The hotel has a pleasant environment and excellent service. The hotel is located near Lingshan Spring and Mashan Wetland. Hanling Old Street is also very close. The hotel's housekeeper Xiao Ying is polite and considerate, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous, which can be called a five-star service. Contact and communicate in advance before check-in, provide bathrobes for children, and arrange to give Tremella soup in the evening. We were given a late check-out the next day. The hotel is very new, and the selected room type comes with its own hot spring. The Erlingshan Hot Spring in the hotel is a must-see, and it can be called the most beautiful mountain view hot spring in Ningbo. Although there were bursts of drizzle in the sky, the roof of the hot spring was sheltered from the wind and rain, and the hot spring's beautiful gauze tent, the sound of rain was like a fairyland on earth. The hotel's valley coffee was also there, poetic and picturesque, and leisurely. The Chinese restaurant is also good, and the set meal is relatively affordable. The hotel also has some parent-child activities during the National Day. In short, the hotel is the first choice for Dongqian Lake vacation, and I will come again next time.

This place is nice and the location is good as the views along the river are beautiful, especially at night. The host is very accommodating. Our family of 6 are vegetarians, but there are no vegetarian eateries within the NanXun Town. Upon request, the host specifically prepared vegetarian dinner for us that was really yummy. They also have 汉服 costumes that we could put on for photo-taking, and it is free of charge. Highly recommended.

This resort was the perfect getaway for my family. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, bamboo forests, rivers, and tea plantations, it was the picture of serenity and calm. A perfect family resort with great facilities and play areas for my son and relaxing seated areas for adults to relax whilst the kids enjoy themselves. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the food and bbq areas are great. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

This hotel was amazing and beautiful. It was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was very full of many dishes and the scenery was amazing.

Super big room with nice view! Super awesome coming at low peak season. Only item is probably the lights are turn on slightly late. We saw a few ppl riding in the dark. Quite dangerous since cars are travelling in low lights. Feedback to staff and they mention they will bring this to the in charge to adjust the light timing

A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, the bed is large, our room had a balcony overlooking the valley. There are many places to relax, 2 Jacuzzis and a large swimming pool. We were delighted with the food! Even we foreigners really liked the Chinese cuisine in this hotel. The European cuisine and the serving of dishes are great, we have never seen this level in other hotels. The ingredients in the dishes are fresh and of good quality. Besides the good food, Arcadia also has the best service among all the hotels we've been to. Thanks Terry for that! The staff is friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the hotel, showed us hiking trails with wonderful views of the tea plantations and the valley, and told us many stories about the hotel and the surrounding area. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. She helped me with getting a cheaper taxi to shanghai and even given me free local tea (3 cups of tea) during my stay there and also their local snack when I check out. The room condition is very good and clean. If im gonna pick on something, it will be the fact that there's a constant tinge of smoke smell in the room which im not very fond of since i got sensitive nose. Perhaps some other guest was smoking and it affects the ventilation.

The homestay has well preserved the quaint exterior architecture of the ancient town. It has a good location, right in the middle of the scenic area. We booked a river view room, which can be opened to the scenery along the river. The owner of the small courtyard downstairs also raised a lot of koi. The children like to feed the fish very much, and the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. It's here that I can't help but complain about the hotel room. The facilities and environment are not very good. The central air-conditioning does not cool, and the noise from the air outlet is very loud. For people with poor sleep quality, it is really difficult to fall asleep. When I slept in the second half of the night, I didn't know why the TV suddenly lit up by itself. I got up and turned off the TV in a daze. In addition, the bathroom seems to be separated by a partition, and the sound insulation effect is not very good. The door of the bathroom is also broken and can't be closed. The sanitation is not very clean. When we checked in, we found that there were still a lot of hairs left by previous guests in the corner. Maybe the aunt didn't notice it when she was cleaning. Wow! This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

In fact, they are the difference between the bottom of the mountain and the top of the mountain. The rooms are very large and clean. We ordered French fries, popcorn chicken, coffee, etc. In the end, we only had to pay more than 40 yuan. It was unexpectedly delicious😋 The duplex room on the first floor is very comfortable. There is a private hot spring for bathing. The upper and lower toilets are very convenient. During the stay, the customer service team will follow up on the needs of customers at any time, from parking to travel suggestions, they will provide meticulous help. There are many activities during the stay. You can climb the mountain along the trail in the morning, watch movies in the evening, and there is a gym and tea room. It is very nice to take pictures.

Just came back from Junde Yuxiu B&B. We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

The hotel has a ground parking lot and the location is ample for parking. Go to the front desk to check in. The front desk clerk's service is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I was informed of the recommended restaurants in the hotel, which was very considerate. Decided to stay one more night in Qiandao Lake to avoid the peak season and go out to eat, drink and have fun! The hotel has an outdoor viewing platform, which is very photogenic. I went to this hotel by chance and found that it was the best place for family and children to relax. It has a naughty castle, a swimming pool, and a hot spring. The children have fun and it saves effort for the adults to take care of them, and the ancient town is just a few hundred meters away. When the temperature is high during the day, you can play in the hotel, and in the evening, go to the ancient town. For two days and one night, I basically just lay down and take care of the baby.

Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

We stayed on February 8th, the eve of the Chinese New Year, for 2 consecutive days, and experienced the New Year a**osphere in the mountains. It took more than 3 hours to drive from Shanghai, and it was very smooth. The road up the mountain was also very easy to drive. The New Year's Eve dinner was delicious, the dishes were fresh, the chicken soup was delicious, and there was a heating stove so that the dishes were always heated. The private hot springs booked in the afternoon had a full a**osphere, and the cocktails were very delicious. It was so comfortable and worth experiencing. There were many activities at the hotel on New Year's Eve. Setting off firecrackers and fireworks was my Shanghai baby's favorite, which was very enjoyable. After the week, we made dumplings with everyone. Both flavors of guests staying in the hotel were free to eat, and the New Year a**osphere was full~
