India, Varanasi edition! After checking reviews on Google Maps, I was reassured by the owner Akash's offer to provide information via WhatsApp, so I decided to stay two nights at Trilok Residency. The day before my arrival, Akash messaged me to ask about my check-in time. I was traveling from Agra to Varanasi by sleeper train, arriving at 3:40 AM, which meant a long wait until the standard 12 PM check-in. However, thanks to Akash's generosity, he offered a complimentary early check-in from 6:30 AM, so I headed straight to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and there was hot water for the shower. The water pressure was a bit low, but perfectly acceptable. They also provided several bottles of complimentary water, and Wi-Fi was available. Having tissues in the room was a small but much-appreciated detail. During my stay, Akash provided daily tourism information, and what I appreciated most was his advice on how to protect myself from scammers. There were many aggressive scammers at the Manikarnika Ghat cremation ground, but because he had forewarned me, I was able to sightsee without being tricked. Even at check-out, he messaged me to say I could have a complimentary late check-out until my flight, which I gratefully took advantage of, leaving about two hours later. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel. Whenever I talked to locals and told them where I was staying, they would always say, 'Oh, that's a good hotel!' It seems to be highly regarded by the locals as well. If you're feeling anxious about your first time in India, I highly recommend Trilok Residency!!! It will surely make for an excellent Varanasi trip! Highly recommended!!

I gave 3 out of 5 on all categories. Since I couldn't stay there, I can't give neither 5 nor 1. I received an email from this homestay on the day I was supposed to check in, sort of last-minute notice, and directed to go to another hotel without any explanations. I still don't know why, didn't hear anything from this homestay. I could have been bummed, who knows...

Два красивых парня встречают гостей и помогают решать вопросы- заказать билеты на поезд, входные билеты в Тадж Махал, обменять валюту. Очень вкусная еде, красивая подача блюд. Отдыхали в 8 номере. Красиво, чисто, комфортно и тихо, спокойно. С верней террасы виден город и Тадж Махал. Он недалеко от отеля. Рядом торговые ряды - фрукты, сувениры, кафе. Большое спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля. This is simply the best place I've stayed in India. The incredibly hospitable hosts checked me in practically at night because my train was late, helped explain the hotel to a taxi driver when he got lost, and welcomed me like family. The room was spotlessly clean (for the first time in several trips), small but very cozy, and newly renovated. Hot water was a breeze. Even when it ran out, it quickly reheated. The bed was comfortable, and the linens and towels were spotless. Special thanks for the complimentary breakfast. The location is perfect, a 15-minute walk to the Taj Mahal. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.
