Guest UserThe hotel and its facilities are so complete that you can just enjoy your stay within the hotel itself. Breakfast is comprehensive, parking is spacious, and the rooms are clean. However, the check-in process was slow, and our room wasn't ready until 3:30 PM. I booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready until 4:30 PM. When we finally received the keys, we found that the pillows didn't have pillowcases, with the excuse given that they weren't available yet. There was also no bath mat, even though the keys had already been handed over. Furthermore, there were still items left behind by the previous guest in the room.

The hotel is clean and cool.
Only downside is the noise from outside traffic is still quite loud, even though I was on the 9th floor.
The food is delicious and the menu is varied.
