The location is excellent, with two train stations nearby and about a 10-minute walk to Tennoji Zoo. However, we were a little disappointed that the shower was not working initially. That said, the administrator responded quickly and changed our room immediately, even late at night, which we really appreciated. We hope the administrator can check the facilities more carefully before future stays. Overall, we still recommend this place.

Overall, the accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was quite spacious, making it perfect for staying with family or friends. I especially liked that there was a washing machine in the bathroom, and it even came with laundry detergent—everything we needed was provided. Although the check-out time was 10:00 AM, we requested an extension and they kindly allowed us to stay until 12:00 PM free of charge, which we really appreciated. It was truly a great choice. The place was very cozy, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable.

The location is near the train station and the tower. The room have drinking water and more space but very small toilet and bathtub. At night, the light is too bright, even though there is curtain. The luggage cannot leave for free at the front after checkout. The staff is welcome to help.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was super clean and felt comfortable right away. I also liked that there was a small kitchen counter. it was simple but really useful during the stay. The location was a big plus too. Being close to Namba OCAT made it really easy for us to take a break and then continue our trip to other parts of Japan by bus. Overall, it’s a great, convenient place to stay, especially if you’re planning to travel around a lot.

I overslept and was late for check-out, but the staff were very kind and helpful, and I wasn't charged any late fees. The hotel's proximity to the station was also a big plus. I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!

My recent stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's self-check-in service was efficient and convenient; the whole process was seamless, and I quickly completed the formalities, got my room card, and headed to my room. Upon entering the room, I found all the facilities to be well-appointed. From the soft and comfortable large bed to the neat and clean toiletries and fully functional electrical appliances, every detail reflected thoughtfulness and care. The hotel's surroundings are also quite pleasant, with lush trees providing fresh air. The streets weren't filled with noisy traffic or bustling crowds, and it remained very quiet even at night. The serene atmosphere allowed me to fully relax and enjoy a good night's sleep, completely undisturbed by external factors.

Everything about the environment was great, except the AC heating wasn't very good. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, which is only one stop from Namba. I was there for a concert, and it was also just one stop from the Kyocera Dome, which was incredibly convenient. If I had any questions, the host replied to emails very promptly. My hairdryer broke in my room, and when I told the host, she immediately took care of it and brought a new one the very next day.

The hotel is located in a residential area. Although it is very quiet, the living functions are still good. There are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The subway is a little far from the hotel, and the journey takes almost ten minutes, but the famous attractions Kuromon Market and Tsutenkaku are nearby and can be reached on foot. The facilities in the room are all available, including induction cookers, refrigerators, microwave ovens and TVs, bath towels, towels, slippers and toothbrushes. The toilet is a bidet, and the bathtub in the bathroom is large, so you can take a bath. The room is very beautiful in Japanese style. There are also vending machines and free washing machines on the first floor. It is very suitable for family travel.

Compared to places back home, it's definitely on the smaller side, but for Japan, the size is actually quite acceptable. It wasn't as cramped or dated as I'd imagined. With the lights on, it felt quite cozy, and the window provided good natural light. My only minor gripes were the lack of complimentary water and that housekeeping only came every three days. On the plus side, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is super convenient, and it's also very close to Tenkachaya Station. The neighborhood is residential and felt very safe, completely unlike what some online comments suggest about the 'western district' being full of homeless people; even at 9 or 10 PM, there were no drunks or homeless individuals around. Luggage storage is under camera surveillance with no staff supervision, which initially made me a little worried, but my bags were perfectly safe after half a day. All in all, it's very affordable and offers excellent value for money. 🫶

AAekapope YottoIf you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this seaside inn in a small coastal town in Japan is a perfect choice. Nestled right along the shoreline, the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise, when the sky turns into a canvas of soft pastel colors reflected on the calm sea.

GGuest UserFabulous location - distance from the station is really good. The front door lock is quite complex to access initially and can be tricky on occasion. The heater in the front room is great, but we weren't sure if we should or could leave it running. All of the facilities were very good and clean and easy to use. Perhaps a drying rack for clothes for people to use, as the dryer took a very long time and wasn't all that effective. Somewhere to hang clothes would be very useful. The stairs were very steep and the steps quite narrow, and they would extremely difficult for older people to manage. Perhaps a caution in the booking information so that older people know before booking the house. Overall, a great self-contained house, close to the station and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe staff were all friendly and helpful, and it was so cute that they greeted me in Korean when I checked in. Even though it's a Japanese hotel, the rooms were spacious, so I had no problem spreading out my 28-inch suitcase for three days. The water pressure in the bathroom was great, and I was worried about the heating system in Japan due to the sudden cold weather, but I was able to sleep comfortably thanks to the individual heater controls. Conveniently located, the hotel is right in front of JR Kishibe Station and a 7-minute walk from Hankyu Shojaku Station, so I highly recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule in Umeda and Kyoto.

GGuest UserThe room is Japanese style, and I didn't feel uncomfortable sleeping on the tatami. The experience of Japanese B&B is really good, and the kitchen is also very large (it feels like a Japanese drama. It is very close to Kansai Airport, and it is also very convenient to go to the airport the next day. There is also a large supermarket nearby. I bought beef and fried it in the kitchen myself. It was great! It is the type of place I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserElegant Japanese-style courtyard, thoughtful pick-up and drop-off station service, exquisite and rich breakfast, clean and warm rooms, everything can see the intention of the owner of the hotel. In the afternoon, you can learn words in front of the window facing the cherry blossom tree, or book a tea ceremony with the proprietress in advance... This clubhouse outside Osaka and Izumi City is worth coming again. Maple Leaf Season also has to make an appointment with friends to visit the ancient temples in the Tang Dynasty in the nearby Takaye Mountain, looking forward to seeing you next time!
