It was our first experience of residence in Riad, and I was vainly experiencing what would be cold, uncomfortable and unusual. On the contrary, here turned out to be surprisingly comfortable and truly atmospheric! The room had everything needed (even local body cosmetics) and the air conditioner was perfectly heated at night and slept very comfortable. We were met with tea and coffee, and breakfast was particularly pleasant the beginning of the next day. The car was left on an indoor parking space only in 5 minutes walking very convenient. The location is just perfect: a quiet green street, and at the same time right in the middle where there is literally everything better not to think. Thank you for the warm reception and hospitality!

Attending a conference in Rabat, I serendipitously stumbled upon this accommodation right in the city center, which turned out to be the most fortunate discovery of my entire trip. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making taxis incredibly easy to hail. The surrounding area is bustling with cafes, supermarkets, and Chinese restaurants – there's even a hair salon! (A handsome Moroccan stylist named Tony offers a wash and blow-dry for just around 35 RMB. The hair wash is incredibly relaxing, complete with a massage, and the styling is top-notch. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I was tempted to go every single day!) Our hostess was exceptionally kind and an absolutely amazing cook. She even surprised me with a 'hidden' menu item: Mango Sago (Yang Zhi Gan Lu)! 🥹 It truly felt like a priceless, authentic experience that money simply can't buy, especially when you're far from home.

We were as a mother-dochter on the trip. The accommodation in this beautiful Riad was dreamy. It is well reachable in the Medina. Riad Dar Saidi is very central. We have walked 10 minutes from the train station. Issam is very nice and has cared well about us. The room in Riad is easternly furnished. It was attentive to every detail. It is clean and peaceful. We have sleeped like Queens and have very rich breakfast. The Riad Dar Saidi I can recommend very much.

Riad is located on the edge of the medal, which allows you to spend the minimum time on the movement of luggage from taxi to riad. Riad and the numbers are authentic and atmospheric. The hotel staff were friendly and kind, but we were settled a little later than 14 hours since the room was not ready. The water in the room was cold, the problem was not solved, but allowed to take a shower in the next room with warm water. Breakfast was quite short and instead of cappuccino brought cocoa, but the view from the roof on the breakfast was great. The room had a bottle of water, which is more exceptional for Morocco than a rule that is also a plus. The price-quality ratio for Morocco is also quite good, so in general I would rather recommend this riad, despite the downsides.

After showering the entire bathroom was very wet and the entire wall was covered with traces of mold. The hotel ignored the details. The service and the location of the hotel are overall full marks, but I think the room furnishings are absolutely unqualified and the price / performance ratio is absolutely unqualified extremely low.
