Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!
The room was quite spacious, and they offer complimentary soy sauce ramen in the evenings. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs.
After a long day of walking, soaking in the onsen is incredibly relaxing. On the same floor as the onsen, there are washing machines; washing is free, and drying costs 100 JPY for 20 minutes. You can easily do your laundry while enjoying the hot springs. Please note that the onsens are gender-separated, and you need to wash thoroughly before entering. Everyone is nude, so swimsuits are not allowed!
The location is a bit of a walk from Nagasaki Station, taking about 5-8 minutes.
Check-in is handled by a machine with Chinese translation available, making it completely hassle-free.
hotel is really huge and very nice, room is big and lots space for luggage and iranreally clean. the service from the staff is top notch as they even anticipated the service i require during the check in and key pick up. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
Although the hotel is located on the mountain, there is a regular shuttle service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station and back. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would vote for this hotel if you do not mind the inconvenience of the hotel located in the mountain.
The view from the open-air bath (especially the night view!) is the best
this was my third stay.
the meal is a buffet.
there are many items, and the baths are not crowded.
The staff were very kind and satisfied and had a good time p (^-^)q
Beautiful and clean hotel. 15 mins by taxi to Huis Ten Bosch. Be mindful of your time leaving to he train station by taxi if you're going to the Fukuoka Airport. It could be tight. Otherwise, it's pretty inside. The food was pretty good and pretty modern compared to other hotels we've seen closer to the theme park. I'd definitely stay again.
The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.
The air conditioning is individually adjustable and gets nice and cold. The shower pressure is good, and the bathroom was very clean. The mattress was comfortable, though the pillows could have been a bit higher. The quiet environment made it very easy to fall asleep. The room itself was spotless and had no unpleasant odors. The staff were exceptionally polite and always had bright, welcoming smiles. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
The hotel's recreation room next to the sauna offers complimentary comic books. In terms of refreshments, they provide free cold lactic acid drinks in the morning, ice cream/popsicles from noon to afternoon, and freshly cooked ramen as a late-night supper.
Conveniently, there's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, and Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown is right across the street. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of major attractions: 14 minutes to the museum and 13 minutes to the pier.
Good location- near to shops, eateries, bus stops and sight seeing places. I like its huge hot bath; hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. A pleasant stay for me.

Mmeow_littlecatI recently had the pleasure of staying at this onsen hotel and it was an unforgettable experience!
The serene and relaxing atmosphere of the private onsen was exactly what I needed to unwind. The hot springs were impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The traditional Japanese cuisine served at the hotel was exquisite, with each dish carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely blend of modern amenities and traditional decor. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It’s a hidden gem that I can’t wait to visit again!
GGuest UserMy absolute favorite place to visit!
The staff's genuine kindness is truly heartwarming.
Three distinct spas, each offering its own unique charm.
You can feel their sincere desire to go the extra mile for guests.

TTan Soon HockThe hotel is very near to the train station. Opposite side is the Huis Ten Bosch. If you don’t want to drag your luggages along the long bridge to reach the park, this is a good place. Don’t like a step up to their hotel as it is dangerous to my hubby to handle alone. Their tap is a bit old type to on and adjust for both hot and cold water. Serve good breakfast. Oh outside the hotel for the goat and ducks. Refer to photo

AannannannaaThe hotel staff are very polite and hospitable. The hot spring facilities are also very good. There is an open-air bath with a beautiful environment. Horse oil is used for bathing and shampooing in the hot spring. In addition, the tatami is very comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is also delicious. Except for the old decoration of the room, everything else is very good and cost-effective. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel!

GGuest UserWe purchased the plan with dinner and breakfast included but there was no detail information on the detail mean plan. We found out that the dinner was served as Bento box style in which all dishes were Tuna. We never asked Tuna specials at all and even in Goto Tuna is not something locally famous for, so we were a bit disappointed because we couldn’t enjoy local Goto dishes at all. Hope offered plans are improved
