The hotel is located in Unzen, Nagasaki. Transportation in Unzen is inconvenient. There is no train station for public transportation, only a bus stop. The hotel is in front of the Unzen Information Center. You can get there immediately after getting off the car. There are staff at the door who warmly welcome you. This is a time-honored hotel that opened in 1917. Now it has been renovated. The main restaurant can still see its original appearance. The space is decorated with high peach and classical styles, facing the fairy atmosphere of hell. It is very classic and tasteful. The rooms all have hell views. There are three high-end hotels in Unzen. Kyushu Unzen faces the main view of hell. Kai Unzen faces a smaller hell view but has large windows and a good view. Unzen Miyazaki Hotel also has a good view of hell and has one. The garden is very beautiful, but I didn’t book this hotel because I didn’t have room and board for one person. Three hotels are within walking distance. Kyushu Unzen has French cuisine for dinner, which tastes good and has good ingredients. The Japanese and Western set meals are available for breakfast, which is also good. The hotel does not have a large public bath. Each room has a bathing pool. The hot spring water contains Yunohana, which is acidic and not as slippery as other hot springs. The room has a Japanese tatami which is useless and takes up space. The shortcomings of the facilities are that the hair dryer is poor, there is no overall control of the lights, and the panel has bright spots that affect sleep. Someone in the lounge serves coffee and alcohol for free, and there is a terrace with views and tea on the top floor. Compared to the hotel, the sulfur smell is much stronger than that of Kai. In short, it is recommended to stay in Unzen. The last picture is Unzen Miyazaki and Unzen Kai.

The air conditioning is individually adjustable and gets nice and cold. The shower pressure is good, and the bathroom was very clean. The mattress was comfortable, though the pillows could have been a bit higher. The quiet environment made it very easy to fall asleep. The room itself was spotless and had no unpleasant odors. The staff were exceptionally polite and always had bright, welcoming smiles. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The hotel's recreation room next to the sauna offers complimentary comic books. In terms of refreshments, they provide free cold lactic acid drinks in the morning, ice cream/popsicles from noon to afternoon, and freshly cooked ramen as a late-night supper. Conveniently, there's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, and Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown is right across the street. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of major attractions: 14 minutes to the museum and 13 minutes to the pier.

The room was quite spacious, and they offer complimentary soy sauce ramen in the evenings. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs. After a long day of walking, soaking in the onsen is incredibly relaxing. On the same floor as the onsen, there are washing machines; washing is free, and drying costs 100 JPY for 20 minutes. You can easily do your laundry while enjoying the hot springs. Please note that the onsens are gender-separated, and you need to wash thoroughly before entering. Everyone is nude, so swimsuits are not allowed! The location is a bit of a walk from Nagasaki Station, taking about 5-8 minutes. Check-in is handled by a machine with Chinese translation available, making it completely hassle-free.

The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.

It was a very good inn. It's a little inconvenient to go out to the city because it's on the mountain, but the view from the room was good and I enjoyed the night view. The room is spacious 々, so it's a waste to stay with two people. There are 2 types of baths, which are a little small observation baths and large baths in affiliated inns connected by a passage, both of which were clean and comfortable. In the middle of the connecting passage, petit information such as bean knowledge related to Nagasaki and Nagasaki dialect is overhanged, which is useful. Breakfast is pure Japanese food served at the table seats in the banquet hall. It was a small amount, but there were many items and I enjoyed various tastes. Anyway, the staff 々 is attentive and attentive. Before making a request from here, there were times when he would perceive and speak to me 々. It was a recommended inn for those living in Kyushu, but I am convinced to stay.

This hotel definitely ranks among the best I've ever visited. While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

Extremely convenient, just across the road from the station. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM, but you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The room, though a bit dated, was very clean and spacious. They also provide free water. We skipped breakfast since we were checking out early the next day. But the hot springs are fantastic! The open-air bath even offers a view of the Ferris wheel at Huis Ten Bosch. Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and simple. The hot spring pool on the balcony is super comfortable. The disadvantage is that the balcony is opposite the national park (under construction) and the curtain has to be drawn during the day. Dinner must be praised. Each dish is introduced in detail by the staff. They are all dishes of local customs in Nagasaki! Finally, let’s talk about the service. It is difficult for hot spring hotels here to have Japanese young people serving, but the gentle and meticulous service is the best among the best in recent years. It is highly recommended! Will come again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the Unzen Hell scenic spot, making it very convenient to visit in the early morning. The hotel rooms are large, clean, and tidy, and the hygiene is excellent. The hot springs are excellent, and the views from the baths are beautiful. The hotel also provides exquisite yukatas free of charge. The breakfast is delicious, and the dinner buffet is even more varied, with fresh ingredients and high quality. This is a very cost-effective hotel and highly recommended.
