I stayed here while on a business trip. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is very convenient and although the hotel is next door to the theatre being renovated there is very little inconvenience to hotel guests. I think they should have a fitness centre. There are parks nearby ideal for a good walk or run. The hotel is older but clean and comfortable.

Very clean and closer to the shops and parking places. But Very noisy surroundings. Requested for quite room but the room was next to one of the main traffic area. We can hear people talking on the street. When motor bikes passing the room it was very loud. Couldn't sleep well whole night.

The owner was very concise and straight to the point, highlighting all the key information. The hotel is located near the market and has its own backyard that can fit about ten cars. Coles and McDonald's are a twenty-minute walk away, and there's a Chinese restaurant right across the street. It's also very close to the port.

The hotel and room was very dated with that creepy smell you get in old places. Was the first place on my trip I felt uneasy as a solo female traveller and glad my room was in the main building. Needs some up keep.

The motel itself is actually not bad. Based on the reviews, I was expecting it to be worse. But the rooms are fresh and clean. It lacks air conditioning though. It was cold at night and hot during the day. Also, a suggestion for the owners – it would be great to have at least a microwave downstairs. Sometimes you just want to heat something up for a quick bite, but... And there can be issues with parking spots. There aren't many spaces available. It's first-come, first-served.

This is a very good place and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery place. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Staff members are very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended!

The room was very tidy and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. However, the front desk initially charged a 10-dollar fee. After checking out, we were informed that this 10 dollars could not be refunded because we had consumed the chocolate and mineral water from the mini-fridge.

The hotel has a great location and offers free parking. We also received complimentary vouchers for two drinks at the restaurant. There's a park nearby with fishing and a scenic chairlift. The room is well-equipped with a microwave and a heat lamp, both very handy. Plus, you can park right outside your door, so no heavy luggage hauling required. There's also a wetland park nearby where you can go bird watching.

Receptionist is very helpful and friendly, making check in a breeze. The facilities are not too bad, however, unfortunately, I was placed above an inconsiderate, loud and messy individual which marred the experience even though I requested for a bottom bunk. Location is amazing, a very walkable city. Downside is there is no public transportation to the airport.

The staff had the room keys ready, and the check-in process was very quick. There's free parking available. Complimentary drinks, tea bags, and hot chocolate are provided. The room facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom's dehumidifying system is poor; the steam makes the entire bathroom wet after a shower. Heating is available. The hotel restaurant wasn't open, seemingly due to a lack of guests.
