It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

Ruby-xiThe hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk to the concentration camp, and it is also convenient to walk to the town center. The room is very clean and comfortable, and there are two bottles of bottled water in the room. The front desk staff is also very polite. It is worth staying

Guest UserIt was a corner room. There was a balcony and I was able to wake up with Asahi and a good view. The bathroom is clean. The interior of the room was elaborate and even more cozy.
Location is good, less than 10 minutes walk from the bustling street and access is good. I was traveling alone, and I didn't research much, and when I asked the reception for hiking courses, he politely told me.

I had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the train station and the street. The hotel only provides simple supplies, toothbrushes, slippers to bring, and there is no hair dryer in the room. Shampoo and shower gel are two in one. I stayed for two nights. On the last night, I found that the shower gel was gone and couldn't be squeezed out at all. The free breakfast provided by the hotel is good
