Coming from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! From the order, the customer service was very careful to inquire about some needs and love of the room. I recommended local delicious food and attractions, from check-in to check-out. Every staff member greeted each other with a smile and was responsive. The room is even more invincible, big enough to sprinkle, the layout is warm, and the facilities are very new. I took a hot spring bath at night. The water quality of the hot spring was superb. After washing the skin, I was tired and washed away. This is a very warm hotel on the road to travel, highly recommended to friends who want to relax!

I stayed here for a while on a last-minute errand and overall felt it was a good value. The hotel's decor is old, and the facilities are quite dated. The staff were excellent, cleaning daily and replacing water, linens, and toiletries. They were diligent and dedicated, offering no discounts. They also enthusiastically recommended nearby parks and snacks. The breakfast buffet was average, but filling. However, the value-added promotions advertised on the billboard downstairs seemed like hype without action, a deaf ear to the truth—just a decoration.
