order in family room application, when I got to the receptionist said there were no rooms, only deluxe, told me to choose cancel refund, or just accept deluxe room. no way to choose cancel after 3 hours of travel. no refund compensation for the difference in room, even though I have paid in full. report in the application room number is different from the real one. please hotel management fix it.

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

Service are great, when I was concern about the noise, the hotel staff suggest to move my room higher, but the market noise went away after certain hour. Toilet maintenance can be better. The grouting in the toilet floor is mouldy. The room are clean and spacious. Breakfast exceed my expectations! Lots of selections and it was so good!!

The hotel is located at Terminal 2D public area which is walking distance to Terminal 2D to 2F. It is very suitable for transit or early/late flight passenger.
The hotel provides water bottle, towel, blanket, dispoable slipper and dispoable toothbrush & toothpaste. The only down side is the toilet is on sharing basis.
