The B&B is located on a charming old town-style street and offers a free shuttle boat, making its location fantastic! The room is spacious, and while the exterior boasts traditional Huizhou architecture, the interior is surprisingly minimalist white Greek style, which is simple, elegant, and very clean. The private hot spring is in the courtyard, surrounded by large green plants. It's open-air but also features a retractable awning for privacy, offering a great experience. Breakfast is provided through a partnership with a nearby business, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and responsive. Parking is convenient, though not free. It costs 35 yuan for 24 hours, which is acceptable.

Environment: The room was riverside, with a great view from the window. There was also a tatami table, perfect for making tea or playing games! That's why I booked this hotel. That's the only positive point; the rest are just negatives! Service: First, I arrived at 2:00 AM to check in, and the room wasn't cleaned yet. I waited half an hour, and it was hot. The front desk lady was very nice and even let me use the only fan! Facilities: This old hotel has only one drawback; it's a bit run-down, but acceptable. However, I overlooked one thing: a musty smell! Opening the window to dissipate the odor didn't help much. Tragically, because there were no screens, mosquitoes and insects flew in from the riverside, including flying cockroaches! Luckily, there was a sliding door that I quickly closed to prevent the cockroaches from entering the room! Cleanliness: The cleaning lady did a decent job, but the bathroom was so old-fashioned and dated that I forgot to take a picture. The paper towels were all smelly and low-quality! Sigh... Regarding the noise: Since it's located by the river, the environment is nice, but it's also quite noisy. It started as early as 6 a.m. and kept me awake. Breakfast: Standard B&B fare, okay. The vegetable porridge and yogurt were both quite good! My dreams were filled with a musty smell all night long. I barely managed a good night's sleep, so I decided to move to a different B&B the next day. Just across the river, the room, facilities, smell, and cleanliness were far superior to this one, and the price was even cheaper. Isn't that infuriating? Not only was there no smell, it was fragrant! The bathroom was even more luxurious!

I had am amazing stay at Pingjiang, the staff and owner were really friendly and helping me with the language barrier through translation apps. The local breakfast menu was delicious and very healthy. Drinking green tea in the morning sun next to the channel was perfect. The rooms are very clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making my stay in Nanxun memorable.

Minghao Resort Hotel in Qiandaohu is fantastic! The facilities are new, and the lobby is elegantly and luxuriously decorated, with a regularly-operating water curtain fountain that's quite beautiful. Our room also had new facilities, was very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. It included a smart toilet, a mosquito repellent, and a separate shower area. We booked a lake-view family room, and the bathroom and bedroom could be separated by a curtain. The large glass windows offered great views, and the soundproofing was excellent. There's also a balcony with seating outside for enjoying the scenery, though unfortunately, it was cloudy during our stay, so we didn't get to see the sunrise. The staff at the hotel are highly professional; they always greet you with a smile, and any requested items are delivered very quickly. The hotel also provides a butler service. Our butler added us on WeChat a day in advance, informing us about the hotel, local transportation, and nearby attractions. A special shout-out to our butler, Lucy! She was incredibly thoughtful and spoke so gently. She regularly checked in on our travel experience, and all our questions were promptly resolved. She even helped my parents get more suitable pillows and blankets, and sent us some fruit, which was a huge convenience. We were very satisfied with our stay at Minghao Resort Hotel and highly recommend it!

The quadrangle courtyard is quiet and beautiful, and the latex pillows and mattress really improve sleep quality. The service is very attentive. The only thing is that the echoes of people talking in the courtyard at night are quite loud. The breakfast variety could also be a bit more extensive.

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with a lovely lake view from the balcony. They have both indoor and outdoor hot springs, plus a steam room. It was a great experience! This resort hotel is located right by Taihu Lake. The breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, and you can enjoy a good soak in the hot springs – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was attentive too. 😊 It's also easy to take a walk along the lake. The location is excellent, and I had a fantastic time. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance!

This hotel is nestled in the beautiful Red Lantern Scenic Area of Tonglu Mountain Village, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. It's a fantastic spot for a family getaway with kids. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including both an indoor kids' play area and an outdoor leisure camp. You can also head up to the hot springs on the mountainside for a relaxing dip. It's easy to enjoy a two-day, one-night stay here. The staff are warm and attentive, especially our housekeeper Bingbing, who provided incredibly thoughtful service throughout our stay, giving us that high-quality, efficient experience you'd expect from a major hotel brand. I highly recommend it for families with pets, as your furry friends will also experience the joy of a hotel stay.

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!

