Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.The spaceThe villa has 3 available bedrooms with A/C: one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The main bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed, along with an ensuite bathroom. Rooms 2 and 3 have two full beds and they both share a bathroom. The common areas include a comfortable living room with A/C and a TV, a kitchen with its dining table, and a pool with its own deck and sun beds.There is also a terrace with a dining table on the second floor, in case you want to have lunch there while enjoying the ocean breeze, or just relax under the sun with a book and a nice, cold drink.Guest accessFrom the villa, you have direct access to the bay, where you can go kayaking to the sandbars, charter a boat for the day (not included), throw some fishing lines, or just relax by the pier.[In regards to the boat ride, although we currently don't offer the service directly, we can help you arrange a trip with a third-party.]There is also access to the beach, from Tesoro Beach Hotel (across Costa del Sol's main road), with a day pass for a daily fee, which is directly paid to the hotel.Other things to noteIt is important to know, the villa is located in a condominium. The pier is shared with other owners. We are just 18Km from the Airport, 51 Km. from San Salvador and if you are into surfing, we are only 37 Km. away from La Libertad, the hottest spot in El Salvador to surf.We have a brand new pergola and newly tiled pool! kitchen fully equipped, 2 refrigerators (simply bring your own food) if you don't feel like cooking, a cook can be hired, only $20 a day. You can also order food from local restaurants, just ask Mauricio, my caretaker, and he can help you out. Mauricio and my 2 Weimarainers (Luna and Rocky) will be at the property to help you out and make you feel welcome! In San Luis Talpa you can buy food at the grocery store, or buy freshly caught fish from the locals, buy local pupusas, order seafood from local restaurants, order pizza, or simply go at the end of the street to the hotel and get some more sophisticated food in their restaurant or sing some karaoke on Saturday nights.If you feel adventures: rent with them a kayak or take a tour in the river or simply take a safari with them. A great book and the hammock also sounds pretty good, relax !!!
