The kitchen facilities in the room were a bit tricky to use, but the clean lady who tidied our room was very helpful. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, including a balcony. The bathroom is a tad on the small side. My only minor concern was the area outside the hotel, which seemed to have a lot of immigrants, making me feel a tiny bit uneasy about safety.

Apartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

In Norway, this food is expensive and average Renting an apartment is ideal. There are a few things to note: One throws garbage to be dressed neatly and with a mobile phone Why? Because I'm plain, slippers, back, locked out of the door Second, wear neatly and bring a mobile phone in the room. Why? Because I was in the bathroom, the door was pushed open, Cleaning staff made a mistake with my check-out time Wear neatly and bring your phone at 2 am Why? Because the fire alarm went off, everyone left the building. And finally, it's because Indian guys are cooking at 1 a.m. What kind of curry do you make at 1 a.m. The whole building is awake, so let's have a late night snack together. And when they come, they will be safe. You can laugh and cry. It's all experience.

Bob place is perfect! We never have much expectation since this was a last minute booking as our tour booked us an airport hotel instead of city hotel. Bob place has every small details of personal touch, with a personalised welcome card, and couple of amenities thats we loved so much. Also, they are always reachable and helpful even though its self check-in.

The first time I lived in a standardized European camp, the experience was very good, because it was not a RV, I chose a cabin, the public bathroom and toilet were very clean, because I didn’t bring kitchenware, I couldn’t experience the public kitchen, the natural environment of the camp was very good, the air was very fresh, there was 42 buses at the door, It takes half an hour to go to the center of the city. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the camp. The staff is also very nice. I watched the RVs in the camp, just like visiting the RV Show.

The location near the station and in general is quite close to the main attractions, but the area itself is quite migrant and it is not always comfortable, unfortunately. Also big minus that there is no air conditioning system, but only ventilation, on a hot day apartments are heated quite heatfully. Operational support via WhatsApp, washing machine directly in the apartments, fully served kitchen
