Very Good
FFouadIt is centrally located, everything is a short walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It proudly displayed 2024 award for best guest services. It occuoies the 3rd and 4th floor in a commercial building on a Main Street, so it may be a bit noisy for some guests.
Unfortunately p, the elevator was not working, which was a problem for 80+ year old man. Luckily one of the staff spoke good English (which is rare in Chechnya), and he was kind enough to arrange for alternative accommodation in a similar hotel (not as centrally located). Because the stay was already paid for, he took care of payment to the other hotel.
Highly recommended (if you don’t mind climbing stairs, unless they fix the elevator)
