An excellent guesthouse with fantastic service. Communication with the owner via WeChat was superb; they were always available to answer any questions. When I checked out, I accidentally left some belongings behind and was rushing to catch my train. I thought it was too late to retrieve them, but the owner instantly replied, assuring me I could return, and even remotely unlocked the door for me.

The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

La Spezia is truly a beautiful city – it's very clean, and the people are super friendly. The accommodation is right above the train station, which couldn't be more convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. They offer free parking, but I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and got fined 10 euros by the parking attendant. Totally my bad, so everyone, learn from my mistake! There's an amazing steakhouse nearby called Nana; we had the most authentic Italian steak there, and it was incredible value for money. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!

a good place to stay if you have a car or able to catch the bus to get up or afford to pay 25 euro to get a taxi it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal the price of the stay was excellence breakfast too good to be true quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me need to communicate with email or pgone if possible will try to come back later when well prepare 😊

This is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. 

It was simply the best travel experience we’ve ever had. We chose this brand-new hotel for our honeymoon, and Cristina and Nicolo did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Liguria, with its open-hearted people, fantastic sea views/nature, and calm way of life, is perfect for a romantic trip. We will keep the memories of Villa dei Poeti and Liguria with us forever. Hopefully, one day we’ll return to this place and these people. P.S. Thank you for the amazing service and compliments ❤️
