great value, exceptional and convenient for Muslim, very near to aancient street, south bridge, scenic area and selfie panda. All within walking range . From hotel-selfiepanda-ancient alley-mosque-southbridge-scenic area. Muslim food was just on the left side of the hotel. Would definitely coming here again next time. Staff were attentive, friendly and even the lady cleaner was Very welcoming. And self laundry service was great. WIFI was exteremely fast. What a bonus on that. Thank you for the experience. Got complementary hotspring and hi tea but didnt get to experience. Would definiely try next time
Facilities: Very new, and the room's decor really matches my aesthetic, haha. Plus, there's a water dispenser, so you can get warm water, which is a big plus. Currently, the hot springs have three indoor pools open. When we went at 8 PM, it was great, not many people, and very relaxing.
Environment: It's right in the middle of the valley. Our room faced the street, but it was actually fine; there weren't many cars at night, so it was pretty quiet. It's about a kilometer to the scenic area's center, which is quite close.
Hygiene: Very clean, nothing to complain about.
Service: The service was very good. They even deliver warm milk at night. However, breakfast was just okay; the variety wasn't extensive, and the dumplings I had were a bit cold.

Really good hotel! They even have a oxygen room for those suffering from altitude sickness. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options available. We were even given fruits when we left!

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation.
The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time.
Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather.
The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard.
The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies.
Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.
The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a tasteful design, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every floor features a terrace, and the ground floor has a charming little garden right by the stream. Early mornings are often graced with picturesque mountain mist. An elevator makes it convenient for seniors. The breakfast is quite good, though dining options in the immediate vicinity are unfortunately scarce. The rooms are fully equipped. One drawback, however, was that the toilet in our room was prone to clogging and could use some improvement. All in all, it's a wonderful destination for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel I stayed at in Leshan this time was absolutely wonderful! Downstairs, there's a food street with all sorts of delicious options. The room was really clean, and I loved the unique decor. What really surprised me was that the front desk had digestive tablets readily available – such a thoughtful touch! The hotel staff at the front desk were also very welcoming and helpful. Next time I'm in Leshan, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The environment, both inside and out, was really nice; I liked it a lot. It was very quiet at night after everyone went to sleep. However, I woke up suddenly around 5:30 AM feeling cold, only to realize I hadn't turned on the heating. Then, from a little after 6 AM, people started opening and closing doors and talking, which was very noisy. To make matters worse, the smart toilet in that room seemed to be broken, flushing itself all night long – it was incredibly loud! In the morning, it flushed even more frequently, and I couldn't find the remote control for it, which was infuriating. Ugh, everything else was fine, but that toilet in the morning was just too noisy. Seriously, so loud.
Let me just say, this hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. It's truly a king-level experience for its price point; I rarely book such a perfect stay. First off, the hotel lobby is spacious and artistic, great for taking photos and checking in. It definitely has that star-hotel vibe. There's hot tea available in the lobby for chilly guests, perfect for a warming drink – all very health-conscious. Secondly, the rooms are super comfortable, with a warm yellow palette and a decor style similar to all-season hotels like Hanting, which is very pleasing to the eye. The main highlight is the underfloor heating. After visiting attractions, there's a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Before we even arrive, a staff member turns on the underfloor heating for you, so you step into a wonderfully warm room. From 7-10 PM, there are multiple hot tubs to choose from, with very high, bubbling water that's also extremely clean. The morning breakfast buffet has everything you could want, all freshly prepared. There's even a chef on hand to make rice noodles for you. It's rare to find such a perfect hotel – clean and affordable. It's absolutely the best choice for staying outside the scenic area. The service is warm and friendly; they even send you a travel guide in advance, which is incredibly thoughtful. I honestly didn't want to leave a review for fear of it getting too popular and me not being able to book it again, but it truly deserves my praise! 👍

Service: After booking the room, a dedicated butler contacted us with the detailed address and directions, and guided us to the hotel via the Baitukan Tunnel. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. The hotel offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The owner was very patient and helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel's fruit platter and breakfast were also very generous.
Environment: As soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was completely captivated by the stunning mountain view. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center of Kangding County, and I saw a plethora of beautiful roses along the way.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had double sinks and a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch.
Facilities: The hotel's restaurant offers a great view, and dining there was a delightful experience. The fourth-floor balcony was also very comfortable, and downstairs there were also billiards, mahjong machines, and other entertainment facilities.
P.S. I'm not a shill, just a happy newbie who finally made it to my western Sichuan trip. Thank you Kangding and this fantastic hotel for making it a perfect start to my trip.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station.
The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive!
The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay:
• Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~
• Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠
• Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕
• Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋♀️
Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕
Dining Experience:
• Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜
• Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable.
• Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸.
• In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful.
Room Amenities:
The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts.
Hot Springs and Pool:
Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent.
Travel Photography Service:
The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully!
Value for Money:
The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it.
Little Highlight:
I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail.
Minor Flaw:
Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

