The location, facilities, and price are all top-notch, but the customer service is terrible. They should have put ”cash only” in a prominent place when buying beer. When I called a staff member to pay, the staff only got annoyed. It was absurd. If they had posted it on the counter, people would have been able to figure out the price while selecting items. The process of picking out multiple items, then coming to the counter, and then having to go back and check the prices again is incomprehensible. I think they need more training on reception.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and fresh throughout my stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s facilities. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation, while the fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was simply outstanding – fresh, diverse, and of high quality. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a central location, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect balance between accessibility and relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. It was nice that I could see the ocean view to my heart's content because it was located right in front of Yeongildae Beach. There was an outdoor terrace in the room, and it even had a bathtub, so it was really nice to take a half-body bath while looking at the ocean. The only regret is that I could clearly see the room next door. ㅜㅜ Fortunately, there were empty rooms on both sides on the day we used it. It's hard to say here, but because of the outdoor terrace bathtub, my boyfriend and I made exciting memories that will last a lifetime. ^^ The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, and it was ace. The next day, I checked out at 12 o'clock because of a hangover, but since it was a weekday, I was able to use it without any additional charges. I definitely want to use this place again next time. ㅎㅎ

Large spacious room, with comfortable bed, good Internet. Location was perfect to access attractions, bus stops, Restaurants and shops. Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful, giving baggage storage prior to check in. Cleaning staff did a great job and always smiling. Very clean refreshing hotel

I stayed for two nights for a trip to Pohang and Gyeongju. The owner noticed I looked like I had a lot of luggage and kindly upgraded me to a larger room. The bed sheets were changed daily, the bathroom was clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a quiet and restful stay. One downside was that breakfast is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast area looked nice as well.

The hotel is very well located, right next to the bus terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. Water is available free of charge. The receptionist was asleep behind the counter every time we came in or out of the hotel, at any time of day. So don't count on reception for information about the city. However, there are several information points in town that will answer all your questions. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, and the shower was small with lukewarm water, which was a shame.

Very small room but still amazing place ! Staff was very king and accommodation and facilities very modern and clean. The breakfast is just perfect and last long (until 11am and more) Nearby lots of restaurants, nice shops and tourism spots. Perfect !

The accommodations were surprisingly clean and comfortable, with a harmonious interior. There are plenty of decent restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient. There's ample parking.

I was staying briefly at Andong Hospital for a family visit, so I chose a place that was affordable and had good dining options nearby. It turned out to be a guesthouse, and although I didn't have high expectations, it had a private bathroom inside. The soundproofing wasn't great, but it didn't affect my stay, and the air conditioning worked well. It was just the right place—nothing too much, not too little. I stopped by Mammoth Bakery, ate Jjimdak nearby, and the Tteokbokki Street was right in front. There was also a Mega Coffee and No Brand Burger inside the market, which was great.

It's a modern, clean place. The rooms have large windows and air-con, and the pot-noodle breakfast is a nice touch.The only problem: there is never anyone at the front desk. The light in my bathroom was out, and there was no way to convey this message: no English spoken on the phone, and messages bounced back. I didn't have a problem with it, as there was enough light coming in from the room, but it's not ideal if there was a real issue
