The hotel boasts a fantastic setting, perched on a mountain with panoramic views of Luoyang city. The rooms are generously sized, and the balconies are particularly spacious. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped. However, the interior amenities felt a bit unpolished, especially the smart toilet, whose quality and cleanliness were quite worrisome. After each flush, it would emit a strange, continuous noise for several minutes. The hotel breakfast was of good quality and served semi-buffet style. Yet, the offerings were quite repetitive; after staying for two nights, we found choices limited on the second morning. The breakfast cold dishes, in particular, were visually appealing but lacked flavor. On a positive note, the customized barbecue dinner is highly recommended. It was delicious, and the chef clearly put a lot of care into its preparation.

The room was okay overall, and the space was quite large. The service from the young lady the day before yesterday was very good. She gave the child a souvenir as soon as she arrived at the front desk (it's not the gift that's valuable, it's the friendship). I have to complain about the air conditioner and slippers. Let's just say that although they are disposable, they can at least be worn for a night. I felt sticky under my feet after just a few steps, and I saw that they were covered in hair. 😅😅😅 And the air conditioner was whirring all night long. It was really annoying. It is really not recommended for light sleepers.

The whole building is a hotel, but the facilities in the bathroom are very old, the shower cannot be fixed and sprayed, and the shower is seriously blocked. The hotel is outside the city, and the surrounding city facilities cannot be talked about. The lobby is large and is put together with the property sales of the hotel owner. Breakfast is the only place to praise, the place is large, the variety is rich, after all, the breakfast in the room is the same. After the breakfast egg is cooked, it is peeled after soaking in cold water. I won't be staying for the second time.

Upstairs in the cafe, there are cinemas and bookstores, and the supermarket can also meet the needs of life. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

I checked in here with my sister at 4.30! All the housekeepers and service staff are very good! I would like to praise the housekeepers Huifang and Yuanyuan! They are warm and attentive! When I was doing the guide online before, I fell in love with the room with a small courtyard, but I could only book other suites on the platform, so I was embarrassed to ask the housekeeper and the front desk lady to help us make up the difference and change to a suite with a small courtyard. In the courtyard, there is a small flower called Xiyan mentioned by the civet cat in the Legend of Zhen Huan, as well as a stupid kitten, and there are fruits sent by the housekeeper and a barbecue set meal sent to the courtyard qwq I will come again next time when I have time!
