Комната очень сильно отличалась от фото при бронировании на сайте. Бронировала этот отель, думая, что буду жить со стенами ” под дерево”. В итоге жила в комнате со старыми обоями. На мои комментарии о том, что комната отличается , персонал ответил, что это не их вина, что это посредники так презентуют отель, свободных номеров с деревянными стенами не было на мои даты.
В номере всё старое, одеяло очень маленькое (максимум полуторка, но мне кажется односпальное), тонкое, штор плотных нет, фена тоже нет в номерах (пришлось спускаться и просить его утром).
Плюс данного отеля только в том, что на их территории находится частный музей (не их), который посетила, и хороший завтрак.
Персонал отеля был достаточно вежлив при возникновении спорных ситуаций (девушка -администратор на своём месте).
Бываю в Кирове в командировке и мои коллеги тоже, точно отель не порекомендую.

XXiaoxiannvdebaba16The room was clean, that is, the toilet was not in the room, the shower room in the bath room leaked, and the water temperature was hot and cold. There is no paper towel in the room. Overall, it is still a very good hotel, the front desk staff is very friendly and the service attitude is very good.