__WeChat290251****Thanks to Shirley for the room upgrade! This is our second time staying at the Sofitel Haichuanwan Hot Spring Hotel. The hot springs are genuinely natural, and I was surprised to find such a great spot located in Jintang County.
The hardware facilities are excellent, and there's parking right at the entrance, which is very convenient.
Even though it wasn't crowded on a weekday, the breakfast spread was very generous. There were so many toppings for the rice noodles and regular noodles, including pork liver, beef, diced rabbit, and ginger duck for the meat options. There was also a wide selection of iced coffee, other cold drinks, and fruit and vegetable juices.
The staff were all very attentive and polite – truly a five-star hotel experience.
The overall hotel environment is beautiful; taking a walk around the grounds is an absolute pleasure.
1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care.
The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort.
The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us.
The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service!
I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

Ssunny****The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel environment was also very good. The breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's only about a hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station to the hotel entrance. Right outside, there's an electric shuttle station that takes you directly to the scenic area entrance, making it very convenient to get to the back mountain. The bus stop is also right across the street. There are also many good dining options nearby, including Bamboo Forest Restaurant, coffee shops, KFC, and FamilyMart. The jasmine tea and Lapsang Souchong provided by the hotel were both excellent, and you can even enjoy a hot spring bath.

AAnonymous UserThe pros: They contacted me in advance to tell me how to get there, the lobby is beautiful, and there's central heating, so it's warm as soon as you enter the room. The location is great, right by the Songcheng Scenic Area, with lots of restaurants nearby.
The cons: The room facilities are very basic. Some switches are not sensitive, and the soft furnishings have scuffs and haven't been maintained. The worst part is that water from the shower leaks out from under the door, making the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast selection is also limited. They offer a shuttle service to the scenic area in the morning, but there's only one car, so you have to wait for round trips.
Overall, paying almost 500 yuan for this B&B isn't really worth it; it would be better to book a regular hotel instead.
GGuest UserI liked the (Chinese-style) breakfast. The staff was helpful and they even took me down to the front of the mountain ticket office. The food at night (beef and bamboo shoots) was not bad.
I stayed in the garden view room, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The tea in the room was really nice Maofeng tea. The style of the room didn’t scream luxury to me (not the quiet kind either).
As for the location, I thought it would be nice to be in mountainous surroundings but it didn’t prove to be very convenient for my needs. I arrived on Friday and went to the front mountain on Saturday. Someone from the hotel very kindly dropped me off near the ticket office.
A little aside: After visiting the mountain I decided on a spontaneous trip to Nanqiao (the south bridge) in Dujiangyan (I had not seen it at night on an earlier trip there). It was not that hard to find a taxi back, but keep in mind a small surcharge of 3.9% for taking you up the mountain).
On Sunday I left the hotel too late as it was already very busy on the road to the back mountain ticket the taxi driver did not want to take me there (cause it would mean being stuck in traffic for hours either no compensation for all this waste of time) but offered to take me to The high speed railway station from which I could take a bus (passing hotel again!). Obviously the bus also ended up in a traffic jam, but in any case I did make it there in the end. Luckily I took my luggage and left it at a shop next to the foot passenger ticket office for 5 yuan.
Unfortunately the hot water spring is only open in winter. They have a nice pool though. I enjoyed my stay but didn’t find it very luxurious although it is rare to have a hotel with a pool in China, so that was cool. At around 50 euros per night it was okay value for money.

RRoubingyaThis was my second stay, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I got off the car, they greeted me and offered to hold an umbrella for me. Their service was a huge improvement!
The afternoon tea this time was very varied, especially the plums, which were incredibly sweet. I even asked for a bag to take home before leaving!
I tried the à la carte menu for dinner, and the chef was fantastic. The dishes were both Sichuan-style and unique! The portions were incredibly generous! I think the set menus have their own charm, and the à la carte menus have their own exquisiteness!
It happened to be raining, and the mountains were shrouded in mist, which was truly atmospheric. I sat outside with a pot of hot tea for the entire afternoon!
I missed the Valley Concert this time, but I hope to experience the Echo Valley at the Temple of Heaven next time I go. I want to experience that ethereal feeling!
The private bathhouse was very clean and had a great atmosphere, especially the cocktails I ordered. It was truly wonderful to drink while soaking in the hot springs!
I came alone this time, and I think it's perfect for a group of friends to play mahjong and cards. The public areas are also great for taking photos! The restroom not only had disposable toilet seats, wet toilet paper, and wet wipes, but the Hermès toiletries were a perfect touch!
I also tried my hand at calligraphy, which was truly a calming experience. I spent over an hour writing without feeling the time pass quickly!
Environment: Really nice, especially in autumn when the leaves turn yellow, creating a truly romantic atmosphere!
Cleanliness: I think it was average, but it's been greatly improved!
Service: The personalized service made me feel right at home!
GGuest User**Facilities**: The room is fully equipped, featuring a large bed with just the right level of firmness. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, and all facilities are very new.
**Cleanliness**: It's spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-organized.
**Ambiance**: The room boasts a minimalist yet stylish decor, and it's incredibly quiet and peaceful at night.
**Service**: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile to wash and dry our clothes, then brought them directly to our room. Highly recommend!

MmorgenmaoThe room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!
