Excellent bed and bathroom, and the service is also very kind. The only point is the sound of the rooms, if you want to rest during the day, for those who have a light sleep or want to be silent to focus on a reading, for example the noise from the corridors and the attached rooms is quite disturbing. Out of that, it's very good!

Excellent experience!
1. Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from the Thermas of the Oranges and about 10 minutes from the car (offered as a courtesy by the resort) to the Hot Beach.
2. Check in quickly and heartily, with access to the apartment before 14:00 if you are ready.
3. Digital arm for access to the apartment and the Hot Beach Park and for payments. Very practical!
4. Parking with access control and near the apartment.
5. Very quiet, quiet resort, surrounded by very careful vegetation.
6. Two-sized double-size room with two ambients. Modern, cool and very good taste decoration. indirect lighting. King size bed with new and soft coats, lingeries and edreddon. Two smartTVs (one in each ambience) large, AC, fridge, safe.
7. A cozy restaurant with three large and air-conditioned rooms.
8. Swimming pools and furniture with 24-hour access, and all with hot hot water.
9. Breakfast and dinner with basic but well prepared and tasty items.
10. Very friendly and sympathetic team.
11. Check out at 12:00 as quickly and heartily, with delivery of bottles of water for the return trip.

The hotel has a good structure. The strong points are the great hot water pools and the restaurant. The pools are very nice and are open until 22h. The restaurant offers a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very careful and educated.
The weak points are lifts and the transfer to the aquatic park. Lifts are only 2 and appear not to have smart system, causing a shock in the hours of greater movements. The transfer is a urban bus. If you need to wait for him in the park, you will stay at the time (in the sun). Sometimes it may be better to take the car off the parking.

The hotel is well located, a wonderful breakfast, the negative point was compared to the room I stayed with only 4 takes throughout the room and no one close to bed, and one of the four was air conditioned, Another freezer and another TV ... being so to load 2 cells we needed to unlock one of the items.

Hotel bem estruturado, com vários elevadores (são quase 500 apartamentos), piscina aquecida e em alguns momentos dispõe de água e café no saguão. O péssimo em nossa estadia foi a Internet, que não funcionava e o atendente disse que era assim mesmo e já havia sido realizada uma otimização. O piso do quarto não havia sido limpo para nossa entrada.
