The thing that sells this hotel is the location, it’s just on the edge of bardollino, a quiet spot a couple of minutes walk from the front of the hotel into town or take a longer stroll out the back of the hotel along the promenade lake front (10 mins to town) Loads of choice for the breakfast, pool bar was great for lunch and had complimentary snacks (crisps, nuts) in the afternoon. There’s a couple of free coffee/tea machines dotted around too if you look for them. Rooms were nice, nothing luxurious but clean and presentable. Complimentary bottle of wine and toiletries were nice touch. Beds were a little hard and only one thin pillow each. But we had a quiet room with a nice balcony

Marilyn Red Hotel, where Mari has lived! Although the room is not as big as the picture, it is a very refined hotel. Just next to the Verona Round Theatre, in the heart of the scenic area, basically walking to all the attractions, time can be controlled within half an hour! The luxury street next door is enough for a whole day. The Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, the price is also reasonable, the train station is also 15 minutes walk, no need to worry about the location of the hotel. It was just that the bar on the rooftop had a private banquet that day, but I couldn’t experience it, but it felt great at night!

The structure would need a major general refresh (like the rooms on the fifth floor which have already been renovated). Excellent cleanliness, breakfast just enough. Very professional staff.

It is a great location, but breakfast is so-so, to be fair, with the price we paid. They bought every low-quality supermarket food to serve breakfast

The Spa is not special. The staff was not as kind and comfortable as it should be. The breakfast is very low. The structure is all to be renovated and the price does not match what you should receive. Sorry I did not take pictures to show you the vision of things, I learned for the next time. De locatie is zo ontzettend sympathiek. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en je kunt zien dat ze echt met veel plezier werken. Dat straalt uit op de vibe van de locatie.
