We chose the hotel cos' it was conveniently located near the train station as we wanted to go to the Osaka expo. The rooms were ok. Housekeeping service was good. The Reception lady on our check in day (10/5 ) was not particularly friendly or helpful - perhaps she was busy. Upon check out today ( 10/7 ), however, the 2 ladies ( one from Indonesia ) were very helpful and the Japanese receptionist helped us refill our form to send our bags to Nagoya and called the receiving hotel in Nagoya to check that they will receive our bags. We are very grateful to her n I am sorry that I did not get her name but she was on duty this morning at 10.45am. Our room number was 3526. We also had a drink at the lounge bar on 20th floor on 10/6 night n it was quite nice. Overall, a nice experience at the hotel because of the Receptionist who helped us with our bags today (10/7 )and the Receptionist ( from Indonesia)who recommended us breakfast places n was very friendly and kind. Thank you. View from 35th floor lift landing.

When we first arrived, we went through the wrong entrance, and the front desk staff came down to meet us. The location is excellent; you just cross a pedestrian bridge outside and you're at the subway station. The service was fantastic. We were even more pleasantly surprised when we entered the room—it's definitely a very spacious room for Japan. We had no problem opening all three of our suitcases. The room facilities are very comprehensive. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly and replenished everything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.
We booked the hotel to visit the Osaka Expo. It is really easy to get to from Shin Osaka, taking the special JR Expo Liner to Sakurajima Station, with the hotel a short walking distance away. The daily shuttle to the Expo is also a short 150-200m away. Getting to the Kansai Airport is also easy. There is a once daily limousine bus departing at 12:29 outside the hotel, or if you prefer other timings, walk towards those hotels near Universal Studios.
Room is very spacious, very clean and good amenities. The public bath on Level 3 great too. Breakfast at 4400 yen is not as good as those, from Royal Park hotels at half the price. While Japanese selections are wide, Western selection is very limited. We don’t even bother to take pictures of the food as there are nothing to shout about. I
We booked a two-night stay to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Japanese traditions. We thoroughly enjoyed everything – the very friendly staff, traditional Japanese dishes, the hot spring, and comfortable futons to sleep on. We had two breakfasts, two dinners, and an additional lunch. All the dishes were varied and unique. The first dinner was Japanese traditional Kaiseki, and for the second, we chose Japanese wagyu beef Shabushabu. We absolutely loved everything, and the Shabushabu was simply amazing! We spent the day strolling through the picturesque surroundings. It was very hot, and afterward, we enjoyed visiting the on-site pool.
The ryokan is conveniently located, a quick train ride from Osaka.
A huge thank you to the staff for such a unique stay!

Facilities: Excellent, exceeded expectations. Upon entering the hotel, you take off your shoes and store them in a locker. Check-in was fully self-service via a machine, which was very convenient. The rooftop hot spring was a must every night, so relaxing. After soaking, there were free popsicles to enjoy. The room had great blackout curtains and was quiet.
Restaurant: Free ramen was available in the evenings, and it was delicious. You could even buy an onsen egg from the Lawson downstairs to go with it, truly tasty. Breakfast was bountiful, and although I thought I might not be used to the food, it was actually very good.
Location: The location is great. Surrounded by office buildings, it's very quiet at night, much quieter than the Shinsaibashi branch.

Natural Hot Spring Asagiri-no-Yu Dormy Inn Premium Namba Annex Stay: A Perfect Blend of Convenience and Japanese Hospitality
My stay at Dormy Inn Premium Namba Annex was a delightful surprise. Nestled in the bustling Namba district, I discovered a hidden gem offering an immersive natural hot spring experience—a true 'small but certain happiness.'
**Location is the biggest highlight:** The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, surrounded by pharmacies, izakayas, and department stores. It's incredibly convenient for returning after an evening of shopping, making it a godsend for travelers looking to explore Osaka extensively.
**Hot spring experience exceeded expectations:** 'Asagiri-no-Yu' is the hotel's centerpiece. While not huge, the natural hot spring water felt wonderful, leaving my skin smooth. There are indoor and outdoor baths, with simple greenery adorning the outdoor area. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the evening breeze instantly melted away the day's fatigue. Do note that the public hot springs have separate male and female hours, so remember to check the schedule upon check-in.
**Room design is practical and thoughtful:** We chose a Japanese-Western style room. It wasn't exceptionally spacious, but the storage was excellent, allowing us to fully open our luggage without feeling cramped. The yukata (Japanese robes) were of good quality and added to the ambiance for photos. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries were comprehensive—even the comb had a massage function. These small details showed genuine care.
**Service was efficient and warm:** The front desk staff spoke fluent English, and check-in was swift. They proactively informed us about hot spring hours and recommended local eateries. Every day, staff greeted us with smiles when we left and helped with our luggage upon return. Their politeness was just right—not overly enthusiastic, but comfortably warm.
**Minor drawbacks:** The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, primarily Japanese set meals, and the taste was decent but not outstanding. If you visit during peak season, you might have a short wait for an available spot in the hot spring.
Overall, this hotel perfectly balances 'convenience' and a 'Japanese hot spring experience.' It's especially well-suited for tourists who want to explore Osaka's city center, dine, and still enjoy a hot spring. The value for money is excellent, and I'll very likely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.

