Overall it was okay. I stayed there for 2 nights. The roommates were very nice and quiet. The staff were also friendly and helpful. They even stored their luggage for free. The cleanliness was a bit poor. There was dust and other people's leftover food on the bedside, but I was relieved that there were no bed bugs. After all, it was cheap. The toilet was clean.

SStory of my life 2025.11.26
Booked this due to location, right in front of bus station and a few minutes walk to the train station, not bad as we were traveling with a lot of luggage. Stairs only but their staff helped carry them up and down the stairs, there's a storage room open during certain hours which was great, although not necessarily the most secure (they dont tag or check you own them, but still better than storing them in the open room). They have hand soap for the bathroom/shower room sinks, not kitchen sink. No paper towels, other shower amenities. Some of the toilet stalls are super tiny, can barely close the door when you stand in it. Breakfast is pretty simple but nice that they offer it (drinks, breads, fruits, cereals, etc.) The building is quite old but not necessarily dirty. Not much area for sitting/chilling, just a small booth seat in the kitchen. Room itself is pretty barebones bunkbeds as it says, they have a wall with storage cubbies which was nice, bring your own locks.

I had a great stay at this hostel in London! The location was super convenient, close to public transport, cafés, and everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to meet new people. Overall, a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable place to stay. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to London!

This is very handy for Euston Station as only a few minutes walk away. At the time I visited there was Building works outside as they are doing the HS2 railway line. Checking in was nice and easy. Do remember to bring a government ID with you as this is required. The downstairs area is a pub as you can tell by the name and they are open serving food and drinks for quite awhile so do be aware there may be some noise from that both from inside the pub and the external seating area. Having said that I had a good night sleep and was not disturbed. I also met some nice people in the room. The toilet showers and washing facilities were very good and more than sufficient for the people who were staying there. The beds were also very comfortable and there were plenty of power sockets to charge phones Whilst I did not eat there, the menu did look good and from talking to the people who were eating there, the food was good too.

🍺 The Rose & Crown, London Bridge I just Nestled near the iconic bridge, this cozy pub is a blend of tradition and modernity. With a pint in hand, the warm ambiance and friendly chatter create the perfect setting. PUBLOVE's delicious burgers and classic British ales make for a memorable evening in the heart of London.

Great value, friendly staff. The sleep experience really depends on your bunkmate's schedule; even slight movements on the lower bunk feel like a tornado on the top bunk. The four-person female dorm is near the British Museum, so there's frequent traffic, and it's extremely poorly soundproofed. All dorms share a communal bathroom.

The service I received at the hostel was great, the check-in was easy and very pleasant, however it is important to note that if you are over 45 you are required to get a private room and not a dormitory. They still accommodating me nicely, which was handy as it was a short notice booking. The whole of the hostel was very clean and my room was very quiet, I was fortunate that in a six bedroom there were only two of us. It was also an ensuite room so there was a sink in the sleeping area and then a cubicle which had a toilet shower and another sink. The only issue with it was it was rather small so when you are sitting on the toilet, your knees are banging against the sink unless you are under 5 foot. The bedding was very clean and comfortable, the mattresses were rather thin and there is a firm piece of wood under them which made it rather hard, which I do like so I slept okay. They had curtains on the bunks which was a very nice privacy and keeping the light out feature. Each bunk had its own small reading light and USB ports. I can't comment on the food as I did not eat there but the kitchen area was good as was the seating area for eating and I made a new friend whilst chatting to people and eating.

Yes, even as. Business traveller, I like staying in hostels as you get to meet other travellers. The facilities here are basic and functional. A24*7 front desk to check in and plenty of beds either in individual or en suite rooms... Works well 😄 The room I was in had no air con, but there was a big fan and the window opened so that all worked fine... If you are a light sleeper it may not work for you, but if you are happy to have an adventure, it's a great way to travel... The shower was a good size too and great pressure... Friendly service, clean and sanitary... What more could you want? They run events too and recommend local places. Note - the policy says up to 40... That is because there is no lift and it is a hostel, as long as that is what you expect they are happy with older people. (I'm 51)

The rooms in this hostel are quite small, but still ok. I stayed in a 6-person female room for a week. Aside from one very rude roommate, Sophia, the other roommates were all very nice. On the day of arrival, you can store your bags for free before check-in time (after check-out, it's £5 per backpack, but the price fluctuates and depends on the on-site rate). Note: Late check-out is available until 1 pm (I paid £4, but the actual price depends on the counter). Also, there are other hotel guests, the kitchen downstairs is used for breakfast during 7-11 in the morning. There kitchen is the same one, they don't separate for hotel or hostel. This is for travelers planning to book a hostel. If you're looking to save money or have budget considerations, this hostel would be a good choice.

