Homestays in Santarem District, Portugal

We arrived early in the pouring rain. We were too early for check-in but luggage was taken with no hesitation. Check-in procedure was undertaken. We returned after the room was available. We had Room 13. Access was via a key pad- no keys necessary. We had a beautiful room with a small terrace area. The kitchen area had everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Microwave, coffee machine and induction hob. There were ample dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had a quiet and undisturbed night. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet but we could not fault the selection available. Cereal, ham, cheese even small pastis de nata (or similar - which were lovely). Checkout was so easy and we were asked if we needed to leave luggage- always a bonus. We had a fabulous stay and we are  so sorry we booked only one night. We highly recommend staying here and we just wish we had used the available facilities more. What an absolutely fantastic place to stay.

O serviço prestado foi bom. O atendimento foi ótimo, pessoa simpática e prestável. O quarto era pequeno mas a cama era confortável. O aquecimento foi excelente. O WC era pequeno e podia ter melhores condições no duche, em vez de cortina podia ter divisória vidro.

Super nice people and host, pleasant and quiet. Many options for breakfast, feel like staying at home.

Má/inexistente manutenção da piscina: falta de circulação de água, laterais esverdeadas, não era limpa/filtrada diariamente. Restaurante: em pleno mês de agosto e o restaurante estava fechado. Sala de pequeno-almoços muito frio.

The rooms are spacious. The decor is very careful. It has details such as the possibility of having free coffee and fresh water. The staff is very friendly. It has a swimming pool and a wonderful terrace with views of the castle. It is very close to the centre and it is easy to park in the nearby.

Local muito calmo, fomos muito bem recebidos. Adoramos a zona da piscina Quartos super confortáveis Limpeza excelente Vou recomendar
