This capsule hotel near Nankai Namba Station in Osaka is fantastic. The room is very cozy, and the environment is clean and tidy. It's well-equipped with all the facilities you need. Plus, it's super convenient for shopping, with convenience stores, drugstores, and fruit shops right outside. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed for a night in this hostel recently when I needed to catch an early ride to the airport from the train station. The location is superbly central and also easy to find thanks to the giant strawberry above the entrance. The dorm environment was quiet during my stay here and everything was very clean. The aircon was cold but the warm comforter ensured a great night’s sleep. Both shampoo and bath gel are available in the shower room and after staying in about ten different hotels and hostels during my trip, I must say that the scent of the gel here is my favourite! The dormitories is located on the third floor with no elevators so it may be daunting for the physically dis-inclined, especially after a typical long day of walking everywhere in Japan. All in all, I’d give this hostel 5 stars for it’s high ‘CP value’.

I had a very nice stay during my solo trip. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are various of subway line nearby but need to walk like 10mins to reach. Room is nice,but need to be more careful about the cleaning.By the way,I still like the place and love to comeback to stay. It is worth the money.

Hotel prices during cherry blossom season soared, so I'm glad I booked in advance. Having a small, private space was really great for luggage, and there's a public bath to relax in. The location is also excellent, and the staff are very nice.

I ended my stay early for a couple of reasons. One; the mattress in my pod was too short and my feet hung off the and. I’m nearly 6 foot. Also, the guy in the pod next to me was snoring very, very loudly all night. Sue the manager kindly let me switch to another pod but I was still uncomfortable so she allowed me to check out early. Also, the place is very cramped and cluttered. Stuff everywhere. It just didn’t suit me. But Sue was unbelievably helpful, kind and understanding.

My room was spotless, spacious, and featured a remarkably comfortable bed. I especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of the city. The hotel's location is extremely convenient—within walking distance of major landmarks and close to public transit. Only bad thing is they allowed male inside the female only capsule…

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right inside the airport terminal. If you have an early flight the next morning, staying here is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about traffic or time, and you can get a little extra sleep. However, my overall experience was that the value for money wasn't great. The price of over 300 a night felt a bit high compared to the actual stay. The hotel was also a bit hard to find. I initially followed Google Maps, and the navigation showed a long detour. I ended up having to check Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for directions to find the correct route. I'd recommend first-time visitors do some research beforehand. The room was larger than I expected, and all the necessary facilities were provided. There was even a small lockable cabinet next to the bed for valuables like phones, wallets, and passports. For larger luggage, the front desk offers a locked luggage storage area, with each item individually secured, so security is quite good. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic when communicating, patiently helping with any issues. That said, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, somewhat artificial scent, like the air fresheners often used in public restrooms or malls in China, or a heavy incense smell. I personally didn't like it, and after a while, it became a bit uncomfortable. Also, the duvet on the bed was quite thin, so if you tend to get cold easily, it might not be comfortable enough. Overall, the main value of this hotel is its convenience for catching early flights. If you're just staying to catch a plane the next morning, I'd still recommend it. But for a regular leisure trip, I think the value for money for over 300 a night is just average, and the overall experience was fairly unremarkable.

I had a really great time here at Casa G.S. Everything was way beyond my expectations. In terms of location, it took me only 5 mins on foot to reach Osakako train station, Chuo Line. With your luggage, you may chose to walk up stairs or take an elevator to and down the train station. You can also visit the nearby shopping mall (Tempozan Market Place) which is located near a beautiful bay, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyuka, and a big ferris wheel. A local bus stop is around 3 minutes away. Tax-free shops, Japanese restaurants, convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) can easily be reached in the area. For room condition, fortunately I believe the place has been renovated for less than one year, so everything is very nice and clean. I stayed with my parents for 4 nights. The beds were hygienic and comfortable which was a plus to when you were exhausted after long walking days. It has all the necessities you can ever think of such as refrigerator, power socket, adapter, air-con, wet wipes and amenities. The check-in/out, door-lock, and entry systems require no staff or any unlocking devices/tools to pass which were very convenient and secure. An elevator is in place. This is crucial! The lobby has a luggage storage area (free of charge) and a pantry where you can borrow or use necessary kitchenware. Its bathroom may not be that spacious, but very clean and good enough for a short stay. Service: The front desk treats all guests equally, regardless of nationality, with great politeness. They even offer paid luggage storage for multiple days after check-out, not just on the same day. Environment: The facilities are comprehensive, with a communal lounge and even a foot bath, though the water temperature was unfortunately only 30 degrees Celsius. Facilities: The communal kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms and toilets are very clean. The rooms also have ample space for luggage. Drawbacks: It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage.
