A repeat visit and I'll revisit again. Check-in via the pub bar. Electronic card access through the bedroom. Bring your own padlock for the individual cages to store your personal items or buy one on site. Bring your own towel too, or again, buy on site. A Sainsburys supermarket is only a few minutes walk away. Nice vibe in the pub without it being too crowded, nice food menu available too.

Overall still ok for the place to sleep. But breakfast might need to improve a bit as price had go up compared to last year and choice had reduced and become more simplified. Very less mood when see that moment. One thing is no egg to eat. At room and space of bed still acceptable with price and love to stay at mixed one which can knows each other more. Just the pillow might need get new one as I feels my pillow too soft. One more thing is bathroom heater water need to take care as some time is only cold water out whole time.

The bed was too short, I could barely stretch out, and it was quite narrow with a very low headboard, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The street outside was also very noisy. For checkout, I had to bring the bed linen down myself. The separate shower/toilet room was tiny; I've stayed in small places before, but this one was so cramped I couldn't even turn around.

Pros: - Swiss Cottage station is close and you can reach most places from there - Very clean - Staff is friendly and helpful - Beautiful place - Bed is very comfortable to lay on - Free tea and drinkable water - It feels safe and cozy - The place has a lot of boards with precious information Cons: - The locker inside the room has decent volume but a weird shape, you can't get a a hard cased 10kg luggage in it. They provide lockers but they are inconvenient because it's kinda far from the room - The breakfast is good but it's the same everyday. I do not recommend to buy in advance like I like it you plan on staying multiple days. You might want to eat breakfast elsewhere for something different - If someone on the lower or upper bed turns on the lights, it shines trough the corners making it very hard to sleep. - The gap on the corner of the bed is huge, me and I saw another guest accidentally let things fall through the gap.i suggest using Overall recommend the place.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside. It's very convenient for getting around. The room arrangement was decent, with a window for good ventilation and curtains for privacy. The breakfast downstairs was quite substantial for £6 per person. There's no kitchen, so getting hot water wasn't very convenient. The toilet closest to my room in the bathroom wasn't working, but there were two others a few meters away. The female dorm has a special access door, which felt very secure. There's also an elevator.

A sleepwalking guest urinated on the bed and on the guest sleeping below me. From 3–5 a.m., the lights were on because of the incident. My suitcase was soaked with urine. The hotel removed the guest responsible and washed the belongings of the guest who was directly affected, but I received nothing beyond a brief apology—no compensation and no assistance for my damaged property. The facilities were also very poor: there was no shelf, chair, or bench in either the bathroom or the room. The breakfast, however, was very good. Location and Pub is nice.

Very nice and friendly staff that were really helpful and kind. Nice beds and clean rooms. Okay bathrooms but could have been more. Nice to get water and earplugs for the music downstairs.

The transportation is quite convenient here, with many subway and bus lines nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. Before checking in, storing luggage requires payment. The card machine was completely unresponsive, so I had to get coins from the front desk to unlock it successfully. A large locker costs 5 pounds for 8 hours. There's an elevator, which is quite rare in the UK… The room has a shower and toilet, which is convenient. There's a window, bed curtains, and the locker is quite spacious; my 22-inch suitcase fit in with plenty of room to spare. You can lock the locker directly with your room card, which is very handy. Each bedside has a separate charging area and a small wall lamp, a small shelf for little items, and a small safe. You need to put on your own pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets, and strip them off and take them to the front desk when you check out.

Overall it was an amazing hostel for its price and I’d go again. The location was good from the coach station, staff were pretty friendly and the rooms were actually nice, nice as in the beds felt secure, there were lockers and it felt cleaner than other places similar in price range. The showers or toilets work. That’s all that matters. But just so you know the water power is pretty weak and I wouldn’t raw dog it on the floor either, so I recommend talking bathroom slippers or whatever foot wear to shield yourself from whatever on that floor. But yeah, it was an amazing hostel for the price, would recommend
