The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The staff were very kind and even though I only had US dollars for the deposit, they accommodated me. The room was spacious and the lockers were large, so I felt safe during my stay. It was within walking distance of the post office in the tourist area, and Ciudadela Market was about 20 minutes away by metro, and it was also close to the station, which was very convenient! There are also many restaurants within walking distance, so I highly recommend it!

The staff are very friendly. The only minor issues are that the kitchen closes quite early (4 PM), and sometimes it takes a while for the hot water to come on in the bathrooms. However, all the other guests are friendly, and the place provides everything you need.

Great value for money. A few steps away from convenience stores and restaurants and public transit. Staff was friendly and they sell water and other beverages and snacks in the lobby. The dorms are well ventilated and the windows are kept open to let cold air in. The water pressure for the shower could be better but it is understandable considering water conservation efforts in CDMX. I got mosquito bites due to the open windows but not much can be done about that.

I booked this hotel because of an early morning flight and made a mistake booking the one in terminal 2 when my flight was at terminal 1. Didnt know that there's one at terminal 1.Luckily, the staff at reception suggested and helped to change it to the terminal 1. Access to the place can be challenging, there's ongoing renovation. Just remember to go to level 1, find an slight elevated corridor between Krispy Kreme and 7-11 store. Follow the corridor to the place

I love this hostel and with staff and other travellers, I'm feelining it everyday more like home. Only thing they need to improve is the kitchen equipment, as it is really poor.

The location of the hotel is hard to find, the facade looks like a residence. The first feeling inside is clean and comfortable, and the price is high. The location seems very close to Syntagma Square, the front desk service attitude is very good

This place was perfect. Woman on reception was inviting and took me to my room. Hostel was very clean roomnwas perfect for one night comfortable bed, hot water from tap in bathroom and was able to use the kitchen to make a cup of tea. I would return great value for money also