GGuest UserTrip to InterContinental Qiandao Lake: Three Days, Two Nights Day 1 The hotel shuttle picked me up from the high-speed train station. The butler didn't tell me where to meet, so I just sat on the right side of the bus. The scenery along the way, with the lake and mountains, felt like a traditional Chinese ink painting. I called Xianshan Restaurant in advance to order a Qiandao Lake fish head soup, which I’d rate 9.5 out of 10. The front desk said the hotel was fully booked and gave me a forest lake view room at the end of the hallway, which I'd rate 7.5 out of 10. At this point, I could really feel the staff's lack of enthusiasm; they responded to everything, but without any warmth. I started working overtime. Dinner was a set menu coupon for a Western-style simple meal at the hotel restaurant. I waited for almost an hour, and the place was deserted. I’d give it a 3 out of 10. I asked the butler for bubble bath liquid, fake roses, etc. They didn't help fill the tub, but soaking in the bath with a lake view was delightful. I’d rate it 6 out of 10. Day 2 Breakfast was unremarkable, with people coming and going. I’d rate it 5 out of 10. Hiking in Xianshan Botanical Garden was amazing, with a 10 out of 10 for scenery and air quality. In the afternoon, I took a boat trip to Huangshan Peak in the rain. I saw the inscription 'Tianxia Weigong' (All under heaven is for the public). The hotel yacht cost 180 and the cable car 50. I’d rate this experience 8.5 out of 10. Another meal at Xianshan Restaurant, and again, the view was beautiful and the food delicious. I asked for bubble bath liquid again back at the hotel. I had to ask three times, and they finally sent two portions. The service was really disappointing. I had a good night's sleep. Day 3 A wonderful cycling experience around the lake. The scenery and air quality were a perfect 10 out of 10. The travel photography was excellent. While many photographers can capture beautiful scenery and hotels, very few can take great pictures of your face. The photographer was very steady and calm. I'd rate him 10 out of 10. Feeding the ducklings was fun. I’d rate it 7 out of 10. I had a complimentary drink on the lobby balcony. The view felt very old money. I’d rate it 8 out of 10. All in all, for 1599 for two nights, with so many inclusions, it was great value for money. Any criticisms are probably just me being picky.

MM702023****A big thank you to the butler and hotel staff! From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

BB_inCXianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

WWugudengdieI was originally planning a hot spring hotel in Chongqing for Chinese New Year, but a landslide closed the road, so I had to cancel. I returned to Hangzhou early, which gave me two extra days of vacation. I spontaneously booked Chun Zhi Wu, a place I'd been wanting to try for a long time, and had a wonderfully relaxing and joyful day. **Accommodation:** I booked a king-size room with a small courtyard. Although the red maples in the courtyard hadn't sprouted yet and it looked a bit bare, the interior layout was well-designed, the decor was tasteful, and the underfloor heating was perfectly comfortable. For this price point in Hangzhou, you can generally expect good basic amenities. Both bathrobes were excellent quality, and upon check-in, we received several complimentary items: a wool hat, socks, a stamp collection book, a scroll with blessings, and a handmade sachet. Aside from the public areas being a little small, there's really nothing to complain about. **Food:** The package included an omakase meal. We chose the 'Chunxi' and 'Yakitori' sets, which were a fusion of Japanese cuisine and local seasonal dishes. This actually suited my preference for not eating raw or cold food perfectly. The dishes were light yet delicious, and the ingredients used at the counter were incredibly fresh, which was a welcome change after the heavy feasting of Chinese New Year. I'd suggest the restaurant's background music could be some Shamisen tunes or Japanese instrumental music to better match the dining ambiance. **Hot Springs:** The male and female baths are separate and are changed daily. We went once on the first evening and again on the second morning, allowing us to experience both. Clearly, the bath on the left upon entering is larger, has more features, and a more beautiful outdoor view. The public areas were meticulously clean, and the toiletries were all new. For me, the most crucial aspect of a hot spring is hygiene. The nude bathing experience was also novel; I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, facing the garden landscape with fresher air, and even some wild ducks wandering in. After bathing, remember to grab a bottle of iced milk – it's only available in the hot spring area, not in the main dining area. It's incredibly rich and fragrant, and perfect after a soak. The fruit in the dining area was fresh enough, but the variety was a bit limited. There were many Japanese drinks, mostly with a light flavor. The Oden served after 9:30 PM was delicious, and you could go back for seconds multiple times. There are also a few more secluded private rooms, one with many popular manga comics, and another with a giant Ludo board game and Monopoly, which would be great for relaxing with friends. In fact, the tea bar on the hotel's third floor is also very quiet and usually empty. The lounge chairs are clean and even have TVs. You could say that although the hotel is small, there are many corners to relax and unwind in. **Spa:** The package included a couple's massage, salt bath, and sauna. We experienced these after checking out. The massage was fairly standard but very nice for soothing muscles after a bath. The salt bath involved burying yourself up to your neck in hot Himalayan salt – who understands this feeling? I've wanted to try this since childhood and finally did! I had a cold these two days, and after the salt bath, I sweated a lot and felt much better (though I don't recommend hot springs when you have a cold, don't follow my example). Then I spent about ten minutes in the sauna, and finally enjoyed some refreshments before a final shower. The perfect end to our vacation. In short, the hotel isn't far from home, and its vibe perfectly matches my preferences. I'll definitely visit again!

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location. The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable. The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate. It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.
