Wonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place: - amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet); - super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible); - free airport shuttle service; - amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast) - awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc. - they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests. All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

The beautiful lady in the reservation department took the initiative to call me for the front-end communication and upgraded to the MGallery. The hotel is at the highest point of the mountain. The room type here is not a suite, but with a balcony, which is quite good. You can see Changbai Mountain on the top floor of the 5th floor, but it is very far away, with an elevation angle of only 2 degrees, and you must telephoto to see it. The hotel breakfast is very good, the service is also very good, and the gym is not found. The bathtub cleaning can be improved. In comparison, the MGallery is a bit like the style of Marriott's Optima Collection. The room type has a balcony and you can see the view. There is no suite. If you are a parent-child, if the child is older, the bed will not be enough to sleep, or add a bed, so it is still suitable for couples. Parents and children should choose the suite of Luneng Swiss, which is better. It is close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain and far to the north slope. The sunset group from the north slope comes down from Erdaobaihe for 100 minutes. You can catch up with dinner in winter. I took a few photos at the Ramada Resort next to the hotel. The autumn scenery is good. I saw the Atlas Comet of Zijin Mountain. They also packed dinner for me. It's good!

The room is small but very warm, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. I spent 5 days in the village very pleasantly... I also had the foie gras that I love... After the closure of Sanya Club, I ate it again... 😄 Every day The children are sent to care, and they can participate in various activities. Every day is very fulfilling...
