The hotel environment is acceptable. I give it 5 points because Zhang Xiu'e from the catering department provides excellent service. In addition, the guest room facilities are unreasonable. 1. There is no extra two-phase power socket next to the table. It is awkward to plug in a table lamp and a router. 2. The switch control panel cannot control the bathroom light separately unless the master control is pressed. Once the master control is pressed, all the lights in the room will be turned on. 3. There is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom. The razor socket cannot handle the power of the hair dryer. There is also a knob next to it that makes no sense. The two-phase plugs are located at the bedside and the mini bar, which is not suitable for drying hair. 4. The bedside table is too old and looks awkward. 5. The bathroom floor drain should be self-sealing. The problem is that the water pressure needs to exceed the self-sealing force to start draining. The water will accumulate in the side trough until it submerges the slippers worn in the shower and soaks my feet. . . Then it starts to drain. . . I don't expect the hotel to improve. This is just a personal suggestion.

The overall experience is very good. The service is the best among all the hotels under Europa Park. Of course, it is also the most expensive. The child also received a cake on his birthday (the cake was very delicious). This package includes breakfast and dinner buffets, two-day tickets, two-day exclusive electric cars, and hotel VIP channels (no queues for game facilities, etc.). Among the three parks of Europa Park, the animal world is the best, newest and most interesting.

The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! I visited yesterday. I checked in at 9 PM, but the door was locked, so I waited outside for 20 minutes. The entrance was incorrectly marked on the map. It's a bit far to get there by bus from Jangchu Station. The breakfast interior is Japanese-style, but the hotel service is a bit awkward, focusing on Tang Dynasty style. However, the breakfast is authentic Chinese, which might be disappointing for Koreans. However, the room design is very nice. It felt clean and well-organized. I was very satisfied with the free shuttle service to Jangchu Station. I would like to visit again. I give it the maximum 5 stars possible!

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. We could walk to Joy City and Yantai Port, and in the evening, we’d hold hands and watch the sunset over the harbor – the atmosphere was incredibly romantic. We picked a high-floor sea-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. At night, snuggling by the window, watching the city lights twinkle and the waves shimmer on the sea, was both romantic and therapeutic. The room was cozy and clean, and the king-size bed was so soft we never wanted to get up. The soundproofing was excellent too, so we weren't disturbed at all. The front desk service was attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively recommended nearby couple-friendly spots and local delicacies, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local specialties like Yantai 'menzi' and freshly wrapped mackerel dumplings. Enjoying breakfast at a leisurely pace together was pure bliss. The hotel amenities were also well thought out, with a gym and a swimming pool. After a day of exploring, coming back to relax at the hotel was incredibly comfortable. Overall, the experience was perfect. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Yantai – it's ideal for a couple's getaway!
