Excellent accommodation, very careful and respectful staff only cleaning that is not very common the heated pool was not working and nor washing, room cleaning is not very common, Even though, as I get a shared room, the kind of cleaning of each person varies greatly, but the location and location is excellent.

Es lamentable que un lugar tan hermoso, promovido en internet como un espacio de calidad y confort, no cumpla con las expectativas del cliente, generando una experiencia y estancia poco placenteras. La recepcionista no entregó instrucciones claras durante el check-in. Nos informó que el aseo en la habitación se realizaba diariamente, el cambio de sábanas cada tres días y el de toallas cada dos días. Sin embargo, estas tareas solo se realizaron una vez, al igual que el retiro de la basura del baño. Además, tuvimos que solicitar en reiteradas ocasiones la reposición de papel higiénico y champú, y finalmente les pedimos directamente. Tampoco se nos informó que era necesario dejar la llave en recepción para que se realizara el aseo. La atención fue, en general, deficiente. La habitación número 01, que se nos asignó, presentaba un problema importante de ruido debido a su proximidad con la habitación del personal de servicios (constantes risas y golpes). A esto se sumaron los ruidos provenientes de trabajos realizados en la habitación número 02. Es mi segunda vez en el año en Búzios y no volvería a la posada. Sin embargo, cabe destacar que las instalaciones son cómodas y el desayuno, tal como se describe en su promoción online, cumple con un nivel excelente.

Everyone at the hotel does their best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is wonderful and so is the service. Adriana and her partner are amazing! So are the people at the reception desk, cleaners, managers, housekeeper, maintenance crew... all the staff, indeed! The room was lovely and all the hotel is very nice and spotless.

The trampolines are the best of the worldooo wonderful pleasant and cool place.. super comfortable place the client and well-received , without telling that the site makes us super comfortable, I can't see the time to come back again

Che lagarto is very well located on historical city center of Paraty, near of bakeries, markets, stores, restaurants and the walking zone of the city center. It's a very quiet place to stay, you will definitely be comfortable to walk a lot, drink all night, and return for a very good night of sleep. I had ride 750km by bike to get there and they even let me use their space to get things clean and safe. The place have all the facilities that you will need during your stay - fridge, stove, sink, tables, bar (last call 23:59), pool, snooker, soccer table, 24h reception, sheets, and maintenance if needed. I had a problem with air in the tubes of my shower, because of the heave rains, and they fixed in 10min. If you have any problems, please, communicate, they will definitely try to help you before anything goes wrong with your staying. I supposed to stay only 3 nights, but I stayed 8 on the private room. Nice bed, big bathroom, air conditioner, Television (but I didn't even tried to turn it on, you won't needed), and a very good card key system, I was able to enter in the room every time with no problems in 8 days (first in many). They have some rules like any other place, be aware, and go have some fun. You can use their lockers any time. I stayed with them after one of the worst storms the region suffered, and the cleaning was very impressive considering what they passed. And again, if something it's not right to you, please communicate, people can't imagine what things your are thinking or passing, and maybe that it's a chance to fix things right away or do things better next time. The staff is amazing - Jacques, Bea, Diana, Diogo, Antonio, Marcão, Mia - and more. I had a chance to talk with everyone, always friendly, curious, and helpful, you will definitely find some answers about food, drinks, sightseens, boats, beaches, directions, and so on. if you see they are busy, be patient, if you need something, use your questions to get all the answers you need. If you like snooker, Marcão and Jacques will be a very strong players if available. And if you need more accurate game with them, Diana can provide you a very nice ”Jorge Amado” to improve your aim. You will find people from all over the world, ages, singles, or couples. Be friendly, gentle and opened, the Paraty experience will be much more easier and amazing with.

Lugar muy agradable, muy buena la atención, su gente muy amable, limpio, muy linda vista, todo tranquilo salida directa a la playa, totalmente recomendable para quien quiera ir a pasarlo bonito, y tener un servicio y lugar 10/10, Excelente ubicación.

