The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room small family room and 4th bed room with 3 full beds making it sleep 12 double occupancy. We do want to note that the ceilings in the basement are low please watch your heads. Those who are 6' or taller would be more comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms.Guest accessThe neighborhood is fairly quiet, it is a block away from the train track so you may hear some train noise. You're not far from downtown dining and shopping to the east or a small shopping area with a grocery store to the west.Other things to noteWe have teamed up with the local ice cream shop Double Dips located in the Canteen district. We will respect your space and keep our distance, might migrate to the front yard if we overlap, but will always make sure you know this is your home.The owner has 2 children under 4 years old and a small amount of crying might be heard through the door every once in a while. A hallway connects both units and sound control have been taken into consideration, but there is always a chance, and is part of the sensory experience :)We are always improving so let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable.*We have recently changed couches.
