This environment is very good, the public area is very large, there is a rest area and an entertainment area, the bathroom is large, the transportation is convenient and easy to find, the atmosphere is really warm. I will come back later and recommend it to my friends.
This hotel is not recommended: 1. As a hotel located in Ti'anau, the entire hotel has more than ten parking spaces. The parking spaces have to be grabbed. I don't know if I thought it was in Queenstown. 2. The door lock is very old and difficult to open. At the beginning, I couldn't open the door after taking the key. I must open the lock at the same time + the door to push inside to open it. 3. The price is not cheap, the price is more than 900, the village inn next door is less than 800, and the so-called lake view room is also covered by the roof on the first floor of their house.
It was really great.
I will definitely come back here.

AAnonymous UserI stayed in so many 4-5 stars hotel in NZ. Surprisingly this is the best and our beat the rest. There’s so many thoughtful amenities that I appreciate from this home run hotel. Water with strong pressure and heating just nice. Bed is comfy, clean and comes with heating pad OMG. The kitchen is small but equipped with full appliances that you will need for your breakfast/lunch/dinner. I love it. They provide you on site self care wash bay too. There’s nothing I can complained with this motel. Really can’t recommend enough this motel for anyone coming to te anau. You won’t regret
11182233042We set off from Queenstown to Milford Sound and stopped for a night in Te Anau. The hotel was beyond my expectations. It was a beautiful hotel by the lake. If I hadn't booked a fjord boat ticket the next day, I would have stayed a few more nights. I slowly felt the visual impact of the environment. It was also very close to the glowworm caves.
GGuest UserAlthough the equipment is relatively old, the price is relatively low. As long as the hygiene and service are good, you are basically satisfied.
XXiaoyangcongcongVery nice motel.
The first floor of the family room is the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and there is also a single bed. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, with a double bed and three single beds. The room and beds were clean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils and dishes, as well as induction cookers, microwave ovens, refrigerators and other electrical appliances.
The breakfast set includes bread, jam, butter, cereal, yogurt, fruit syrup, milk, and juice. It is very rich and cost-effective.
There are ample parking spaces and convenient transportation.
The front desk service is also very friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick and convenient.
GGuest UserThe reception staff were very warm and friendly and even gave us a bottle of milk. We had requested a family room with a tower view, and the location was perfect – we could see the tower directly from our living room. Queen's Park is also just across the street. The only downside was the cooktop in the kitchenette; it was either too fast or very slow to heat up, quite old-fashioned, and difficult to use. Additionally, the motel requires guests to park their car directly outside their own room, and parking in other spots is not permitted.
李李The room is not big, the location is excellent, facing the lake view, the snow-capped mountains against the Manapuri Lake is like a fairyland. Stayed for four days, reluctant to leave. The pier to Doubtful Sound is nearby, and walking along the lake is the ultimate enjoyment. Wan Lai was all quiet, except for the sound of the lake beating against the shore. Personally, I think this place is better than Queenstown because there are few people and the commercial atmosphere is not so obvious. Driving to Lake Te Anau is only over 20 kilometers.
GGuest UserBeautiful space in Te Anau. Packed too many activities in Queenstown (NZ is way too beautiful to not do that) and had to drive to Te Anau which is a few hours and hosts were friendly and helpful to accommodate our late check in! Countdown and a pizza restaurant was nearby as well.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right by the lake. Although the town is not big, the location is very good. The facilities in the room are very good and comfortable. If time permits, it is really great to sit in the room and enjoy the vacation time while looking at the scenery on the lake.
GGuest UserThe location is super curious, next to the lake, free parking, self-service check-in during non-labor hours, simple. However, the sound insulation is average, so those who live on the second floor should be careful when moving around.
GGuest UserIt's a small bungalow, run by Chinese. Check in at the front desk of glowworm restaurant. The restaurant said that the chef is from Intercontinental Hotel, but it's really expensive to eat Chinese food in NZ... You can park your car in front of the room. The bed is big and soft, but the room is a bit dark. Mid-March is the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. It's a bit cold at night, so I have to keep the air conditioner on.
