The room was nice, the service was attentive, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet at night and convenient for walking. The courtyard was beautiful and close to the Dongchang Lake Scenic Area. The service at the restaurant was attentive and enthusiastic, especially Zhang Xue, the waiter in the new private room. She was very warm and thoughtful, and we felt very well taken care of during our meal. We must commend her for this. Of course, there were some shortcomings. The disposable razor provided in the room was of poor quality, with a chipped blade. After shaving, I scratched my face and scalp several times.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were very warm and thoughtful. It's a bit expensive, but it's very suitable for young children. If you're tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest. The scooter is also very convenient. The scenic area is very large, so you must have a scooter. Feeding the giraffes for breakfast the next day was also very good. The location is excellent, especially the giraffe keeper Zhai Huaijun, who helped to lead the giraffes over, guided the shooting angles and movements, and helped take a lot of photos and videos. Location: The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You get a stunning sea view of the Third Bathing Beach, complete with a light show at night. Transportation is super convenient. There are also plenty of seagulls along the coastline downstairs, so no need to trek to the crowded Zhanqiao Pier. Room: The sunrise sea-view room is incredible! You can watch the sunrise right from your bed, then catch up on sleep. Later, when you open the curtains, the sun streams through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the bed in light – pure bliss! Cleanliness: Spotless! You can even enjoy the sea view from the bathtub. We didn't find bathtub liners in the room, but luckily we brought our own. Breakfast: Simply perfect, with a wide variety of dishes. Highly recommended! Other: I came specifically for the amazing fitness center and pool. I swam once at night and again the next morning. The water quality is excellent, and the depth is super kid-friendly. Service: Very thoughtful. They delivered my child's belongings to the room multiple times. When they heard my child had hurt their arm, they even provided antiseptic wipes and band-aids. As we were packing up to check out, my child exclaimed, 'I really don't want to leave!' We look forward to our next visit.

The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!

This one's a bit tough to rate. The front desk service was excellent; since I arrived late, they thoughtfully prepared warm mineral water and milk for me. However, I was also told that because of my late arrival, only lower-floor rooms were available, which was a bit unavoidable. The laundry area was very considerate, even providing child-friendly antibacterial detergent. Both the washing machines and dryers allowed online checking of their status, so you could track the progress of your wash and dry. It would be even better, though, if someone could clean the rubber seal after each wash or perhaps run a quick empty cycle for a few minutes to clean the drum. I noticed some grime on the rubber seal and cigarette tobacco inside the drum when I used it that night. While understandable, it was still a bit... unpleasant to find.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

The guesthouse has a great overall environment and beautiful scenery. The package I bought included tickets to Mingshui Ancient City, which is perfect for this season. After visiting the ancient city, soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing. The room was decorated in a Japanese style, with electronic keypad locks, smart home technology, and very comfortable floors and mattresses. All necessary amenities were provided, including umbrellas, so we didn't have to worry about rainy days. The small courtyard outside was a pleasant place to sit and soak up the sun. The service was excellent; we could contact the manager for any issues. The breakfast restaurant was right to the right of the courtyard gate, offering a wide variety of breakfast options. We could even order extra food if we wanted. The goji berry and millet porridge even had a whole sea cucumber in it! The front desk gave us a thoughtful gift when we checked out.

The hotel's attention to hygiene was truly reassuring. The bedding was clean and tidy, free of hair or stains, and the bathroom sink and toilet were spotless and odor-free. I had a very comfortable stay. The receptionist, Xiao Ge, was excellent and processed my check-in quickly – she deserves praise. The hotel's location is also superb, offering breathtaking views of Huancui Tower! The tower is especially stunning when illuminated at night. Being able to enjoy such a magnificent view from my room was a truly unique experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Weihai.
