Hot Springs Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

In general I recommend this place. It's well located, it's new, the rooms are really nice! The rooms are well equipped, big, confortable and clean. I have to mention that the staff in general is nice, Zyad from reception and Mahmoud from the kitchen that serves the breakfast, for example, they are very gentle and kind. I'm thankful for their attention. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the pool. I've been 5 days and they didn't clean the pool any day (maybe because it's not summer anymore and they think is not necessary?), so I didn't had the chance to try it unfortunately. That's a point to improve.

Lovely location with view on the Nile, nice rooms and friendly staff, good restaurant selection inhouse. The only thing I would recommend is a slightly more modern mixer faucet for the shower rather than having to fiddle with two valves in order to get to the right temperature.

The room was very good, just like in the photos. The bathroom amenities were excellent, but there was an unpleasant warning: if taken, each item would be charged $60. The hairdryer was bad. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall, a very good hotel. I recommend it.
