Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

We initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I booked two nights here. After the first night, the staff asked me to move from room 201 to 202 because a group was checking into 201. I was a bit annoyed because it meant repacking and moving, but I accepted. However, when it was time for check-in that afternoon, they asked me to move to room 204. I insisted, and finally, I was allowed to stay in 202. I don't understand what the staff was thinking. Why put a guest through all that hassle? Is it because I'm Asian that I'm being messed around with? Why not bother those Australian or British guests instead? Is this some kind of discrimination? Every time I went to the front desk on the first floor, there was only an old man who didn't speak English. I had to wait at least five minutes every time for someone to come and assist me. Out of three bathrooms, one was under renovation, and there was no progress at all for two days. I had to queue every time I wanted to shower.

the staffs are so nice and really helpful. The room was so clean and also its communal space. Moreover, they provide a breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea. I will stay there again if I visit Bishkek

the location is great for travelers to walk to main sightseeing places and buy souvenirs at Tsum Dept. store and other shopping malls. its cheaper than other hostels around it. cleaning women keeps it tidy enough that i didn't feel dirty smelly at all. by Google map, its a bit hard to find it. and i hope to lend a towel for free.

The location was very good and the water area and common space were very beautiful hostels. However, the price is reasonable. Personally, I was very happy to have a hair dryer. The receptionist is very kind and has a sense of security there was. It was very good to choose a hostel to stay on the first day of entry. It is an inn that I want to stay when I come to Kyrgyzstan again. Thank you very much.

This hostel totally recommended for you guys if you looking for a sharing room or even private room, they have good kitchen and complete for the kitchen aids, their room clean, and also their toilet even the toilet is sharing but they keep it clean 👍🏻

立地が非常によく、清潔でとてもよかった。 入場はわかりづらいが、他の人の口コミで番号を知って入った。ベッドは広く、他の人が動いても揺れないもので助かった。 また、こまめにシャワーに清掃が入ってるようでとてもよかった。これが1番嬉しかった。スタッフも親切。 ただ、他の客がうるさかった（ホテルは悪くない）のと、特に鍵などないのでセキュリティ面でどうなっているのか？はやや不安。

Dorms are big and spacious, staff is nice and location is near museum and main square. There is a kitchen and filter water and some cute cats that hang out in the outside area.

Overall it was very clean! There is also a workspace and a kitchen. You can drink tea or coffee whenever you like, and there is a water purifier so you can drink drinking water at any time. I don't use it, but there is also a washing machine so you can wash it. The inside was very clean because it was a style to take off shoes!
