Next to Maruo Onsen Station, you can see Sakurajima if the weather is good. The hot spring is a sulfur spring, which is very beautiful in white and blue. There is also a hot spring steam sauna. The only bad thing is that the buffet has a lot of varieties but the taste is quite average. However, for a price of just over 600 yuan for one night and two meals, it is perfect.

Let’s start with good things. There is little kitchen you can use. There is free tea. There are two showers and one toilet room near the former entrance. Washing machine is free. The place is opened 24 hours. Wifi is fine. The mat and pillow are comfy. English-friendly.
Now, some bad things. It seems that the place knew much better days. Now, as many others, it became a home for those who work, not travel. It means it is still noisy after 22:00 in the dorm room. Guys can turn on the lights and leave them on. Locker doors slamming, etc. A few tenants did not care about clearing shower after them, same with the toilet slippers that are mandatory but tenants use the ordinary ones. If you are sensitive for this, consider choosing another place or at least a private room.

This is a hot spring where you can enjoy a mud pack. It's fun, so I recommend you try it. However, I think the hot spring will be enough on your way home. There are no amenities such as lotion, so you need to prepare. The rooms in the main building feel like a Showa-era inn. If you are used to convenient hotels, it may be a little inconvenient, such as taking a long time to get hot water in the bathroom (apparently the boiler is far away). I think it will be lacking in many ways for those who want to enjoy something out of the ordinary.

Chinese boss and Japanese grandfather run the homestay
In the suburbs of Shibuchi City, Kagoshima, you can't come without driving.
There is also a small homestay gathering area in the very quiet farmland five or six kilometers away from Zhibuzhi Central District.
The room is like a single room. It will be smaller for two people. Try to live in a room for one person.
The bathroom is not big but the hot water is very flushing. The bath is very comfortable.
The room has air conditioning and a public balcony (three rooms share a large balcony, there is no partition between each other)
The friend responded that the room she lived in near the bathroom was a bit damp and damp
I didn't feel obvious in the room near the door
Friends who have a car/rental car to drive by themselves can consider it more affordable

宮濱站出來走路10分鐘左右到達酒店（提前聯繫酒店可以在車站接送，我們行李不多沒約）
走去酒店路上遇到了美景！
還有列車經過！真的太幸慶沒讓酒店接送了
酒店有兩班車送去沙蒸温泉♨️4:15/5:15，要提前預約，我們沒提前預約但很幸運有人取消，我們候補坐上了5:15的班車～回程巴士6:30，沙蒸温泉時間一個小時（如果衹是沙蒸10分鐘+温泉）時間剛剛好。
酒店包含早晚餐，不得不驚歎酒店的餐食太太太好了！我住過非常多次含餐食的温泉酒店，温泉酒店的懷石料理/會席料理很多時候都是精緻但説不上很好吃，但這家餐食居然出乎意料的好吃😋讓人印象深刻。大廚的服務非常非常好，他會逐一介紹菜品，即使我們日語不好也用英語介紹，全程非常關注每一個客户，真的做到用心對待每個客户。第二天早餐，大廚還安排我們坐到窗户的位置能看到大海（其他日本顧客都是坐回前一天晚餐的原位，大廚看我們外國客户特地安排我們坐窗邊），還幫我們拍照，服務真的超級無敵好。推薦給大家！！

The owner was very, very friendly. After eating at the Xizhi table on the night of the check-in, he drove back to the hotel under heavy rain and used it.
It took more than twice to return. It was more than 11 o'clock when we arrived. The owner had fallen asleep. We rang the bell to wake her up to take the key. I was really very, very sorry, but the owner did not lose his temper and clearly told us what we should pay attention to. It was really professional and I appreciated it very much. The opportunity to go to Seed Island is a very worthwhile accommodation to consider.

這是一家民宿，首先離鹿兒島中央站有點距離，大概步行10-15分鐘左右，距離天文館大概10分鐘，稍近一些。民宿沒有電梯，所以對有較多行李的客人不太友好。其次，房間挺大的，頁面顯示37平，有兩個雙人床，我們這次兩大兩小足夠，有微波爐，冰箱，電磁爐，洗衣機，浴室帶烘乾功能。這些都很不錯。但是本次因為衹住一晚沒有燒飯和洗衣服。細節方面，牙刷挺好，毛挺軟的。最後很多人擔心自助入住和退房會不會不方便。實測下來，關注自己的郵箱，民宿會在當天發郵件告知入住ID和門禁密碼。整個入住流程在一樓大廳ipad上完成還算順利。退房也很方便，房間內的平板即可完成。

GGuest UserA very rustic, traditional, homey guest house. No en suite bathroom but shared ones are super clean AND there is an indoor onsen!! The room was very warm and cozy, food ( must be ordered in advance) was amazing. The owners are extremely warm and friendly - gave us great recommendations and made us feel so at home. You are able to rent hiking here for a very low price.
Location is very central, close to Miyanoura port, restaurants, and amenities.
Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly highly recommend :)

The rice is very good and the beach is nearby, so it is perfect for spending a luxurious time.
This room is a wooden house with high ceilings and a touch of woody fragrance. The ceiling fan invites you to travel.
Taking a step to the balcony, the stars look very beautiful, and the sounds of various creatures come and go.
I feel that I have found something forgotten in my city life.

GGuest UserIt’s only a 6-minute walk from Kagoshimachuo Station! I stayed in the Tatami Room which can be relatively small for people with big luggages. Like other hostels, the toilets, shower rooms, and common space are shared among the floor. However, I do find the shower area a little small. Many of us wouldn’t enter the shower area if somebody was using the sink because the sink was right in front of one shower cubicle HAHAHA. And yes, there’s only one sink in the common shower area.
I would recommend this place if you are doing a short stay in Kagoshima because there’s lots of shops and restaurants around the area! By the way, it’s located along the same lane as the famous “tonkatsu kawakyu とんかつ川久”. Please try it because it’s the best tonkatsu I’ve ever eaten!

Luana House is backed by the mountains and facing the sea, watching the mountains and the sea, watching the sunset, watching the sky full of stars, satisfying the appearance of all the houses in the dream. Beautiful boss, handsome boss, the ultimate and exquisite room and service details. What touched me was that we didn't tell the time of arrival at all. The bus was still in confusion. The boss and his wife had already raised their hands to us on the platform on the hillside. I really don't know how many times they looked around. And who would have expected that a table full of dishes that make your taste buds bloom is made by such a beautiful proprietress. The fresh fish caught from the sea every day and the fruits and vegetables from the garden make our perfect dinner. In order to plan a route for the greedy me, the two couples racked their brains and tried everything possible to satisfy my ideas, and then drove us to the hot spring every night.