Os quartos estúdio são lindos e aconchegantes. A localização é excelente pertinho da praia, Limpeza impecável, jardins são muito bonito e bem tratados, travesseiros macios, local bastante aconchegante, café da manhã muito saboroso fresquinho tds itens nada de sobra do outro dia. E os funcionários prestativos , simpáticos e acolhedores. Uma energia muito boa nos tempos de hoje que as pessoas estão muito estressada.

Um lugar pra se sentir em casa! Fui com minha família e filha pequena e pretendemos voltar sempre que der! Localização fantástica, café da manhã excelente, equipe maravilhosa e atenciosa, estacionamento, segurança!

A pousada é bem simples. As áreas comuns são excelentes, mas o quarto 3, que foi o que ficamos não foi bom. Na verdade o banheiro deixou muito a desejar. A janela é de vidro liso, transparente o que nos causou insegurança, já que ficamos no primeiro piso. Tivemos que solicitar uma toalha de banho para que pudéssemos cobrir a janela pra não correr o risco de ter a privacidade invadida. A ”parede” do box não é de alvenaria. Ela é feita de uma chapa de aço e tem gretas que permitem entrada de insetos facilmente. A localização da pousada é excelente! Tem vários restaurantes perto, é bem no centrinho de Paraty, mas o banheiro eu realmente não gostei. As áreas externas são lindas! As cores das portas e janelas são fofas. O café da manhã é bem básico, típico de pousadas, mas tem pães, frutas, biscoitos, bolos, sucos, café, leite, frios. Pra mim não foi um ponto negativo porque atendeu minhas necessidades Só sugiro rever o banheiro do quarto 3

A pousada é muito bem localizada, perto das praias e da rua das pedras. O local é muito agradável, café da manhã é muito bom. A recepção super atenciosa! Pousada nova, funcionários muito educados e prestativos! Custo/benefício excelente!!! Os quartos são muito confortáveis e tem varanda. O café da manhã é simples mas bom. Fica um pouco distante da praia mas não chega a ser um problema. A capacidade para automóveis é limitada a 3 vagas mas a rua é bem tranquila!!

A pousada é muito bem localizada, facilita bastante o traslado entre as praias e o centro de Búzios, o ponto de ônibus/van fica na porta, o que facilita consideravelmente. O café da manhã é simples, porém tudo muito gostoso e de qualidade. Quanto ao quarto, muito bem limpo. O que desejou a desejar foi o atendimento, minha reserva inicial era para novembro, tive um contratempo de saúde e não consegui ir na data escolhida e reagendei para dezembro, fiz o pagamento da diferença de valores e ficou tudo certo. Porém perto da data escolhida, eu ainda não estava 100% e foi necessário remarcar novamente. Entrei com contato com a pousada, escolhi a data, no ato da reserva eu perguntei a atendente se haveria algum acerto de contas a mais para se se fazer e ela me disse que não havia pois só restava a diferença que eu já tinha pagado. Acreditei que estivesse tudo quitado, mas ao chegar a pousada me surpreendi com mais uma diferença de valor a ser pago no check-in. Os atendentes da noite me orientaram resolver no dia seguinte pela manhã. Não fiquei satisfeita com a abordagem das atendentes da manhã, antes mesmo de eu tomar café me enviaram uma mensagem via whatsapp solicitando que eu fosse a recepção, eram 8:26 da manhã, respondi (9:22) que já iria passar na recepção, mas demorei um pouco afinal eu estava descansando e me arrumando para sair e fazer tudo de uma vez só, quando as 10:54, me enviaram mais uma mensagem, totalmente desnecessária, já que eu estava ciente do problema e não iria me negar em resolver. Ao chegar na recepção, expus o meu ponto de vista da história alegando que a recepcionista me dissera que não havia nenhum acerto a mais a se fazer, mas eles alegavam que por conta dela ser argentina tinha dificuldades com a língua e por isso se fez entender de outra forma. Nunca iria deixar de pagar algo que estou devendo, e teria o feito no ato da segunda remarcação visto que eu PERGUNTEI e a resposta foi que já havia quitado todo o valor. Deixo meu relato para que a pousada possa se fazer mais clara com os clientes e que outro cliente se for necessário reagendar ficar atento quanto aos tramites realizados pela pousada, visto que em nenhum momento as atendentes procuram entender o meu lado e ver que o erro foi delas.

