CChloetteBeautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
GGuest UserThe location is a bit off the beaten path, making it ideal for self-driving tourists. Due to its proximity to nature, you might occasionally encounter a few insects in the rooms, but the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. It boasts a wide array of recreational facilities, along with services such as restaurants, hot springs, and massages. The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for money, so you can easily spend a full and enjoyable vacation without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway!
FFeixiangdezhu2022The room was a bit small, similar to a Toyoko Inn. The rooftop hot spring was quite good, but the best part was the wide variety of ice cream. The noodles at night were also delicious and you could eat as many bowls as you wanted. Five-star rating!
NNEW HUANG CHINThe bath place use real hot spring water, highly recommended.
Must book with dinner and breakfast. Fusion kaiseki dinner is amazing.
Only.short coming is the hotel is small and not much u can do beside hot spring.
The hotel did try their best by providing morning power walk. But only available in japanese language.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in the middle of this hot spring street, opposite a very famous foot promenade, is a hot spring full view, can bring some food, such as eggs, sweet potatoes ah come here steam, steamer, along the path into a steaming seafood stall, the price is more expensive
SSZ1031This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—convenient for getting around, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible design. Every corner of the hotel has a strong sense of style, with thoughtful details that create a unique atmosphere. And as a special highlight, the view of the pitch was absolutely amazing—it gave the whole experience a thrilling stadium feel. Highly recommended for both design lovers and sports fans
PPriscilla00The hotel is clean and newly renovated. It’s so good - there’s washer and dryer in the room (bring own detergent). Bathroom has bathtub. Public baths separated for men and women. There’s table tennis with bats and balls, at the lounge, for guests. Carpark is just at doorstep. Beautiful view - beach is about 10mins in front and 7-11 in front of hotel. Would stay again.
Delicious bento Breakfast is and has alot.
SssxllExtremely convenient, just across the road from the station. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM, but you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The room, though a bit dated, was very clean and spacious. They also provide free water. We skipped breakfast since we were checking out early the next day. But the hot springs are fantastic! The open-air bath even offers a view of the Ferris wheel at Huis Ten Bosch. Highly recommend it!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the Unzen Hell scenic spot, making it very convenient to visit in the early morning. The hotel rooms are large, clean, and tidy, and the hygiene is excellent. The hot springs are excellent, and the views from the baths are beautiful. The hotel also provides exquisite yukatas free of charge. The breakfast is delicious, and the dinner buffet is even more varied, with fresh ingredients and high quality. This is a very cost-effective hotel and highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.
