I've stayed in numerous hostels and guesthouses around the world since 1993, but Amic is the one that truly amazed me. Not only is its location fantastic (at the intersection of Exit D of Shuiwan MTR Station, walking distance to the famous restaurants of Shekou Old Street and the novel Shekou area of ​​Sea World), the facilities are also fantastic, and the service even better. Upon check-in, a dedicated person will take you upstairs for a one-on-one tour of the amenities. There's a bag on the bed containing a steam eye mask, earplugs, mineral water, toothbrush, and a comb. The open kitchen counters offer goji berries, dried red dates, and other dried goods for soaking. There's also a dehydrator and dryer available for a fee. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out. Even more amazing was that when I returned on Friday, I was greeted by a live piano performance in the open kitchen/lounge. Amic is the pinnacle of hostel operations. I've decided to stay two more nights!

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with a housekeeper coming to clean every day. Environment: Very nice, with toiletries provided. Facilities: Well-equipped, less than a 100-meter walk from the subway station. Service: The housekeeper responded quickly, and the customer service representative was very pleasant.

This hostel offers a great living experience. It's located within a residential compound and has an elevator. It's only a few minutes from Hongshan Metro Station, and just across the road from the Shenzhen Art Museum and the North Branch of the Shenzhen Library. The house manager was very patient and helpful with all my questions. I look forward to my next visit to Shenzhen.

I've stayed at many hostels, but this one is truly exceptional! From the moment I booked, the owner was incredibly patient, answering all my questions clearly and thoroughly. When I arrived, the hostel's environment was fantastic. The common areas are thoughtfully separated from the quiet zones, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. No need to make your own bed; you can just move in and sleep! The facilities are also complete – the AC cools quickly, and the shower water is strong and hot. Most importantly, the price is affordable, and it's an all-female hostel, offering incredible value for money. When traveling, this is exactly the kind of comfortable and budget-friendly place I look for. Full marks, highly recommended!

The hostel is good overall. Basic amenities such as drinking water, microwave and slippers are provided. The public lounge on the 31/F. International guests are welcomed. The room is located on the 26/F. It is quite nice. The only problem is the bathroom. There is only one bathroom and it is old. You have to share it with a 6-person room next door and a couple of other rooms. The smell is quite strong, sometimes. The washing machine is inside the bathroom and it is always occupied. Some guests from the 6-person room often use it just to smoke, for a long time.

The place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and way more affordable than I expected. 💕 It’s really close to the train station just a short walk away, so getting around was super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. 🥰 If you’re looking for a nice place to stay that’s both convenient and budget-friendly, I totally recommend this one! 💯✨

The bed is on the hard side, the facilities are in good condition, and the items provided are relatively complete. The house is clean and tidy. The boss is very diligent and cleans up every day. The bathroom is very clean and the bath water is great. It's refreshing. The decoration is atmospheric and you can write group messages at the door. There is no personal locker, but there is a safe outside the door. The bad thing is that there is a water tank outside the wall, which is very noisy in the middle of the night, which may be troublesome for light sleepers. The boss was very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions. There were quite a lot of people staying there and we had a lot of exchanges. We will come back next time

I highly recommend this treasured hostel for boys! Downstairs is the Rainbow Shopping Mall, with all kinds of delicious food, from morning tea to midnight snacks, foodies can be satisfied right on the spot! The subway entrance is right outside, and commuting is seamless and time-saving. The bedding in the room is clean and odorless, and the public areas are spotless, with the hygiene level not inferior to that of a hotel! Self-service check-in is super convenient, the APP instructions are clear, and you can contact customer service at any time if you have any questions. The response speed is faster than a stopwatch. Whether it is asking about routes or equipment use, they will answer patiently! The short-term rental experience is excellent, and the price-performance ratio is full. Boys can go out without blinking!

Staying for a day occasionally is fine! But this time, due to the typhoon, I stayed for 5 days, and the service was less than satisfactory. The sheets and blankets weren't changed, and I didn't even ask for them. Conserving resources is everyone's responsibility. However, when I asked the front desk to change the bath towels once and the disposable toothbrushes twice, the staff were very reluctant to change them or just provided them, which I personally find unacceptable. It's normal for bath towels to get wet or fall on the floor in public restrooms, and it's reasonable for guests to request changes. Moreover, I only asked the next day, and they immediately started making it seem like we had to stay at least three days before they would change them. So, since I paid the same room rate, shouldn't I be able to change rooms every day? Service needs to be warm, not contrived. They were also very reluctant to provide the disposable toothbrushes. Disposable toothbrushes are disposable, and not being willing to change them daily is really unreasonable. During my 5-day stay, I didn't request changes to the sheets and blankets, only one change of bath towels, and three toothbrushes. I hope the owner will pay attention to these situations. I've liked your hotel so far and hope it continues to improve. Please take note of these problems.

Clean by Chinese standards. It’s situated 2-3 minutes waking from the metro station and has some small shops nearby where you can get groceries, Mixue, 湖南菜 and more. One of the better places to stay in the city if you’re in a budget. Common area is also nice with work stations, table tennis, fusball, pool and laundry machine!