The place is excellent in terms of transport ( subway, train, express airport ) . Breakfast is acceptable for England . Room 4 is also acceptable but without excessive comfort . Accommodation in the corridor , bag boxes are very old and not very convenient . Stairs on the 3rd floor -- this is a separate story ...))

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Cosmos Capsule Coworking London and had a pleasant experience overall. This capsule hotel offers a unique blend of accommodation and coworking space at an affordable price, making it ideal for travelers who need a place to work and rest. The hotel is conveniently located on Hanbury Street, just an 11-minute walk from Aldgate East station. Its central location makes it easy to explore London or commute to nearby areas. Just outside the hotel, at 67 Hanbury Street, is a charming Chai and Coffee shop called Chaii Town that I highly recommend. They offer a great variety of Chai flavors and pastries. I tried their Ginger Chai and Chai Latte, both of which were delicious. Their exotic pastries, like Dubai Cookies and Matcha Cookies, pair perfectly with the aromatic Chai. The owner was wonderful, and the hospitality was exceptional. The capsules are well-designed and functional. Each capsule features ambient lighting with customizable colors—blue, pink, green, yellow, or white—which adds a nice touch of personalization. There’s also a TV screen and headphones provided, though I didn’t use them during my stay. The capsules are not soundproof, so a good night’s rest depends on the courtesy of fellow guests. Fortunately, everyone during my stay was considerate, and I slept well. Earbuds are provided in the capsule just in case. The shared spaces, including the showers and toilets, were very clean. The shared kitchen area includes essentials like a sink, microwave, kettle, tea, and cups. One standout feature is the massage chair in the common area, which offers a fantastic massage after a long day. There’s no traditional reception desk. Instead, check-in is automated via a WhatsApp message or email with an access code. This code grants entry to the building and a small box containing your key card. The process is straightforward and efficient once you get used to it. While the shared spaces were immaculate, the capsules could use a bit more attention. I noticed hairs from previous guests on the blanket, which suggests that cleaning standards could be improved. Overall Experience: Cosmos Capsule Coworking London is a great option for budget-conscious travelers who need a comfortable place to stay and work. The location, amenities, and unique capsule design make it a memorable experience. With a little more focus on capsule cleanliness, it would be perfect.

GGuest UserThey have spacious kitchen and plenty number of bathrooms and shower rooms. Receptionists are very nice and also other guests are. Cleaner is cleaning room properly. Basically good atmosphere and service. Each bed has curtain so you'll feel more secure when you sleep. One night there was a fire alarm trouble and sprinkler worked mistakenly in my room. Everyone needed to get out the room and didn't know what to do. When I went to reception they gave me new room and new bed. I understand it was not their fault but I thought they could explain more. Like, they could come to our room and could tell what we should do. We were at a loss for half an hour outside the room. Next day, the reception gave me free washing service so I'll give 5 star 😂 b

GGuest UserThere is a women-only area, and only guests with a key card can enter. The women-only section has two bathrooms and one room with a maximum capacity of 10 people. The bunk beds are not very sturdy, so if the person on the top bunk moves, you can feel the vibration on the bottom bunk. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers. I stayed for 8 nights and only received two towels in total—one of them only after I asked for it myself. The bathrooms were clean, and tea was available for free. There is no laundry room, so you’ll need to use the nearest laundrette. The common room has a kettle, a microwave, and a small fridge.

