Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

Very good hotel. A crime was committed on a double mattress that was too soft. I had to sleep on a mattress. There are no chairs on the balcony. If it is for a couple, there should be two instead of one.

The electric shower did not work; the room was made of lombric roofs, and on the roof was opened to the corridor, which was not privacy; the bathroom seemed still in work

It was very top our stay in the Black Serra, super top service, Pedro is note 10, very clean place, pleasant environment, very good breakfast coffee and so on. , we are already organizing to return as soon as possible and we will be telling the tb friends. Ogg for the total dedication to us!
