Located in a residential area, the environment is actually good. We live on the fourth floor and have a large terrace facing the park in the residential area. Every time we go to the terrace, we can see innocent and lively children enjoying the facilities in the park. Because it is in a residential area, it is a bit far from the scenic spot, but you can also walk to the city center in more than ten minutes. There are also minibuses to the city center right outside the door. The staff said that the bus runs about half an hour during normal times. The staff can also help register local tour groups and hot air balloons. Of course, they will be more expensive. If time permits, you can go to the city to get the price yourself. The rooftop is the place where breakfast is served. It is very large. After checking out, you only need to talk to the staff and you can stay here for a while. In fact, the environment is not bad, but the cleanliness is a little worse, but at this price of accommodation (we arrived on the day of the Slaughter Day, and there are expensive accommodations everywhere), it is really affordable.

SSeanThe first room had a damaged shower head. They moved us to another room no questions asked.
Breakfast was a great Turkish spread. With a hot omelette or traditional pie or donut. Absolute treat and great value. Mineral water and Chai tea on tap all day.
Internet was perfect to take video meetings with colleagues in the USA and Europe.
Location is away from the noise of Goreme, directly under the hotair balloons every morning. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace.
Rooms are perfect, comphy bed, crisp sheets, brilliant water pressure!
Staff are great! They even invited me to sit and have lunch with them one day. Delicious lemon cake. I asked for two of each Turkish coin, I'm collecting for my niece and nephew. Esra from the front desk found me all of the coins. Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find.
Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me.
These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. The price is oddly low. Incredible value.
There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the triple room. It was nice and clean, nothing to complain about. Location was also excellent, walking distance to the Göreme center with restaurants and happenings. Pool was also an excellent add on. Breakfast was poor, nothing seemed to be fresh and the variety of things was not there. Very disappointing. Restaurant prices are too high compared to the ones in the area. We did not use the terreace to view the balloon flights so i cannot comment on that, but we were recommended a place where we could do this. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

BBorbewI had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were all very friendly. The owner was especially helpful, giving us great tips on local attractions and restaurants.
We stayed for two nights and had planned to take a balloon ride on the first day. Unfortunately, it was canceled, and the next day was fully booked. Amazingly, the hotel owner was able to find us a spot at the very last minute. It was such a memorable and impressive experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Мы очень рады, что остановились в этом замечательном отеле, и остались довольны обслуживанием, завтраком, чистотой, видом и комфортом. Самое главное управляющий отеля помог нам забронировать недорогие билеты на полет на шаре, составил программу по достопримечательностям, после того как сняли машину в аренду, стало очень удобно передвигаться. В отеле есть своя парковка. Рекомендуем вам и надеюсь, что когда-нибудь еще приедем!!!!

XxujieliyingThe boss is very enthusiastic, but the boss's English is limited. The antique interior decoration is a good place to take pictures. In the morning, you should be able to take a hot air balloon (we missed taking pictures on the roof because we went to take a hot air balloon). But the roof has no decoration, just a good location. The parking space is the boss enthusiastically helping to park on the side of the road.

In a room with a wide 々, I still had room for four people to stay and spread two suitcases.
The location was good because it was a short walk on a slope overlooking the center of Goreme.
I asked the hotel for a pick-up service from the airport. It was cash payment for 10 euros per person.
I think the amenities had a small shampoo rinse body shampoo, but I didn't know the bottle character was disappearing, so I used what I brought. There was no toothbrush, slippers, refrigerator, or PET bottle water.
Breakfast is from 9 o'clock, so I was able to come back from the balloon experience and eat it. Buffet style of bread, cheese and vegetables, and drinks were chai. The bread was crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside.
I wanted to stay at the cave hotel, so I had a good experience.
