I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's overall environment was clean and tidy, with a modern and comfortable decor. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft, and I slept very well. The sound insulation was also good, making it very quiet at night. The staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they patiently helped resolve any issues. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with many restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions nearby, making getting around very easy.

Pros: Value for money & Facilities: The pool and breakfast were great! Plus, the free-to-use washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver for long stays or solo travelers. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning. Room & Security: The dormitory beds have privacy curtains, and there are lockers with keys, so security was excellent. Staff: Very friendly, always smiling, and helpful. Cleanliness: The toilets, shower rooms, pool, and overall premises were very clean and well-maintained. Access: If you're using Vinbus (lines 17 or 19), the ”Holiday Center” bus stop is the closest and most convenient. Cons: The common areas are open-air (connected to the outdoors), so there are mosquitoes. Bug spray is a must. The shower often had no hot water (only lukewarm or cold).

We had an overall pleasant stay at this place. Pros: The location is excellent — very close to the beach and within walking distance of the center of Grand World. The hosts were kind and responsive. The room itself was spacious, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. Cons: Our room seemed to be the only one without a balcony, which made drying clothes quite a challenge. The shower doesn’t have a glass door, so water spreads all over the bathroom floor after showering. Hot water works inconsistently — on the last day we learnt that sometimes you need to wait for 5 minutes for it to start running and even then it would cut out and return to cold mid-shower. There is also no room cleaning service, so be mindful about bringing sand back from the beach. In the evenings, it can be quite noisy, which sometimes made it hard to fall asleep. Tip: For breakfast, Wyndham Garden Hotel right across the street offers a great buffet. The price is 250,000 VND for adults and 125,000 VND for children — definitely worth it.

Hotel location can not be found accurately...Copy the online hotel display address is far from the hotel, our arrival time is hot at noon, contact the hotel service no one will pick you up... It is too tired to drag the box across the bridge with the scorching sun... It took a long time to find the hotel door, The iron general opened the door...Immediately contact the hotel service (it turned out to be a family-style mini hotel opened by a couple...) to inform us that she was old and just came over on the road...Check in after meeting, it turned out that we came early, the hotel check-in time must wait until 2 pm, After lunch on the side, open the password lock as shown by the hotel owner Zalo! When I entered the room, the resentment was all gone, the room was clean and tidy, and it felt super good! The only regret is that the balcony lock can't be opened. In addition, there is no shampoo and shower gel. The cabinet design on the wash basin is a bit bumpy! The hotel has a mini elevator, contacted more, the boss is very good, the overall image will choose to stay in the future!

Nice hostel. At the reception is more less English speaking, but the staff very much strive to answer all questions and to meet wishes (to be needed with translators). Our room was small and without windows, but very clean and looked new. The AC was super silent. We extended our stay for one night, but moved to a room with windows. This was spacious, but it didn't seem so modern. We used the washing service and borrowed a roller (150k VND / day).

This is where I always stay at rach gia. Even though I have to risk living with ants and lizards.
