My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

Service - Excellent, friendly, and I loved the free use of the hot springs. The ocean is right in front. I love the spacious parking lot. Breakfast is decent, though some people may not like it. Unlimited Hongge ๐Ÿ‘. The only downside is that the carpet smells a bit. And the power outlets are inconveniently located. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the ocean view is amazing.

I received room upgrade. I could the see from my room. When I arrived at hotel, a staff welcomed me in front of the front door. All staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. I was drizzling on my face and soaked in the hot spring water and enjoyed a healing time like heaven.

A great variety of adorable yukata were available for us to choose from. After a relaxing soak in the onsen, it was truly splendid to quietly admire the garden. The service was also top-notch. The only slight letdown was the food; while plentiful, the seasoning wasn't quite there.

Facilities: The hotel has all the standard amenities, including an outdoor private onsen, and the room is very spacious with a sea view. The large outdoor bath also offers a breathtaking sea view, providing a truly refreshing experience. Don't miss out on the delicious Oyama milk from the vending machine. Hygiene: The indoor areas are clean. Since there are many insects in summer, just remember to close the outdoor door promptly, and you'll be fine. Environment: Located in Kaike Onsen village, it's a seaside hot spring with a white sand beach below. The sea water is clean, perfect for swimming, and kids can enjoy digging in the sand. Service: The staff were incredibly thoughtful. As soon as they saw us from afar, they proactively ran over to greet us and helped with our luggage. On our departure day, they even arranged a car to take us to the station, despite it being only a 3-minute drive. They insisted on providing a dedicated car according to our schedule to protect us from the summer sun, which was very heartwarming. The welcome afternoon tea in the lobby offered a variety of drinks. The breakfast and dinner truly deserve special praise. We booked a half-board plan, and the dinner was exquisite and delicious, featuring seasonal seafood like oysters and three different doneness levels of steak, all incredibly tasty. We enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with both Japanese and Western options, an incredible variety. There were so many desserts and ice creams that we couldn't even try them all, and everything tasted excellent. They even provided small trolleys to help us carry our food, which is a rare thoughtful touch I've encountered in the many onsen hotels I've stayed at.

I think the coast is close and the best location. It is an old facility, but it is pasted with tatami mats so that you can walk barefoot all the building. There are two baths in the morning and evening replacement, but the scale is completely different, so I can't evaluate if I don't enter both. I think it's not possible or impossible as a whole.

The station shuttle service was excellent, and the hotel reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. They even provided fun onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and the lobby offered drinks and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also had a wide selection of souvenir shops, and a morning fruit market was very convenient. The meals were plentiful and delicious. The location of the open-air onsen changes in the morning and evening, offering different lake views. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Everything at the buffet was delicious, and I was especially impressed by the bamboo steamed squid served at dinner. The carbonated drinks and plum wine I enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor after meals and after a bath were also delicious. The room was clean, and the view of the snow and hot spring town from the window was amazing... The shuttle service to Kurayoshi Station on my way back was also very helpful (reservations required, 140 yen). Overall, it was a great hotel!

GGuest UserI missed the 9:00 PM check-in time, but I called to let them know my expected arrival time, so my stay went smoothly. Parking is free and nearby. It's also frequented by foreigners, and it seems they were staying with small children. The owner was a wonderful person. It was clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I come to Tottori.

KKokoniinaiThe environment is first-class, just by the sea, you can see the sea by the window, and you can see the sea from the bed. When you leave the store, you are the seaside, a very good beach. The owner is a grandmother who speaks too softly (you must pay attention to listening to it to hear clearly), and is very kind. The room has no bathroom and bathroom, which is very inconvenient. I brought my 70-year-old mother. The elderly have to go to the toilet at night and have to leave the room. It is very inconvenient, but although it is a public toilet, it is very clean. There is a wash basin in the room, but there is no hot water, which is very inconvenient. From the perspective of looking at the sea, the location of the hotel is really the best, but it is really inconvenient to experience that the room does not have a bathroom and bathroom. In the future, I will confirm three things in advance when I book a hotel: whether the room is equipped with a toilet and bathroom (the best bathroom and toilet are separate), whether the basin has hot water, and whether the WIFI is good. Because this trip to several hotels, I deeply confirm that these three items are very important.

GGuest UserVery good homestay, cost-effective and basic facilities. The owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. He gave a detailed introduction to the townโ€™s attractions and recommended authentic restaurants. You can even add WeChat (and take the initiative to drive us to the station when you leave. Donโ€™t mind staying) Many netizens at the hotel sincerely recommend this home.

ใ‚‹ใ‚‹ใƒผใกใ‡It's a really cute guesthouse! When I thought it was very European, the owner was French. He was fluent in Japanese and told me that he would go to Matsue the next day and he recommended it. It was an inn that I would like to repeat if I went to Yonago again.

HHongEEI stayed here as part of a Daisen trekking itinerary. This was my first time at a pension like this. The owner was very friendly and gave me a lot of information, and we had a fun chat. The night sky was filled with stars, and the view was breathtaking. It felt a bit like a goshiwon (a boarding house). We just slept there. The bathroom and toilet were shared, but they were clean and comfortable. We went to the Daisen hot springs and washed up, so we just brushed our teeth and went to bed.