A pousada é excelente, muito confortável! Ótima localização, próximo de posto de gasolina, dois mercados e várias lanchonetes. O atendimento muito agradável, as recepcionistas informam como chegar na praia de Geribá, ”virei a rua e já estava na praia - Muito pertinho!” Não precisa gastar com táxi para ir para o Centro (Rua das Pedras) basta pegar uma van ou ônibus que em 5 minutinhos estará lá, é sensacional. O café da manhã de domingo foi perfeito com muita variedade e as atendentes interagem com os hóspedes e você acaba se sentindo em família.

The hostel team is offering a lot to make people getting a social experience! Can recommend it definitely! Two - three different activities a day and you do everything together with the hostel on the other street corner. So you have plenty of different people to meet your companions for activities!

The staff is so helpful and really care about their guests. They help you with everything. Especially ISABELLA was so nice to me, helped me scan some stuff. I presuaded it a lot! I think, it‘s a good place to base yourself in Rio. It‘s close to the beach and I never felt unsafe to walk around this area alone as a woman. There‘s enough space in kitchen area to meet new people. The rooms are a little narrow, but it‘s okay. Found everytime a free showe or bathroom and it‘s clean. The kitchen is not super equipped, but you have fridges and it‘s enough. I opted for a bed in the 10-bed female dorm at Carneval. Cost me $90 with an official airport taxi but for this uninitiated female solo traveller I just wanted to take the easiest route for arriving late on a Saturday night. Very much a young backpackers place, you will party and you will drink here if you don't go to the 'English' bar across the road which is where I did go and had a grand time chatting to the bar staff who were a bit older than my fellow bedmates (who were all lovely, by the way). It's as clean as it can be for a quick turnaround place, free drinks between 7-8pm and the staff were just lovely. Helpful and friendly. Short walk from the beach. I felt safe wandering at night here and the Metro is a block or so away. Only tiny grumble is that the photos on tripadvisor are not of the Ipanema site; it's a lot, lot smaller!

Un lugar horrible, las habitaciones son espantosas, no tienen buena ventilación , no hay ventiladores, si aire acondicionado que es encendido por la noche y apagado a las 8 de la mañana. el estado de las habitaciones es malisimo, los techos manchados de humedad, las paredes cercanas al aire acondicionado están descascaradas y con ampollas . los colchones son viejos , hundidos en el medio, las camas son cuchetas(arriba y abajo) como en todos los hostels. en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación es mala, los pisos siempre estan sucios, entiendo también que eso tiene que ver con las personas que alli las habitan. el desayuno, recomiendo no comprarlo, te dan: un vaso chiquito de jugo de esos que se preparan ( los de polvo tipo Tang);ni siquiera una naranja exprimida, tres medios pan lactal, es decir, un pan lactal y medio, con un cuadradito de mermelada, uno de miel y otro de manteca. te dan cafe, pero si queres tomar café con leche tenes que pedir la leche porque no la tenes a tu disposicion. yo me quise ir en la mañana del otro día en que llegue, pero no pude hacerlo porque ya me habian cobrado con tarjeta y ellos no hacen reembolso, te dan un número de telefono para que llames que según ellos es ” la central” ( del horror), ahi te dan otro numero al cual llamar. en mi caso, me quite la pulsera que te ponen, según ellos es para identificarte... sin palabras... un dia volví por la noche y un hombre de ” seguridad” no me dejaba entrar porque no la tenia, le mostre la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación y corroboro mis datos y me permitio entrar. pasados unos dias mas, y siendo aproximadamente las 21 horas, él mismo hombre no me permite entrar a la habitación pporque según él yo no tenia la pulsera, intento entrar igual y me agarra fuerte del brazo , para lo cual yo me suelto y ahi empezo otra historia: comenzamos a discutir con un tal Gabriel que estaba a cargo de la recepción, quien intento que este violento quiera agredirme, en ese momento vuelvo a pedir que se me devuelva mi dinero porque lo que ellos ofrecen no es lo publicitado. a lo cual se niegan diciendo que ese punto esta escrito en las condiciones que uno acepta cuando llega a ese lugar. les dije que iría a la delegación policial a lo cual ellos respondieron que yo podía hacer lo que quisiera, pensaban que era solo una amenaza, para su sorpresa , cuando llegue con la policía todos lo que no me respondían cuando yo les hablaba, aparecieron con caras de yo no fui , no sabemos lo que paso, negando todo lo sucedido, para lo cual yo desmentía sus mentiras con los policías ahí presentes, para lo cual ” muy prestos” llamaron a una supuesta gerente quien ante la situación se comprometieron que devolverían mi dinero , sobre los días que no estuve en ese horrendo lugar. en mi argumento con la policía yo les explicaba que en el lugar había ratas y cucarachas, y que el lugar no es lo que muestran en las fotos, POR FAVOR NO VAYAN AHI, LES VAN A ARRUINAR LAS VACACIONES.

