It's a very nice guesthouse, very clean, located near all attractions in Samarkand. The room is very spacious and the owner is very helpful and speek very good english.
There is also a shared kitchen.
The hotel is located in an old residential building, surrounded by a huge park, close to Timur's Mausoleum Registan, within a ten-minute walk. The staff are very friendly.
The hardware facilities are really not good. The building is old, and the worst thing is that the air conditioning does not cool... and some other things...
I was initially surprised by the mixed-use room, but I quickly adjusted. The neighbors were pleasant and quiet, and no one disturbed anyone else. The hosts were pleasant and helpful when needed. All the sights were within easy reach.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with great light and ventilation. The owner, a Hubei native, was very hands-on, providing excellent service and easy communication. The prices were affordable, and there's a Hunan restaurant upstairs. The airport is three kilometers away, making it very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this place for families visiting from China.
The hotel is tucked in a quiet alley, around 15 mins walk to Registan square. Lovely garden and decorations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always greet the guests. Breakfast was excellent, with hot dishes like blini pancakes or eggs or sausages, some salad, tea and coffee. Room is spacious and clean. I highlighted recommend.

About 15 minutes walk to Registan Square. About 7 minutes to mini shop. It is located in a residential area in the back of the old town.
The courtyard is comfortable and you can feel the wind in the terrace seat. Breakfast is served individually. It serves quite a lot of fruit.
The room took off the shoes in the corridor. I stayed for 4 nights, but on the 3rd day there was cleaning and towel replacement.
There is a toothbrush in the room but there is no cup.
The air-conditioning is also good. Shower room, suitable hot water flow is good.
Check out on the way back and send it to the train station for free by the car arranged by the owner.
The owner of the inn, the eldest son, is friendly and speaks various English.
I was traveling alone. I arrived from Bukhara by overnight train using Yndex Go. The building was at the end of a dark street. Even though it was late at night, around 7:30 pm, I was touched by the welcoming atmosphere.
They asked what time I wanted breakfast, so I requested 8 am.
It took courage to go out at that time, but I walked to Registan Square.
I could see the blue mosque building against the sky and headed towards it.
The breathtaking full view of the illuminated mosque was beautiful.
The walk back to the hotel was a bit dark, but not a problem.
It's a good location for visiting several mausoleums on foot early every morning.
When I ate in the courtyard, small children came out, which was adorable.
The mother and grandfather couldn't speak the language, but they were very kind.
It was a very kind and friendly family. The owner talked to me in a very gentle tone, and his wife made a very delicious breakfast. In addition, my daughter guided me to the room and the common area in easy-to-understand English, and I played soccer with my sons. I had a really irreplaceable experience.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient for transportation. Taxi drops you off at the entrance to a fast food cafe, which is also the guesthouse entrance. The downside is street noise: with the windows open, it's loud during the day, but even at night, the sound of passing cars can disrupt your sleep. The sights are within walking distance. There are plenty of local food options nearby, but there are no European-style cafes, restaurants, or grocery stores. The rooms vary in state of repair. I stayed on the second floor in a decent double room. The third floor has a window facing the opposite side, toward the construction site. It should be quieter there. I didn't turn on the air conditioning. I only use it if the interior is spotlessly clean. There's a laundry room and a shared refrigerator. Breakfast is nominal. The owner is accommodating.
GGuest UserI stayed for two consecutive days. The hotel's central location puts it within easy reach of every tourist attraction. It's very clean, the environment is wonderful, and the place is quiet and peaceful. The service is exceptional, with the owner personally asking what time breakfast is, what we're having, and whether we have any dietary restrictions... This kind of exclusive service and respect is a real plus. The owner was incredibly polite, smiling and asking me where I'd been and how I enjoyed my day. Haha, it really provided a lot of emotional value, and the psychological well-being was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this place to my friends!

ややまたにI'm a Japanese man.
I was sexually harassed by the owner.
After showing me to my room, he touched my upper arms and chest.
I thought he was just touching me to say, ”You have a nice body,” so I ignored it at the time.
On the day I was due to check out, he used the translator to say, ”I don't want you to leave. I love you.”
I thought it was one of those common overseas ”Are you going away? I'll miss you” types, so I just said thank you.
After that, I started getting changed, thinking I'd take a shower before leaving, but he peeked at me from outside the window.
I quickly closed the curtains and took a shower, and then he came into my room, used the translator to say, ”I just wanted to see your breasts, and please forgive me.” I thought he was serious, but I forgave him because I was scared something might happen.
The location was great, within walking distance of Registan Square, and the room was nice, so the owner's behavior was disappointing.

SSanghunStayed for four(4) nights, was a wonderful experience.
Room condition was nice, enjoyed the meal, and the staff was very helpful.
Location was a bit far from major travel sites if comparing with other guesthouses, yet it was still close enough(20m walk to Registan) and thanks to relatively cheap taxi fee, it was not a big deal.
Overall, highly recommended.