One of my best stays for my solo trip in Osaka! Spacious single room with great breakfast option. I love the Public Bath as well, feeling relaxed after the dip. There is also a Family Mart convenient store underneath the hotel, really love this hotel! 😍

An excellent hotel with a convenient location. The twin room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area. Guests are asked to place trash and used towels outside their door daily for collection. Every morning, the hotel provides Yakult. In the evenings, after enjoying the hot spring, guests can relax in massage chairs and read manga, along with complimentary ice cream. After 9:30 PM, you can head to the first floor for a bowl of soy sauce ramen and free coffee and cola. I enjoyed the hotel's hot spring daily, and even the showers in the room were clean. As our final hotel in Osaka, the room was adequately spacious; even after all our shopping, there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This hot spring hotel has slightly small rooms, but a major plus is the free hot spring bath available on the basement floor. On the ground floor, they offer a good selection of pillows of varying heights for guests. The staff in the lobby were very friendly and provided excellent service. There's also complimentary coffee available near the front desk. While the rooms are a bit dated and on the smaller side, overall, it offers great value for money.

This is one of the best hotels in Osaka. So close to Shinseikei. Love the free ramen every night. The onsen is superb and relaxing. the best thing to do after each day touring. The massage chairs also the best thing i love ! The free kimono experience session was unforgettable! One of the staff is from Ipoh, Malaysia and she speaks cantonese, she is so helpful and friendly, she also tested run a pioneered half day tour project and my mum and I been invited to join and gave feedback, has made our trip one of the best experiences ever. If i go to Osaka again, i will definitely stay in the same hotel again!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for the second time and was impressed by its consistent quality. The room was spotlessly clean, and Sexually transmitted infection: and well-equipped with modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is highly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The staff were courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. My only complaint is that the milk vending machine was frequently out of stock, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant and reliable experience, making it a great choice for travelers. I would definitely consider returning for future stays.
MM253938****Compared to other hotels in Japan that cost even less, this one was a huge disappointment. The room felt stuffy, and even though we booked a quad room, it was tiny. The tatami mats weren't clean, and there were no disposable toiletries like facial cleanser or hair wax. We only found two toothbrushes in the room and had to go to the front desk to ask for more. The public bath wasn't anything special, pretty much like what you'd find in Northeast China. At over 2600+ for one night, it definitely wasn't worth it. The only real plus is its proximity to the shopping street, but since my parents and I weren't really planning on shopping, that wasn't a big advantage. The free noodles after 9:30 PM were decent, though. I gave it three stars, otherwise, it would have been even lower.
GGuest UserGreat stay at hotel Keihan universal tower. Very convenient to go to USJ and also universal port for ferry to aquarium kaiyukan. Hotel breakfast was good with great variety. While access to sky spa required additional payment, it was relaxing and worth it with either free icecream or beer for the price paid. They also had nice Xmas decorations and welcome gift. My kids enjoyed our stay here though I think the quality of the beds can be improved.
IiiilikecccExcellent value for money with a prime location in Namba. It's incredibly convenient for accessing the airport, Kyoto, and Nara, and Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are just a short walk away. The bathroom is traditional and features a natural hot spring bath. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, making communication very easy.

GGuest UserLove this quiet and peaceful hotel and the surrounding....will stay again the next trip.
We stayed one night before heading to Kansai airport ( 5 mins train ride)
My son was so elated to enjoy the onsen due to his scoliosis and his pain was eased.
Good breakfast with a fantastic seaview. Be there and see for yourself.
About 10mins walk from Rinku town station. Should you intend to leave your baggages at the station, there are 2 options , locker or pay 500 yen per pc at one of the shops providing storage service.
You can then freely head off to Premium outlet and back before 8pm (shop closure) to airport.
Highly recommend Saba fish at OOTOYA - Rinku premium...pls google exact location.

YYanyuruqingChecking into the hotel was a breeze with their self check-in machine, which even had a Chinese option. It was super convenient and quick! I initially thought I'd have to pay extra for local accommodation tax and hot spring tax, but turns out I didn't, haha!
The room was very spacious, with a small sofa and plenty of desk space for all my things. There were lots of power outlets, and the room came with a mini-fridge, two complimentary bottles of water, and two peach puddings.
The hotel's 13th floor has a free hot spring that's open until 1 or 2 AM, so there's no need to worry about not being able to soak after a late night out. There were also various free ice creams available at the hot spring entrance (until 1 AM).
The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of dishes. The Osaka-style pancake and steak were delicious, and the Udon noodles were also great. They even had two different soup options every day, and they changed daily!
