This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Snow Mushroom Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. I highly recommend anyone planning to travel to Harbin to contact Snow Mushroom Hotel for all your travel arrangements, not only in Snow Town but also in Harbin, Yabuli, and other places in the region. What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven. This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow. The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great). We will return to this hotel as soon as we can. Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

Location is very near to the shuttle bus drop off point (aka the clubbing spot). Owner offered to pick us up when we reached and left. They have a restaurant and we can buy dinner package from *******. The pork noodles was very savoury, highly recommend! A big plus point - able to watch fireworks from their entrance. The room is decent for a night stay, toiletries are provided. Foreigners need to purchase xuexiang tickets at the counters itself. Queue manage can be greatly improve at the xuexiang entrance lobby. Won’t recommend to bring your luggage to xuexiang as it’s packed with people at the entrance & need to carry up and down the shuttle bus, unable to access by other mode of transport. Owner is able to arrange for transport from yabuli west station to xuexiang.

Clean and hygienic, with all sorts of pristine snowscapes—it's so beautiful! The owner is very friendly and can even take you out to play, with dogs to play with! The food is delicious too; I'll definitely come again!

An absolutely perfect stay that exceeded my expectations, so I want to seriously write down my experience. Even before we arrived in Snow Town, the owner and concierge were constantly updating us on the weather in the scenic area, reminding us to dress warmly, especially the children. We arrived in Snow Town around 6 PM, and the concierge was already waiting for us in the snow and wind, helping us with our luggage. We didn't have to lift a finger ourselves. I had worried after seeing online that tourists often dragged their own suitcases to hotels, but now I realize that worry was completely unnecessary. The hotel's location is super convenient, only about 100 meters from the big stone monument. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner thoughtfully gave us frozen pears and even offered us extra blankets, concerned we might not have enough. They constantly and thoughtfully told us to contact them anytime if we needed anything, truly making us feel the warmth and hospitality of Northeasterners. The breakfast corn, fried dough sticks, and red date cakes were especially popular with the kids. They also have a coffee bar, and both the cakes and coffee were excellent. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day and was genuinely warm, so we didn't need to wear thick pajamas. If you're too lazy to go out, you can eat at the hotel; the taste, portion sizes, and prices are all great. The kids loved staying here so much they didn't want to leave, saying it was very comfortable 😄 If I have the chance to visit Snow Town again, YunDingXue will definitely be my first choice. The service alone is enough to make you want to return.

Coming here again, another new experience, I feel very comfortable. The environment here is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air here is fresh, the staff is warm and thoughtful, giving people a home feeling. The room is very warm. I will come again next time when friends gather.

This guesthouse is fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy 🛏️. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. The surrounding area is lovely, and it's close to the scenic spots, making it perfect for a leisure stay!

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Hotel location is very good, there is parking lot, parking is very convenient, the hotel lobby is magnificent, the receptionist is warm and hospitable, the parking lot duty staff love to work and help direct the parking. The room was clean, the windows were bright and clean, the bathroom was very large, the bedding was very clean and hygienic, especially the mattress was very good, the softness was just right, the sleeping was very comfortable, the hotel Chinese restaurant waiter was very hospitable, and introduced us to the special dishes. Breakfast is simple, the variety is small, there is no bread and coffee, which is rare in star hotels, so the service gives the item 4 points.
