The location is very convenient, everything in a pedestrian availability, shops, coffee shops, restaurants. Rooms are also good, modern, even the mattress is surprisingly comfortable, made all literally and comfortable straight in the room! But one big minus personally for me overlaps everything - it is very high hearing and Pyaterchka under the hotel windows, it is just horror, it is heard as someone drowns down the corridor, in the shop constantly some kind of motor, then unload the goods at 6 a.m. this is some kind of a waste ... The staff of the hotel is friendly, everything is clean, there is drinking water on the floor, utugue, cladding, the area of the pool is not bad, but it was people just there was not, in high loading, I think it will be close and noisy... The hotel took note, but only those rooms that go the opposite side of the store ...

Very convenient location. Near the station and airport. Beach in step availability, shops. The room was clean, white bed, pleasant aroma. Recommended!

A wonderful guest house, cleanliness, for children there is a play area, rooms standard , cozy, off the sea near, min 10 slow step, next to the dining room, Sochi Park with attractions, we had a room with a view to the mountains. We liked it, now we know where to stop.

Hotel is modern, clean, good location . A spacious room , we had a view on the mountains, very high ceilings , all in beauty 🫰🏻 No thought out to the pool on the street in bad weather , until you get out of the sauna you are already cooling. In the morning, it smelled terrible sewerage in the room and all over the second floor . The roof was closed , which is offensive , it would be great if it were used. I know hotels near where the roof functions. The spa area with the pool is paid separately 1500 to 2 hours . It may not be fundamental in summer, but we were unlucky we were in bad weather , essentially except the spa area with the child to do nothing. Breakfast is held in a hotel restaurant , according to the Swedish table system, the choice of norms, everyone will find something in taste. In general, not bad.
