We’ve been staying at Gili Buana Hostel for two nights in a private room. Right now the whole island is rather quiet, but you can tell that this place is absolute magic once filled with people again :-) it is very clean, beds are comfortable, there is a pool and even a volleyball field, and plenty of space to relax or sit together with friends. Also plenty of space to put your stuff when using the shared bathrooms and working AC 😉 The owners are really nice and friendly people too, always taking the time to chat with us and good to ask for advice what to do/where to go/etc. totally recommend (and hopefully will be back one day)! (Gili Air is such a beautiful place in general btw, like paradise)

So if you are looking for a good time on the island of Gille Trawagon look no further. This place has it all and it all starts with the staff. I did not stay as a guest but I visited the bar and ate food there on multiple occasions during my stay on the island of GILLIE T. The drinks are good, the food was good (Cauliflower Buffalo Wings are Insane & The Big Clucker) the DJ is good and the staff is Amazing. Located on what some may call the quieter side of the island the Mad Monkey provides weekly entertainment for guests from ages 18+. It has the feel of a college campus house but makes no discrimination towards any older ages. A great dose of Pool party action, plenty drinks flowing and no need to find food to wash off the alcohol when it's all available on site. Definitely worth the visit but again it's the staff that makes this place what it is and NOTHING else! So for that Big Up 1. Okta - bar supervisor 2. Adriadi - bartender 3. Nanda - bartender 4. Agus - bartender 5. Renhard - bartender 6. Agus - bartender 7. Wira - bartender 8. Rudy - waiter 9. Awan - waiter 10. Zhen - waiter. And the entire cooking staff and clean staff. Great time! New hostel, many young people, the party will be very late at night. The location is OK. The beach around is far away and you need a motorcycle to go! The key is that the beach has nothing to do except surfing 🏄‍♀️! This place kuta is not worth staying

Bij aankomst bleek het zo te zijn dat het verblijf een andere naam heeft. Verder heeft het verblijf heel weinig licht in de kamer en last van veel insecten. Er is wel een baby net voor over de bed