AAnonymous UserPerfectly acceptable hostel. Note that it is a very large hostel and popular with school and other groups, so expect large crowds in places like reception, kitchen and outside the hostel. The rooms (I was in a 4-bed) were very small and there wasn’t much space, and the bunks were very squeaky and noisy, but at a cheap price, it is a convenient place to stay near St Pancras.

TThe.snacking.gypsyI was here just for about two nights, as I had some errands to run in and around the area, they do not have a lift and the very kind gentleman at the pub/reception helped me take my luggage upstairs. For the price the offer, the fact that they offer ready-made bunkbeds is an absolute delight. Yes of course the pricing for toiletries and towel towels are very high, but I was carrying my own towel and toiletries so it did not really matter. There is hand wash in the restrooms cum baths however there is no body wash or shampoo, so that’s something you would have to carry by yourself. They do have lockers, however you will have to carry your own padlock. I was in a female only nine bunk bedroom. I mean, there’s nothing much I can really complain about because they do their best to keep the space clean but a lot of people use the services and the facilities - and some people lack basic civic sense. So use responsibly, and it is a great stay!

SSurachaiThe bedroom and bathroom are quite narrow. There is almost no place to put it. Strong water, free WiFi, but in the room the signal is not good, there is no TV, but overall good, near the train station. Near a mini-mart, suitable for Backpackers..When sleeping late at night, you can hear the sound of people opening and closing doors, the sound of people walking, disturbing when sleeping.

Mmomo(on leave)Overall I will definitely recommend staying here if you are a solo traveller like me. The -1 floor bar area is my all time favorite. Just gonna update some info I got from the comments before booking: 1. shampoo&bath gels: provided in the restroom attached to the room in full volumes, our room even has a L’oréal hair oil which is so amazing; 2. hair dryer: u can borrow one for free use from reception, and if you use it in the reception area you don’t need to pay deposits; 3. luggage storage: totally accessible by elevators, the reception staff will offer you a keycard to access the -1 floor area and the luggage room is self serviced, the rate for large luggages are £3 for 2hrs and £5 for 8hrs, PAY BY CARD; 4. noise: my room is next to the street and the noise from the DLR is super clear, which could be a problem. I have my earbuds with me so my sleep is not affected so I will definitely recommend bring your earbuds or I am not sure if reception has some; 5. laundry: I didn’t use them, but two of my roommates said that the dryer isn’t really working, so they have to try drying their clothes by laying on the heater. 6. breakfast: see picture 5 for reference. I would say not a bad choice for some days among all the travel days, coffee and yogurt are nice, personally the toasts are too dry. The mugs and plates are from IKEA, pretty impressive; 7. location: ~10min walk to tower hill tube station&various bus stations, fairly easy arrived from Heathrow, my only note is that if you are a person like me who love to watch musicals at West end, consider staying around Westminster, my schedules were like heading west basically every single day.

GGuest UserI stayed alone for one night, added a late checkout and enjoyed a full stay from 3 PM until 1 PM the next day. Check-in was possible from 2 PM if needed, and the front desk provided 24-hour service. They handed me pre-folded sheets to lay out myself, then bring back when done. Prioritising cleanliness is nice. My primary reasons for choosing this place were its location and communal spaces. It's within walking distance of King's Cross Station and the British Library, and the area is pleasantly quiet and neat, with no shortage of dining options. Since I had online meetings scheduled, stable Wi-Fi and a spacious, comfortably quiet shared space were a must. In this regard, it exceeded my expectations. The first floor had sofas, desks, rocking chairs, and Yogibo-style cushions, then there was an outdoor terrace space with a washing machine, and the semi-basement level had a surprisingly spacious kitchen with tables. The bed area was large enough and comfortable. There was a headlight. I was on the upper bunk, and while there was some light leakage from the few centimetres between the wall and ceiling and the entrance curtain, it was otherwise quite dark. The mattress was surprisingly thick and comfortable. When lifting the mattress to put on the sheets, it was funny that I could see the bunk below through the mesh. No power outlet, but there was a USB plug. The toilet and shower were crammed into a tiny room, right in front of my bed, so the sound carried clearly. I didn't use them this time. Having to pass by the front desk every time I went out was a bit inconvenient, but other than that, I had no particular complaints.