Great time at El Misti hostel. The beds and rooms are average, but that's made up for by the quality staff and activities that the hostel puts on. They are all super friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Juan Pablo Poon who runs the hiking tours. Had an epic few days at both Morro Dois Irmãos & Garganta do Céu. The way Juan organises and runs to tours make everything super fun and efficient. Everything is managed via the whatsapp groups and the hikes themselves are really cool. Juan is a great guy with bags full of energy and enthusiasm about what he does which makes the tours that much better. He has great local knowledge of Rio, knows all the good spots, and is really supportive and encouraging for all different levels of hiking ability. Definitely recommend joining him on one of the hikes!!

The best location! Situated close to bars/restaurants/ beaches. Victor was super nice and accommodating. The suit on the group floor was comfortable but a bit noisy as it is behind reception; aside from that the breakfast was lovely and again location was everything.

I had been hosted 8 years ago and decided to return to remember the hosting that had been good in the past , for my disappointment stay was completely disappointing, breakfast was delayed, there was not even a cheese , I asked a toast to warm the bread and there was no , I went to talk to the hostess owner Mrs. Lidia, who was extremely ignorant with me , I spoke to her that I worked in the hotel area in Copacabana and that coffee was not I had to be spectacular, but that a cheese or a cheese toast was the basic , so she changed and answered me in a extremely cruel and rhythmical way: I don't care if you are from the hotel area, I don't care about your complaint until because many complain and that doesn't matter!!! If you are not satisfied leave!!! Even shouting told me: if you want to record I speaking, stay the will to place on the site!!! I didn't believe what I was listening to and saw I was wasting my time with my suggestion, and then I went to the room to prepare me to check out, and while my daughter was taking a bath, water was missing and I realized she sent off the water to that we couldn't take a bath !!!! That was the most disappointing and absurd accommodation I had !!! I never imagined that during all that was of hotel would be present such a lack of education of a person who says owner 🤷

This hotel was wonderful, the service was fantastic for the most part. I say for the most part because I had to wait over 30 minute for a few bottles of water and needed to call twice. Also they don't really know much about technology...I figured out the TV myself and the A/C had a timer set to go off in the middle of the night, I called downstairs, no one came so I figured it out for myself. For a luxury property it would have been nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a box of tissues ( I bought my own box). One last critic would have been great to have the serve of someone to iron your clothes . We also needed adaptors so we could use our electronics (and my friend with me was from Rio, but still needed one as there was no way to plug in your cell phone charger). One more HUGE thing, the floor in the shower is a bit slippery and there is no handrail, nothing to grab onto, a bit dangerous, no matter what your age and I would have like brighter lightbulbs in the bathroom. On a Positive note (and there were many) Room was clean and bed huge and comfy and quiet at night for sleeping. Double sinks in the bathroom a plus. Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Pool and gardens were lovely, lush and tropical. The ice cream shop Miracolo was a dream, we went for ice cream every afternoon, not to be missed. And the restaurant Pupus was truly exceptional, the service was 5 stars and the food was prenominal. All in all we had a wonderful weekend.

Fomos passar o meu aniversário na cidade de Paraty. Que cidade encantadora, hospitaleira. Ficamos nesta pousada, onde não há nem o que se falar, tudo maravilhoso, apto. Limpo, higienizado, uma ducha ótima super forte, café da manhã saboroso, os atendentes, os colaboradores super educados, prestativos. Foi tudo maravilhoso, com certeza voltaremos.
