Cirebon City Hostels

i chose executive room, and the room that i got was quite big yet it didn’t make sense, since it was only big but no interior design following it and it wasn’t convenient to even charge my phone (there was no plug in close to the bed). the sofa has stains. then i decided to upgrade my room to honeymoon suite, it was much better in terms of the interior design, but still no plug in beside the bed! and i dislike the room for it. when i asked if i could chose breakfast in bed rather than going to the restaurant, they didn’t grant it.. so chosing the highest class of this hotel doesn’t mean you will get special treatment 🙃

Every year I and my big family go to Cirebon and definitely stay at the Hotel Asri. At the price of 600 grand during the holidays, you'll get: - Large and comfortable rooms, lots of tables to put things in - Large bathroom, with enough exhaust. The wet clothes after swimming were enough to be stained all night in the shower block, and tomorrow morning is dry and can be used to swim back. - In front of the room there are 2 chairs and tables to sit and relax, enjoy the view and chat with family - The pool is quite large and clean, two types for adults and for children. - Nice place on the edge of the pool and quite instagramable (when I came there was a family who was taking a full photo shoot). - There will be a beach in the distance. - Gym, small but quite complete, open view to the city of Cirebon and the beach in the distance. - Breakfast is quite complete and delicious. Every year there, so I've had a taste of a former Asri hotel that had a very simple breakfast menu, and so it's a lot higher for me today's breakfast menus. - The access from the hotel lobby to the Asian Treasure. This convenience store is quite complete, from supermarket to clothing store - Strategic location. There are many places to eat around the hotel. Close to the morning market as well for traditional cirebon items. If you want to go to Ade Irma Suryani Waterland, it's also only about 2km from the hotel. I visit this hotel with my friends in 29th-31st October. The hotel has a very strategic location at the center of the town so getting anywhere was pretty easy. For a Budget Hotel it's a decent one. Check in and check out was easy and fast. We arrived earlier so we decided to spend some time smoking outside while waiting for our rooms. There's a security personel that greeted us and offered to arrange some table and seats for us, I personally thought that it's a very nice gesture from the staff. He was also the one that helped us carried our luggage to our rooms. The hotel was practicing covid protocol so anyone without face mask was not allowed to go in. Hand sanitizer was provided at the receptionist and at elevator entrance. Water for drinks was provided in each room, and the room was clean. The Wifi connection was good+fast and available throughout the hotel area. There's a water dispenser cold/hot in each floor near the elevator. Bathroom was also clean, towel, toothbrush, and haircap was also available. But there's several things needed to be improved such as the towel was stained I think the hotel needed to replace them, and the drinking glass was dusty so we didn't use it, instead better to drink straight from the water bottle. The bathroom in our rooms didn't have any exhaust, we were wondering why. We also stayed in smoking room, so without at least a bathroom exhaust and without any windows that can be opened its a bad idea to have a smoking rooms. In these covid times the hotel probably had less staff to operate at their best, but there was one staff here that caught our attention, it was that earlier security personel Tri Mulyono. He greeted the guest, helped carrying their luggage to the room, helped finding car lot, even act as a valet, and we remembered he was the one arranging table and chair for us earlier in front of the lobby. He was the most busy staff we seen in this hotel. And although he was so busy at that time, he still served the guests with a big smile and very friendly. We asked several things and direction to him and were given a good suggestions to where we can find our needs. The hotel was lucky to have him. Breakfast taste was average, sometimes the food ran out before they finished preparing the new one, and the dessert usually already gone when we came down for breakfast. There was a time when the spoon and plates were all gone and causes the guests to wait. And there's this strange nasi goreng which they didn't put it along with the other menu. The nasi goreng was being handled by a staff behind a table with a high partition making it impossible to be seen by the guests, I can't even see if there was a stove+pan+someone was cooking something behind that table partition. Many other guests that had just found out about it from other guest immediately ordered it. The lack of staff was also felt when the guest leave their table, no one immediately clean it, no one spray any disinfectant for the tables. T

Generally is a good hotel, it is part of a longstanding hotel group Santika, located in the middle of Cirebon. It is an older hotel compared to some in Cirebon. The service is very very good, the staffs are very welcoming and informative, health protocols are in place and the lobby are a high ceiling semi outdoor which helps with air circulation. CIrebon can be a bit cold at night, and many visitors hang around at the Lobby in the evening time. The cleanliness of the rooms are okay, a little bit of spots here and there, it will bother some people who are very concerned with this type of thing, and it was sort of an okay for me. Breakfast service were fairly standard, the staffs again were very nice and helpful. They have complimentary car washing for guests with cars. Overall iit wasnt super special, but it wasnt that bad.

The location is within the CSB mall complex. To not confuse the statue there is Masterpice Karaoke, just stay straight inside. For the experience of staying is quite enjoyable. The bedroom is large, so is the bed. The bathroom is clean and does not smell. The shortcomings I think are a few; a few sockets (only one), a slow connection wifi, and a toilet sink where water is not draining quickly, and there were a barrier in the room key that couldn't be locked.

A modern budget hotel with strategic location. Near Alun Alun, Masjid At Taqwa and several Government Offices. Surprisingly they added a coffee shop at the ground floor. Food & Drinks now available, easier than take a walk to nearby shop. They maintain their room clean as usual. I easily park my bike on the basement, and get parking ticket from the security incharge. Had a more than enough room & bath for a solo traveller like me. Strength point: They're Certified CHSE. Keep it up MD7! Be back soon for another transit stay.

I really enjoy to stay at this hotel, especially my lovely son, he like this hotel much since there is the swimming pool with some measurements...the hotel's staffs are very friendly and initiatively to offer some helps to the tenant...the room rate that given to the hotel for me is quite cheap with the good facilities..really love this hotel and hopefully I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Cirebon...

We chose this hotel because the location of events was initially close to this hotel, but it turned out that there was a change so it was a little bit far from the location of the event. If you are going to visit the University of Mount Cirebon Recreational University, especially the Department of Medicine, this hotel is the closest. Room facilities are almost the same as other budget hotels. By chance We chose a standard twin without windows, so it felt quite a bit closed. The bathroom is not too spacious. Service is average. We were asked for ID card as a bail. The lobby was very hot. That's what we owe, so we can't sit there comfortably while waiting. When we wanted to borrow a surgical kit, we were directed to Mushola to take his own saddle, whereas, Kira with a lot of employees there might be able to bring it, so we checked in, no need to be delivered to the room is also no problem. The effect of his hospitality is very poor. Although not part of the facility, in other hotels with the same budget, I never had to send my own sholat to musola. Even they took him to the room. Toiletries are also very minimal. There is only liquid Bath soap installed, that is very little. In general, the room & toilet are clean. They provide a 300ml sktr bottle of mineral water in the room. Overall, not too worth it, but not too worth it compared to other hotels with the same fare.

Stayed with a total family of 5 rooms, at first I was a bit hesitant because the reviews were a bit lacking, but when I proved it myself it turned out to be the opposite, the service was friendly, the food was adequate, the service was good, the only thing lacking was the lighting in the bathroom was too dim and the bathroom door needed a little repair, but overall okay..thank you..
