We had a great 2 nights stay at Antara Genting. Rooms are clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The weather is so cold that we didn’t even need to switch on the fan or aircond throughout our stay. Took us about 16 mins walk/about 1235 steps from Antara Link Bridge to Sky Avenue. Will definitely be coming back again.
This is my utmost best service ever received. After i left and checked out from the hotel i realised that i misplaced my watch and contacted the hotel and they immediately help to search without hesitation even if its off working hours. They contacted the cleaners and all the other staffs to search for my watch and even went to the location my watch was last found. And thankfully i found my watch that i accidentally left in the grab 😭😭😭😭
The staff is so friendly and helpful really love my stay here.
The room is also neat and clean and the price is also reasonable. Location also great theres a restaurant just opposite to the hotel and many food nearby just by walking distance.
THIS WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I COME TO KUANTAN
The hotel was prompt in responding and very kindly taking note and made special arrangements for our occasion of our child's birthday and wedding anniversary celebration. We had a lovely surprise and birthday song played when we checked in to our room. Amazing scenic views of mountain and KL city night lights, and comfortable bedding that gives us good sleep. Comfortable space to spend good family time. We enjoyed very much and would love to return or recommend to our friends and relatives!
Only 2 suggestions to make: 1) the fan in our master bedroom (room 2008) makes some noise quite often during the night, good to have it checked and fixed to not affect guests' experience, and 2) if only the shower area in the bathrooms have a door to avoid water splashing out to the toilet area.
Good thing about this apartment is, air cond is good, and it’s relatively clean. I will write what I see, the bedsheets and quilt cover is full of stains, it’s really time to change new sets. There is no separate air cond split unit inside small room with single bed. The under sink pipe in dining area came off during our stay, good thing is management sent repairman within 30minutes. Quite a number of eateries near the apartment, this is a plus point. Beach access was good.
We stayed two nights and the place was great for the money we paid. The check in process is simple and quick but need to contact them earlier to set the check in process. The room is big and comes with a nice mountain view. Will book this place again next time if the price is still maintain low.
We truly happy and enjoyed with our stay at swiss garden! The room and toilet are clean, easy access to beach, swimming pool were amazing and kids friendly. The residence just nice for our little family but extra mattress are provided too. If you’re hungry at night, you can have a in-room dining just like at hotel which i impressed with. Breakfast wise maybe can improve a bit in terms of foods selection. Otherwise my experience was great⭐️and i definitely will come back again in the future!
enjoyed the stay and place as we get to walk to the genting skyworld to eat and ride some of the most fun rides (however, the walk is about 20-30mins and its an upslope..)
Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning.
Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only).
We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred
Antara Hotel is relatively new, and we were genuinely impressed with our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. As both my husband and I are light sleepers, we always hope for a quiet environment when traveling, and the room we booked exceeded our expectations in that regard.
One of our favorite features was the balcony with a lovely view. We spent the evening enjoying some beer and snacks while taking in the cool breeze, which was a wonderful way to unwind. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the bedroom layout. Having a separate bedroom with a door helped reduce noise and made the stay even more restful.
The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, clean, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. At a room rate of around RM400+ per night, it would be nice if hand towels or face towels were provided in addition to bath towels. Also, bottled drinking water is not provided. Instead, the hotel uses a water filtration machine that dispenses purified water directly from the tap.
The location is connected to Genting via a link bridge, but be prepared for about a 15-minute walk. Younger guests will likely find it manageable, but I would not recommend the walk for elderly visitors. Fortunately, the hotel provides buggy rides to the escalator area, which helps save energy and is probably one of the most convenient services offered.
Overall, the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and offer good value for the price. If you prefer being just a few minutes away from your room while exploring Genting, you may want to stay at Genting Grand or First World Hotel instead. However, if you don’t mind a short stroll and prefer a quieter, more relaxing environment, Antara Hotel is definitely a good choice.

FFarizaMy family had a nice stay at TDR. It lived up to our expectations and MORE. I am writing because I would like to commend the resort for their help in locating my missing backpack (left at the ferry jetty). When we realised we were missing an important bag (dont ask how, things happen i guess) we called the resort and asked the help from the staff to check if we did leave our bag at the jetty which was a 10 minutes-walk away from the resort. They immediately went to check but the bag was not there. It seemed that TDR didn’t just leave the matter at that, and I dont know how they managed it, but 6.5 hrs later they called to inform me that the bag was on another ferry on its way to a different jetty 30 minutes away from us on the mainland. Kudos to the Bluewater ferry service for picking up the abandoned bag and sent it to their office albeit at a different nearby location. Again, I dont know how but i am so glad that TDR was able to get that information and relayed it back to us. After more than 8 hours of despair, with God’s will, we got back our bag with the help of the staff of the resort, the staff of the Bluewater ferry service and possibly the networking within the small island. Thank you so much for the help TDR. Thank you for making this a really memorable trip with a happy ending.
JJinHon1. The distance to First World Hotel Genting is not far, it only takes about 12 minutes by car.
2. The downside is that I stayed in a large room, and it took a lot of time to find it the first time because I couldn't figure out which tower it was in.
3. The room is well-equipped with hot water, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
4. It can sleep a lot of people; if you squeeze, 8-9 people could fit. ❤️
5. Remember to hold your room card against the door for a bit longer when opening it.
AAnonymous UserFantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!
AAnonymous UserOverall, my stay at Ion Delemon Premier Suites Genting was decent and worth the price.
The staff were friendly and helpful 👍 Just a heads up — make sure to bring cash for the deposit, as not all payments are accepted cashless.
Parking was convenient and easy to access, but it is charged separately (not included in the stay).
The room was clean and comfortable, although the amenities were quite basic. Still acceptable considering the affordable price.
However, one major issue that needs improvement is the presence of bed bugs. I personally experienced bites during my stay. That said, I do appreciate the staff’s quick response — even at around 3AM, they came to assist, sprayed the room, and changed the bedsheets.
Still, this is something the management should take seriously and ensure the bedding is thoroughly cleaned for guests’ comfort.
In conclusion, it’s okay for a short stay, but cleanliness—especially the bed—needs improvement.
IIrene沛廉Had a night stay at this place. The check in counter quite funny as it is not at the property itself. It is at the opposite building. Parking very convenient. Little disappointed with switch as you do not know if the switch button is for on or off. Toilet little bit smelly. My first experience book during the peak period is I have to wait for more than 1/2 hour to get the lift to go down to the parking. In the end I have to squeeze in and went every floor up and go down again..

GGuest UserI booked a suite, and there was an additional bed in the loft. I'm not sure if it's because of the recent continuous rain, but the bed in the loft had a very strong musty smell and was unusable. My wife, child, and I had to squeeze onto the double bed downstairs.
The hotel's exterior is beautiful, nestled close to the mountains and forest, offering nice scenery and environment. However, there were snakes and lizards in the courtyard. I find this unacceptable and advise caution before booking.
Another thing I need to complain about is the parking. It's difficult to turn around, and the parking spaces are cramped. If you're staying during a holiday, there simply aren't enough parking spots.

KKenny Ho83Excellent location and experience when staying on Genting middle hill. Nice surroundings, facilities, and view. However, the restroom has let me down. The door isn't closing because the odor is spreading throughout the room. The stench is repulsive even when taking a bath. In general, we don't like the smell of the toilet. Please improve, and I'll be back.
