Prices in Fukuoka are really exorbitant, probably due to the autumn leaves season. The apartment we stayed in felt very new and modern. The only thing we weren't used to was one of the beds being a floor mattress, but we eventually adapted and slept quite well. The room was a bit small; it was a tight squeeze for two people to organize luggage, but everything was compact, so we managed for four nights. Its best feature is its proximity to Higashi-Hie Station on the Airport Line, about 600 meters on foot. There are convenience stores like Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven nearby, as well as a Sunny supermarket, where we loved buying seafood and breakfast for the next day. Overall, it was very good. The self check-in process was easy, with a Chinese interface.

Cons: 1. The shower stall is small, and there's a sewage smell coming from the drain. If you leave the shower door open, the smell spreads into the room. Pros: 1. Has a microwave. 2. Equipped with an induction cooktop and dishes. 3. Has an electric kettle. 4. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all within a 3-minute walk. 5. With four beds, it's great for groups.

Staying at Lotte Stays Fukuoka Yakuin was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was so comfortable, and having a bathtub was a real treat – perfect for a relaxing soak every day with just the right water temperature. The location is super convenient, close to Yakuin subway station, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. The free washing machine and YouTube-enabled TV were incredibly useful. Self-check-in was a breeze, and the Wi-Fi was stable. It's definitely our top choice for family trips. We'll be back on our next visit to Fukuoka!

The location is convenient, with self-service check-in/out. You can cook your own meals and dispose of your own trash. There's a water dispenser provided, and you can email customer service a day in advance to request a refill and trash bags. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Hakata or Nakasu. Overall, the hygiene is pretty good, but the mattress and pillows are quite poor. It's better not to compare it to a hotel.

👍🏾 It's located in the middle of the city. There are many restaurants and department stores nearby. 👍🏾 It's very clean and quiet. The bed linen is white and smells fresh. The rooms are pretty quiet even though there were 4 people in it. 👍🏾 There are 2 showers and they have shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The water pressure is great. 👍🏾 The host is very friendly and helpful. Very chatty as well. 👎🏾 The rooms are a bit on the small side so there isn't a lot of space to put your luggage. Maybe they would get some shelves in the space between the bed and the wall. 👎🏾 The stairwell is quite narrow and it might be a tight squeeze if you're a big person. 👎🏾 There is only one toilet on the floor for 8 people. It's not the most convenient especially in the mornings.

Located in the middle of the Nakasu Kawabata shopping district, it is very convenient. Hakata and Tenjin are within walking distance. The Nanakuma Line station is now open, so it's about a 3-minute walk from the station. Kushida Shrine, the canal, and the food stalls are right nearby, so it's a great location for sightseeing. I've stayed in many guesthouses in Fukuoka, but this one is cheap, has good facilities, and is the best guesthouse to stay in Fukuoka.

This is an AirBnB accommodation. Self check in and check out. Dont worry, It is very simple. Just remember to pre-check in and it will be smooth when u actually check in. Very spacious room or I should call it a studio apartment. With a double bed and a sofa bed. If u can't stand your wife snoring at night, sleep separately on the sofa bed. There is kitchen equipment and utensils so u can cook and eat in after u are bored with eating out. Perfect for me after a week of outside food. U can easily buy ingredients ftom nearby supermarket MaxValue. Fresh seafood and nice beef are available. A washing machine and detergent are also provided. Dryer in the bathroom.. Super convenient. Fully recommending this accommodation. Super value also!

GGuest UserThe room felt new, and the facilities were quite modern, which we made good use of. The hotel is indeed quite a distance from Hakata Station, about a 15-minute walk. Given Fukuoka's hot weather this week, we'd be drenched in sweat by the time we reached the station. There are also no duty-free shops in the vicinity. However, we did find a 24-hour Sunny supermarket nearby where we could buy meat and other groceries to cook back at our place. There's also a large and quite delicious Volks steak restaurant conveniently located near the hotel. Regarding the hotel itself: the self-check-in process via the tablet downstairs was quite quick. Pre-registering guest information through the email sent by the host definitely saved a good amount of time (it seems they've fixed the bug that previously made online registration ineffective). The room, however, was not very big and looked nothing like the promotional pictures; perhaps it was a different room type. It was a bit cramped for two adults and two children, and we had to tidy up the room daily just to make space for the floor futons. On the positive side, the in-room refrigerator and washer-dryer combo were very convenient, though the host only provided a single small packet of detergent, so guests should bring their own or purchase it locally. Naturally, cooking condiments also need to be brought by guests. There were two beds: one double bed that felt a bit small for two adults and was a bit firm. The other was a single bed, suitable for a junior high student, and it was softer. A nice touch was that the air conditioning was already running when we entered the room after checking in. The building has a secure entrance downstairs, and the room door had an internal deadbolt, which added to our sense of security. Overall, it was an average experience; our stay was decent.

EEterNaL_Located in a neighbourhood in Fukuoka that sits side-by-side actual houses. This hotel feels more like an airbnb more than anything. The room was very spacious and provided a kitchen, washing machine and drying poles to accomodate everything that is needed for a traveller. There is a 7-11 convenience store located roughly 5 minutes away across the street from the hotel and is 10 minutes away from Hakata station. This hotel utilises a check in tablet and no physical staff is present. Despite that, the tablet was easy to navigate and did not take much time checking in or checking out. My friend and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

GGuest UserIt is located about 20 minutes on foot from Hakata Station. There is a 24-hour large supermarket and convenience store right in front of the hotel, so you can have a meal even if you arrive late. There is also a bus stop right in front, so you can take a bus to the main station, making it a good hotel.
