Raha Leo Inn

HARADALI HOME

Jay, Francesca, and all the staff were phenomenal! The room was incredibly clean, the staff were very welcoming, and the food they provided was very local and delicious. Would highly recommend this place, as it is also about an 8 minute drive to the Arusha airport. Hot water was also excellent for our room. This hotel is new to Trip.com, so please go look on Google to see the remaining outstanding reviews.
Elewana Tarangire Treetops

We did a few hotels during our trip to Tanzania and Treetops was a nice discovery. Based on previous feedback, we were expecting something nice but this is amazing when you are thinking about where you are. First, it's a bumpy road to get there but we had the most amazing elephant show 5 minutes before the resort and we had to wait for them to finish the mud bath on the road before reaching the hotel. It's a very nice place and despite that the room in the tree is a nice unique experience, the service and the food are elevating the whole experience. Thank you to ”Witness” who has been so amazing for us and all the other people making sure we were ok all the time. Being so remote, it's hard to imagine that food will be so incredible. Animals are coming to the water hole in the morning so you can share your breakfast with zebras, elephants and more. I would go back for sure.
Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge

This is a beautiful, welcoming and heartwarming resort. We live on the mountains and the temperature difference between day and night is very large. The children wore long sleeves when they had dinner. This is our first time staying in a hotel with a stove, and when we have dinner, the waiter asks if our living room and master bedroom need to turn on the oven to warm the room first. When the children were going to bed, they opened the bed, and each bed was filled with hot water bags. It was warm and comfortable. It warmed us all [Wangchai] [Cave teeth] and there was a place that moved us. When choosing dessert after dinner, I told the waiter that we wanted vanilla for ice cream, and he told me they had a mix, a ball of vanilla and a ball of strawberries, and I said it was okay. When it was served, he helped us all change to two balls of vanilla [screaming teeth] because he knew our whole family loved vanilla ice cream, and here you must try this vanilla ice cream, it is really delicious [screaming teeth]

Arusha Giraffe Lodge

Had the pleasure to stay at Arusha Giraffe Lodge during our vacation in Tanzania. The manager Mr. Msuya along with Rajabu, Glory and Joice who did everything to help us out. Delicious food, nice roomservice, great location a bit away from the city center with the sounds from the animals and nature. It's easy to grab a daladala (only 500 shilling per person) and you'll find yourself downtown. Otherwise the lodge also provides help driving you around for a very reasonable price. The AC didn't work in our first room but the new room had a nice working AC and with a better mosquito net too. The floor in the bathroom can get super slippery after showering but we got small towels to provide it. This lodge is very price worthy indeed, the staff are amazing and I feel this is definitely a place I'd return to! Thanks to Rajabu for the delicious food, to Glory for everything and to Joice for your wonderful smile. A special thanks to Mr. Msuya for making us feel so comfortable, for your hospitality and teaching me swahili!
