Tesis, Varanasinin dar sokaklarında olduğu için tuk tuk, taxi içeri girmiyor ama endişelenmeyin tesisin genç beyi sizinle ilgilenir :) Tuk tuk sizi cadde üzerinde indiriyor ve tesisin konumunu bulmak biraz karışık sokaklar labirent gibi bu yüzden lütfen tesisten önceden yardım isteyin. Tesisin odaları temiz ve ortak banyoları var. Teras kafesinde dilediğiniz yemeği isteyebilirsiniz ve yemekleri çok güzel. Ghatlar yürüyerek 1-2 dakika mesafede, ganj nehri kıyısında ölü yakma törenlerini izlemek inanılmaz bir deneyimdi. her akşam ganj nehri kıyısında, ganj nehri tanrısı gangha için tören yapılıyor mutlaka katılmalısınız. Nehir boyunca birçok yerel satıcı görebilirsiniz, aynı za***da yerel pazar otele çok yakın. Tesis yetkilisi çok ilgili o aynı za***da sizin tüm biletlerinizi ayarlayabilir. I don't know why the evaluation is so high! The location is excellent, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the east gate of the Taj Mahal from the hotel. Very close. It's safer around. It's just a family hotel, so it's more like a Chinese farmhouse. The breakfast is average and the price for breakfast is very high at Indian prices. It is recommended to eat across!

I booked this hotel on basis of location close to temple and ghat, was looking good at Google even from station to hotel showing taxi can travel. Then I tried to contact guest house for guidnce but no one picks call and even dont bother to call. when we reached OLA Uber both denied to go there they clearly told this hotel is in very interior. Even a Ricksaw walla argied with me why did you book in such a terrible hotel in the crowd, i shouted at him why he is asking this? He shut up and explained they drop at 1 km away feom Main Nandi square from where we have to walk only in Gali. The Gali is 1meter wide both side shops to avaoid taking questions. With great difficulty I was accompanying my Mother she is a arithritis patient and this guest guy dont pick call to get any guidance. After reaching he has shown a room without AC, without window and no choices, he has AC rooms upstairs but NO lift.... we reached at around 9pm with a sick mom where to find again hotel? He was ready to cancel.... but getting room again is a problem...so we forced to settle in the given room only. Again it was 9 to 9.30 pm so we had not dinner asked for any service to bring food...he denied no such room service available.... Any way next day our flight at 4pm and we are planned to leave as early as possible.... He dis one good thing he arranged wheel chair person to whom we paid 600 for Viswanath temple and inside.... He also promised to come to take out on wheel chair till Auto ricksaw stand... but upon calling he also didnor responded. my point is how these syatems Trip advisor, Make my trip and google are blind to such main servoce providers.... I paid ₹970 while booking but grossly misled by this cartel because while booking it was mentioned AC, TV, Lift and other facilities...I had better choices but it is a great nightmare for me and my Mom. I had to write such a long post because no other gueat to Baba Viswanath should be misled again. Never book by this cartel select any hotel which is at a 2 km away from Temple and call hotel and book directly.

By quirk of fate I landed up at this hotel due to a bad experience with a neighbouring hotel. I was surprised n happy that the rooms were so large, clean n such a beautiful friendly helpful atmosphere. The veranda with sitting etc was again a clincher. Its location is off the road so very quiet. They also offered to help me for visits to temples etc. Very reasonably priced compared to the other similar hotel next to them. An example I ordered a bottle of drinking water which cost me Rs99 at other hotel n only Rs10 at Shree Ganesh Palace. I fell sick due to heat n d mgmt went the extra mile to call in a Dr n follow thru his instructions by a lady staff member. Next day the staff member helped me pack too considering my weakness. N on my return the mgmt called to see I was ok. One of the best hotel mgmts n would only stay at this hotel on my next visits… n my friends too..

Great hotel,probably one of the best in varanasi.Host was very helpfull as well as the staff helped with all our needs.would suggest for anyone who plans to visit varanasi.The hotel is very near the centre of the city without being in the main roads where u can be irritated by the horning of the cars.

If you can't find any other hotel as per your budget and location near ghats then it could be an option. Rain water coming inside rooms. Not that much clean, but not dirty also. Just okay type.

It was a 2 nights stay at family guest house. And I really enjoyed my stay here. To start with, great location - close to market, and closest to Dashashmedh ghat. Yes, you have to walk a little bit, but that's the beauty of Banaras's street. Rooms- I was so happy to see the room and washroom, it was clean like bedsheets, blanket and washroom really undotted. Owner and staff- everyone was amazing, friendly and helpful.Told me lots of legends about the place and guided me for nearby places. Ajay if you're reading this, you guys are stars. Would book it again whenever I'll plan Banaras.

We really loved this place. We arrived after a very tired day in train and we're welcomed by Palac and his uncle Sujey with a nice tea and water. The room was very clean, comfortable and private, quite, everything very pretty and nice. The room has a lot of water bottles and chips. It was a very nice welcoming for us. They help us with boat ride, restaurant recommendations, with laundry service, with massage service. The manager (Sujit) with his coffee every morning made my day. I'm very grateful for all. This is a nice family place and I highly recommend.
