One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of Cape Town and the perfect spot to unwind with a drink while watching the sunset.

The location is excellent in Cape. It is close to the long street and large supermarkets, so you don't have to walk. There is a bar downstairs. Although it is noisy, it is very safe. Fantastic hostel. Felt like the very best in Southeast Asia. Huge common room (with VHS selection! Hah). Good bar on premises, and just a cool, chill, communal vibe. Don’t expect much else, and it’s a bit of a walk to the beach (like 5 minutes, not much) but for a good surf hostel it’s great.
