This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our entire trip to Malaysia. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout. The hotel has two floors; the second floor mainly houses the lobby, where you can order free drinks, which was a huge plus! There are also three adorable cats roaming around. Every morning, the hotel provides a complimentary special breakfast in the lobby, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into it. The lobby also offers games like Uno, playing cards, and building blocks to enjoy with friends, and there's a pool table near the bar. While the room's style was a bit on the darker side, it had a great design, and the bathroom was very spacious. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Langkawi~

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our room was spacious, beautifully arranged, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a great choice for couples, families, or solo travelers who value comfort and a welcoming environment. The only minor point to note is that there isn’t a market nearby, but this was never an issue for us because the hotel provides everything necessary, and the staff are always happy to help with anything extra. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt completely relaxed. The combination of excellent service, friendly people, and a calm environment makes this hotel a perfect option for those looking for a pleasant and stress-free vacation. Great value for money! This is a really, really great hotel. I was planning to stay in Langkawi for a month and had driven around checking out hotels one by one before settling on this one. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful. Even the cleaning staff would enthusiastically gesture to recommend fun places to visit. The room was very clean, and the swimming pool was perfectly usable for swimming. I say this because I encountered some abnormal pools at other hotels, where you could literally dive and hit the opposite wall! This is my honest review.

1. Design & Privacy: Unique curved wooden cabins/private courtyards; the public pool is quiet. Complimentary snacks & drinking water, and the floating breakfast makes for great photos. Rooms are clean and soundproof. 2. Friendly Service: Multilingual staff (including Chinese), instant responses on WhatsApp. Airport transfers and car rentals can be arranged. 3. Practical Amenities: Free Wi-Fi and parking. The lush greenery in the courtyard creates a strong holiday vibe.

A great stay! This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and very local. The paintings on the wall and the decorations are carefully selected. The breakfast is also great, with a wide variety and good taste. They also prepared local specialty pastries and their homemade jams. We also ordered cheese omelet, which is very smooth and fragrant when eaten alone, and it is another enjoyment to eat it in toast. It's really great! The only drawback may be the location, which is a little hidden. You have to go in from a small road, don't be scared. But you can still get a grab, but it takes a little more time. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from Chenang Beach and not far from the airport. Facilities: The equipment is very complete, and the most surprising thing is that the toilet is actually smart. Hygiene: Very good. Someone cleans it every day. Environment: The environment is very beautiful, as if you are in the isolated nature. The infinity pool is great, and you can see squirrels and monkeys! Service: Very good! Every staff member is very friendly. If you encounter some problems during your stay, they will be solved immediately, and the efficiency is very high.

We had a great stay! The apartment is in a brand new building, so there is still some construction going on in and around the property, and there was quite a bit of dust. We stayed in the four bedroom apartment with two en-suite bathrooms. The balcony overlooking Cenang Beach was the highlight - the view and sunsets were amazing. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with towels, basic toiletries, kitchenware, a coffee machine, and a water purifier. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed in no time. The host also recommended some great local restaurants. Overall, excellent service and a beautiful place to stay. We'd definitely recommend it, especially for families or groups.

The landlord is very nice. The living environment is comfortable and quiet. It is very close to restaurants, sea view and shopping. I am very satisfied with the health services and it is a pleasure to travel. (I just put the uneaten pizza in the refrigerator and forgot to pick it up. Please ask the store to deal with it. Thank you)

We stayed at this hotel from January 26th to February 6th, 2026. The hotel's location is convenient; it's close to the beach, and a leisurely 7-10 minute walk to the Thursday market. If you head towards the main road, there's an eco-market (similar to a discount store back home, but you can find all the essentials and many interesting things – everything costs a fixed 2.8 ringgit). However, we were unlucky with our room. The owner did apologize, but the TV wasn't working, and there was no kettle, so we had to go to the water dispenser every time we needed hot water. There wasn't even a basic nightstand to put our toiletries on; everything in the bathroom had to sit on the floor. Oddly enough, other rooms seemed to have these amenities, and we didn't book the cheapest room from the list either. There are many cafes nearby, and a street with shops is also close by. Overall, the hotel is decent, but perhaps only for a 2-3 night stay.

This is our 2nd time stays at Jasmine Villa. The 1st time on 2022 (don’t have pool yet). And we repeat to stay here again but this time already got pool. We really enjoy spend our time here. The amenities and facilities provided also very satisfying. Will surely to book here again if we came to Langkawi in the next time.

Very nice guesthouse, and nice people work in it., I put 4 stars, because yes, a little far from the center and all the entertainment. But on the other hand, this is only a plus. And to the beach, as to one, then to the other, it is literally 10 minutes to walk. One step away is a self-service laundry. In the immediate vicinity are local cafes, where you can eat deliciously for such ridiculous money! The guesthouse itself is clean, cozy., The staff is sincere and responsive. Whatever you ask, they will help. There is no daily cleaning, but if you ask, they will clean, they will also give you water and tea and coffee. They will help you find your way around the area,,, A very good guesthouse, I think this is a good purchase, based on the choice of price and quality. Now I am in Patong, and I am just crying. I took a hotel 2 times more expensive than in Langkawi. But there are no amenities here at all! In Malaysia, there was always hot water, and a TV with Netflix and YouTube. I recommend this Guest to everyone!!!
