Hot Springs Hotels in Zhejiang, China

The hotel's location is excellent, with beautiful scenery nearby, and it's very close to the river. The design is predominantly black and white, simple yet sophisticated. The butler service was outstanding. They sent me the location beforehand and met me where I got off the car. Since I arrived in the afternoon, they provided afternoon tea. Enjoying tea in my room while basking in the sun was incredibly comfortable and relaxing! The ground floor of the hotel also has a great ambiance. You can listen to the sound of water, enjoy afternoon tea, and soak up the sun. The lobby even offers workshops for making lacquer fans.

Environment: The room was riverside, with a great view from the window. There was also a tatami table, perfect for making tea or playing games! That's why I booked this hotel. That's the only positive point; the rest are just negatives! Service: First, I arrived at 2:00 AM to check in, and the room wasn't cleaned yet. I waited half an hour, and it was hot. The front desk lady was very nice and even let me use the only fan! Facilities: This old hotel has only one drawback; it's a bit run-down, but acceptable. However, I overlooked one thing: a musty smell! Opening the window to dissipate the odor didn't help much. Tragically, because there were no screens, mosquitoes and insects flew in from the riverside, including flying cockroaches! Luckily, there was a sliding door that I quickly closed to prevent the cockroaches from entering the room! Cleanliness: The cleaning lady did a decent job, but the bathroom was so old-fashioned and dated that I forgot to take a picture. The paper towels were all smelly and low-quality! Sigh... Regarding the noise: Since it's located by the river, the environment is nice, but it's also quite noisy. It started as early as 6 a.m. and kept me awake. Breakfast: Standard B&B fare, okay. The vegetable porridge and yogurt were both quite good! My dreams were filled with a musty smell all night long. I barely managed a good night's sleep, so I decided to move to a different B&B the next day. Just across the river, the room, facilities, smell, and cleanliness were far superior to this one, and the price was even cheaper. Isn't that infuriating? Not only was there no smell, it was fragrant! The bathroom was even more luxurious!

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. A plus for free boat shuttle service to the hotel. The breakfast is simple but tasty. It also located at the spot with the best night view. The hotel staff especially, 李小姐 is very patient and helpful when attending to our queries. She has helped us to arrange for private transport from Nan Xun to Hangzhou at a reasonable price. Thanks Ting Jian for everything provided to us during our stay. Will recommend to friends

My overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying, so it definitely deserves a positive review! The hotel staff were all exceptionally warm, attentive, and provided thoughtful service without being intrusive. The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, making them very convenient to use. The location was excellent, offering great accessibility for getting around. The biggest surprise was the fantastic view from the balcony; the scenery outside the window was absolutely delightful, making for a truly comfortable stay. It's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

【環境】外部是文保房的老樣子，粉牆黛瓦很有江南味；裏面改得很現代，高級感但不生硬，新舊融合得舒服。 【房間】設施齊全，小冰箱很實用。佈局簡單沒花裏胡哨的設計，勝在乾淨——衞生間枱麪、地面都沒水漬，住得踏實。 【床品】乳膠床墊軟硬度剛好，配有乳膠枕頭，承託感很好託着頭不酸，對睡眠差的人友好！ 【服務】細節挺戳人：1.提前問了行程，提醒打車路線和附近好吃的；2.有好吃的迎賓水果和小瓶酒酒，酒蒙子相當驚喜……外賣到前台會主幫送上來，還是同性經理送，安全感足。問吃飯、玩的事也都耐心解答，像朋友幫忙似的。 【位置】距離紹興景區核心很近，有很多共享車車可以騎，去沈園、魯迅故里幾分鐘，周邊老街買吃的也方便，省了打車功夫。 【小遺憾】沒換到一二樓帶大落地窗的園景房，不然推開窗看院子應該挺有感覺～ 整體住得舒服，該有的都有，服務貼心不越界，會推薦給朋友！（4.8星，扣0.2星在沒住到園景房😁😁😁～）

Traveling with my parents and children before the Chinese New Year, I chose the Narada Hot Spring Hotel near Huzhou Moon Bay Scenic Area, and I was extremely satisfied. The hotel is quite large. Although the decor is a bit dated, it was definitely high-end back in the day, with quality materials and attention to detail. Both the hotel lobby and the rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they even sent WeChat messages with recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, including a shortcut to the lakeside. The hot spring area operates daily from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Since we visited on a weekday, there were 10 outdoor pools open and a large indoor wave pool, which was more than enough and very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast area also had a kids' play zone nearby, and the environment was pleasant, with delicious breakfast options. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Huzhou.

The hotel was really good. Their service was excellent as they helped us with all our requests. The owner also offered to drive us to the Skyland cable car station which was really nice of them. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. The hot-spring was good and prepared well. Overall we had a really great stay.

Traveling with my family, including seniors and children, was an absolute delight. First, the service: 1. Our butler, Hong Yuzhen, was beautiful, meticulous, and incredibly thoughtful. The day before check-in, she started sharing guides to local attractions and necessary check-in information. She provided timely, warm reminders and efficient responses right when we needed them, which was fantastic. Special thanks for the thoughtful birthday surprise setup and coordination; the cake was excellent, and all the little touches were deeply appreciated. 2. My family was also touched by the service from every staff member we encountered. When walking to aid digestion, cars would automatically stop and ask if we needed a ride. When walking to the hot springs, even though it was just around one corner, staff offered to drive us. They were truly lovely and warm. Of course, the staff at the hot springs and indoor children's playground were all young men and women who exuded a wonderful warmth. Next, the facilities: Our duplex stargazing room was unique and atmospheric. The multi-level design, combining dynamic and quiet spaces, and the outdoor balcony were very thoughtful. Both the indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds at the hotel were extensive and fun, and the kids had a blast. The hot springs aren't huge, but as an included hotel amenity, they're a nice experience. And for dining: The hotel has a Chinese restaurant on the back mountain, easily accessible by a real-time shuttle. Both à la carte and set menus are great, and the food is delicious. It’s wonderful to enjoy a one-stop hotel experience without having to drive anywhere. Suggestions for activities: I recommend arriving early in the morning to explore nearby attractions, then checking into the hotel in the afternoon. After that, check out the hotel's cave cafe, then go for a hot spring soak. Next, take photos at the hotel lobby's popular sunset photo spot (meanwhile, the kids can play safely in the adjacent indoor playground). Then head back to the lobby to call a car to the Chinese restaurant on the back mountain for dinner. Return to your room for tea, then take a stroll by the river before heading back to the room. It makes for a truly happy and fulfilling day. Finally, a few suggestions for improvement: 1. In the room's bathroom, I suggest providing a pair of shower slippers for both adults and children. The disposable slippers are very slippery when wet. 2. Similarly, at the hot springs, after changing in the bathroom, switching from the hot spring's shower slippers to disposable ones made walking on the wet floor very slippery. It would be good to find a safer solution. It was a very happy day, well worth bringing the family to enjoy. Excellent value for money.

Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly attentive service during our stay, especially for going above and beyond for my child's birthday. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. Thank you again! ❤️ A special shout-out to the chicken porridge and scallion pancakes at breakfast – they were amazing!

We loved our stay at Bright resort. The check-in experience was fast and smooth. We were upgraded to a beautiful villa that offers great comfort. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The surrounding area is so picturesque and relaxing. We loved the pool and the hot air experience. The front desk employee deserves a praise, she was very helpful and considerate to our needs. I recommended the hotel to my parents and they're keen to visit Qiandaohu soon.
