AAlston94Great stay overall. It has its own designated car parking for each room. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable and welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, almost like staying at home. Smooth from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much host for your help that I went to the wrong location but host assisted me to find the correct location and very responsive to my enquiry even that hour considered late around 8pm. Just to add on there are 2 forest city at Auckland but make sure you search (forrest city) with 2 r in it, as I went wrong to the another forest city 😅 I would definitely recommend this place for both business and leisure travelers. I will come back here again when I visit Auckland, travel from here to city centre just 15 minutes without jam.

HHan DevilisAngelLoveeeeeeee the huge outdoor tub for hot spring! Room is considered very clean although there are some spiders and cobwebs around, but this is normal and acceptable since the outdoor tub area is of nature settings. Tub is very clean too btw. The huge sofa and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave oven which is very convenient although we didn't use it.
Location is right beside some eateries and a supermarket (the fried chicken and fries are very nice in the supermarket!). A 5-10mins drive to Helensville with another supermarket and more eateries. Tried the sushi shop and thai food, both are good.
Overall we had a great stay and would like to thank the friendly host too!

JJINGOverall it is not bad, the islanders opened, the environment is good, the room is big, you can cook by yourself, the hot spring opposite is very average, not recommended, the islanders service is very average, the hot spring next door feels better!

Since the location is near the Airport so I got up pretty early because the sound and the street outside the house was pretty busy even at night, otherwise it is cozy for travellers

FFaizal IqbalToo many ants at the kitchen cabinet, spider web in one of the room, the painting of the home building run down, toilet shower door spoilt, need many touch up for the house, totally different from the photo that we see at the trip.com. So sad staying there for 4days waste our holiday mood. Should not mislead with the beautiful photos that are shown. This is my sincere review so please accept this fact. But anyway owner is fast respond when we communicate.

GGuest UserPerfect and clean environment in a nice suburban neighborhood. The whole unit have one room on the lower level and 5 rooms on the upper level.
Key collection is at another street, a 2 minutes drive. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, tables for meals, sharing bathroom and toilet.
Room is big with comfortable bed and a TV. Recommended.

Maybe an a la carte option for breakfast would have mad ir perfect.

GGuest UserThe hotel is the old town in the center of Auckland, and the surrounding restaurants, bars and shopping are very convenient. The old house has a taste of home. The breakfast has a special chef made for each guest on-site, which is delicious. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming, and also reserved a parking space for us. In short, everything is fine, will stay again next time.
